Awesome experience. I had filled my truck up with to much oil about a week ago and Jose told me to come on in and they will drain the excess at no charge! That is great customer service! Will go there from now on.

CLEANEST, WELL KEPT, TIDY, the boss was mopping! Ive never been to change my oil and get an inspection at an establishment with such INTEGRITY! I had a very very pleasant experience, and will refer business, repeat mine.

They did an oil change, topped off fluids, checked filters, changed my windshield wipers and vacuumed all of the floors and carpets in only 20 mins. Super satisfied. Highly recommend

They did not do there job and forgot to put the oil plug in tightly and my car leaked oil and completely totaled my car engine do not go to this jiffy lube I went in for a routine oil change left having to buy a new car!!

These guys are as fast as thorough allows. Last time they topped off my windshield wiper fluid, and vacuumed out my car as part of the service. Everyone was super polite. It is not often that I write reviews, but this HAS to be said. I am knowledgeable about cars but have recently lost my ability to physically do work on my vehicle. Being as knowledgeable as I am, there is always fear going anywhere but my shop to get work done on my car. I chose Jiffy Lube being that it was closest to my home. I met a fine young man, Tall, Redheaded and bearded. I believe I heard a coworker call him Josh? This man spoke to me on a level that I havent heard since my days as an Automotive engineer. Completely understood my automotive jargon, went above and beyond to be sure I felt comfortable and extremely polite! There are not many times in this day and age where I have faith in the younger generation but this young man is the REAL DEAL. I will bring my business there, and ask specifically for this man. Tried to get a vehicle smog inspection for out of state. They would not do it because my front glass window was tinted. That should not be a factor.

In and out in under an hour and no appointment. Love the 2 rocking chairs outside rather than sitting indoors. Convenient. $45 included oil change, refill washer fluid,check wiper blades, car wash and vacuum. Friendly, too.

If your looking for cheap this is your place; if your looking for good customer service this is not. I have went here four times this year and all four times have been terrible. The customer service has constantly been terrible and the people who work here rarely say more than two words to the customers. The last time I was hear to get an oil change I didn’t even get a sticker and went over the 3000+ mile mark.

The jiffy lube staff are very friendly and their service is prompt and excellent! I was unaware of the free car was with oil change, what a great surprise! They do not try to push more services which as a young women, I greatly appreciate. I finally found my go-to oil change place!

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid! Not only was their service laughable (I waited about 5 minutes outside their garage door at 8:30 AM right when they opened and no one even came over and acknowledged me) they also say outside their garage door Jiffy Lube is not responsible items that are missing or stolen during your service. Its essentially giving their employees free reign to take stuff out of your car and not bear any responsibility for the loss. This may be standard operating procedure but its a standard operating procedure that made them lose my business and compel me to write this review. What a shady chain and people really need to stand up and ask for better service than this sorry excuse for an oil change shop.

Came here to get an oil change on my lunch break. Accidentally pulled into the wrong side of the building (not all the way in, mind you). Rolled down my window and immediately got yelled at by a woman that works there. I understand having a flow of traffic, but theres zero indications that its an exit, and theres no need to yell so angrily. Went a quarter mile down the road to Snappy Lube instead and got friendly, quick service.

This jiffy lube has ONE service bay. Don’t go here unless you don’t mind waiting hours.I seriously in all my years of using Jiffy Lube across the country have never seen one with only one bay for service. At any given time You will see 3 to 4 cars waiting in a long line which makes zero sense to me as well given the other options you have around town

SCREW JIFFY LUBE! The manager took my phone and had me rate 5 stars. Thought that was a little forward but did it because he got me in and oil chnaged. They were supposed to rotate tires and check brakes as well. Tires NOT rotated and two months later, BRAKES ARE GRINDING! I was told they are “great” and will be fine for a very long time. I was on my way home from a long trip. By the time I got home my stomach was in knots after hours of praying and hoping I would just make it. Cost me a $h!t ton of $$ because everything had to be replaced, rotors drums pads shoes. BEWARE of this Joffy Lune and slap the manager if you see him for me for taking my phone and having his guys lie about the work they perform!

JAMELL WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND.I’ve had a hard month and while getting my oil changed I explained to the person parking my car that someone had scraped the side of my vehicle while i was at work. He took the time to put on a sort of compound that made the scrape go away somehow. I don’t know much about detailing but he really didn’t have to do all that.This is where I will come EVERY time I need my oil changed or my car washed. Friendly service and I was in and out of the oil change in 20 minutes on a Saturday.

My car was a mess. We have a golden retriever and I have a black interior...lots of obvious hair. I felt pretty guilty! When I got my car back I am pleasantly surprised to say that 95% of the hair is gone. I only paid $23 too. The one lady that vacuumed was extra nice. My son and I were inside and she passed by. She had a video on her phone that she let my son watch(he didnt watch - too busy looking at cars getting my washed through windows). For $23 I couldnt be happier.

