These guys rock! I have driven passed this Super Lube for the 15 years I have lived here, more times than I could ever count and boy am I SO glad I finally stopped! Actually, my husband thankfully saw the inspection sign when we were both due, and if it wasnt for him stopping first, I may have never even stopped. But boy are we both glad we did!!! These guys are super on their game! With my Daddy being my mechanic, yet living 4 hours away, there are somethings as my car ages that I am going to need to have done here. And with Chris honesty and knowledge I am going to bring it to him/them. And if it cant be done there, I trust his referral without a doubt! Thanks guys! I had a great experience here. I usually get an eye roll or two because I sometimes stumble over the things I need verbally, but not here. The staff is very nice and patient. Best price in town for big car, high mileage. They even vacuumed my car! That was a very nice surprise. Also, they didnt try to sell me anything that I didnt ask for. My family will be back with our other cars as well. So thank you for that.

Have used Super Lube on Brevard Road for all routine maintenance for all of our vehicles for years. They are always efficient, courteous and professional. Their hours are very convenient and their prices are more than reasonable. They remember their customers and most of the time I dont even have to tell them what I need done. If there is something that needs done and they cant do it, every recommendation they have made has been spot on and equally as professional as they are. I can highly recommend Chad and his employees.

The best place in Asheville to get your oil change by far no company is closer than they are with service I wouldnt go nowhere else theyre by far the best place and I think Ive used every place in Asheville at least one time but to have your car vacuumed and everything topped off fluids I go there every time I get ready to take a trip I know Im in good hands

I have been using Super Lube on Brevard Rd for about 3 years now. Chad Rogers and his crew are always polite and professional. They do the regular maintenance for all 3 of our cars, including changing the transmission fluid. They will even rotate your tires. These guys are the best and they have been there for years!

Dont get your oil changed here. Theyve got signs everywhere that make you think there are Valvoline but they are not. Ask him if I could use a coupon and he looked at me like I was crazy like Im the first one to ever ask. Total jerk. Paid twice as much for a standard oil change as you would pay anywhere else.

I left my vehicle at the Super lube at 6:30 am and called when they opened to request an oil change and to check my “check engine light”. I spoke to the mechanic and the oil change staff. At 3:00 pm I called to check on the status and was told the mechanic had gone home for the day and they couldn’t do the oil change because the keys were locked in his office. The next morning I called and again spoke to the super lube guys asking them to do an oil change. I showed up at 3:00 and they said they didn’t know I wanted an oil change and had not done it. I was carless for TWO days and they did nothing to my car despite me confirming THREE times via phone that they would do an oil change. I am shocked at the poor communication and poor service I received. I would advise you to go somewhere else.

Prices are high with hidden costs not shown on price board at desk. Figure to add about $20 to the prices on the price list. They charge the highest allowable charge for inspections. The work gets done but it will cost you much more than other local oil change shops. Go somewhere else and get the $13.75 inspection done.

Three people working didnt even get acknowledged. Waited a while even went in the office, nobody.
