What an amazing jewelry store. Id give Parkers Karat Patch Jewelers a whole constellation of stars if I could. I recently brought in a large amount of jewelry, both my own and inherited, for inspection, appraisal, repairs, modifications and cleaning. Each piece was handled with dignity and the utmost of care. Every. Single. Piece. Kristen worked with me tirelessly to show me what was what, educating me every step of the way about my pieces, the gems, the metals and finishes, the ages of a couple antique items, and so much more. She also guided me on what I could do with a very special diamond and found an outside artisan to work with a one of a kind gold watch which had been handmade in Burma for my mother but doesnt fit me. So, do I recommend PKP? 100%. You will be treated with kindness and care by the owners and staff. The rates are fair and the services very timely. Oh, BTW, they have many stunning and unique items underneath those glass cases. Wow!

The staff listened to what we wanted and worked with us to make sure we stayed on budget. Unlike other stores there was no pressure to buy or apply for a credit card.