I had had bad experiences with Chammies in the past but thought that I would give them another try. I’m not picky, just want my car washed. I overlooked the first person that I encounter not saying a single word to me. ( Not asking me what I wanted or where to go to wait.). But when I got in my car to leave there was a cord hanging out of my glove box. It is connected to something behind the glove box. I don’t know what they did to make this happen but I know they saw it and just left it there. I did not go back because I don’t trust them to touch it now!!!!

I had my car washed and vacuumed here and when I got my car back it had a tear in the passenger seat. Someone also tried to cover the tear with some of the things I had in the car. The manager of Chammies denied that the tear had anything to do with them. My car is 6 months old, I take very good care of my things and no one ever sits in that seat, unfortunately. He offered me no help and didnt really care at all saying, Ive been going to court with issues like this since 1998. I would not recommend that you trust this company, especially if you would like to keep your car in good condition.

I think they did a wonderful job! I give them an honest 5 stars! I pink out got an outside wash. When it was done 4 guys dried it.

These guys will put a bad lamp just to change it and charge you an extra $20. This is what they did to me. I checked all my lights beforehand, but when I got there and they checked them suddenly my head light and tag light were out. Just be careful and check your lights before you go here.

I took my 2016 Impreza there in Aug. 17. I came out when they were drying it off. All the doors were open. A guy was standing by my rear passenger window. There was a towel neatly covering my REAR passenger window. I thought was strange since it was damp & would cause streaking. Another guy had his towel & his hand & squeegee with a metal handle covering the inside FRONT passenger window. All the other guys were still cleaning my car so it seemed weird they were just standing there. They were talking as I walked up but stopped & looked sorta guilty. I tipped and thanked them. BUT when I got home, I noticed a BIG SCRATCH ON THE INSIDE OF MY PASSENGER WINDOW. I went to open the door to check it out & then found a similar BIG SCRATCH on the OUTSIDE OF MY REAR PASSENGER DOOR. I am the only person who drives this car and DID NOT HAVE THOSE SCRATCHES before I took it to CHAMMIES. I thought I was the only one but looking at the reviews, I felt I should add my experience. One word: caution.

Passing thru town on business I needed an oil change so I called ahead to make sure they could fit me in. The woman who answered was completely rude immediately as if she hates her life and job and blames me for it. She hung up on me. I wont be going there.

They have multiple signs that show that they open at 8:30 am. Dont bother believing that. I pulled in at 8:35 and watched them lazily walk around smoking cigarettes until well after 9. I was the only car there waiting for them to remove the cones so I could pull in. They all saw me sitting there for almost 40 minutes. I called to see when they were going to open and the person that answered, who sounded like he was still asleep, said, ummmm, Im not sure. Maybe in a couple of minutes.Its no wonder that their NOW HIRING sign is a permanent fixture under their sign by the road. Plenty of other places to go where they actually want your business. After years of going there, this soured me. Ill never go back

I was not impressed! I paid over $20 for a whole 9 yards car wash, and found my widows streaked, back seat and floor board not vacuumed, and my dash not cleaned in large spotches. One guy fussed at me for putting my tip in the tip box, and not handing it to the guy who dried my car off directly. I called when I left, and was told to get with Brad next time I returned and he would take care of it... Too bad I wont be returning!

Took two different cars there. Both times the toll change in the driver side change holder was stolen. Complained. Was told there is a sign not to leave valuables in the car. The second car had the air vent controls ripped off because the person wiping down the inside was so rough. I dont care how many coupons you put out there, this place is not worth it.

They rolled down one of my windows before running it through the car wash. They told me they were not responsible. Literarily your employee rolled down my window and then you washed the inside of my car... Now Im having a hard time getting the moisture out. Every time Ive gone to this place they do a half ass job.

Horrible!!! I sent $25 for the Whole 9 yards and my cup holders werent clean, the dash was poorly donr, and it was the worst vacuum job Ive ever seen done! Plus the tire shinexpensive stuff that was put on splashed all down the side of my truck so now I have black dots everywhere. I have put some call into the manager, but somehow I highly doubt I will get a call back! This was my first time ever going here... my adviser is to not go here for any thing!!

Im actually rating this jiffy lube because its the first one Ive been to where I didnt feel like I had to be on guard against overzealous salespeople disguised as mechanics. In northern VA, Ive had jiffy lube insist that I needed to purchase additional services I had just had done elsewhere very recently; and then talk to me like I am an irresponsible idiot when I dont purchase every service they can think of.Not only did this not happen here, but I got my car washed with no additional charge. Ive never been to one that does that.
