My very first experience was not a good one. But ever since I have come back the staff are very friendly and informative. I have been very pleased about my experiences since I gave them another shot. The sales person I initially interacted with seems to no longer be there and that is a very good thing. Thank you for all your help and assistance you have given me.

#1) The ring arrived with a Made in China tag on it! CHINA!!! #2) Its much smaller compared to the photo on their website.#3) The engraving is so small that I cant see it even with reading glasses and magnifying glasses. Really disappointed! By the way, I paid nearly $700 for this Chinese ring.

Summary: Probably not the best place to have a watch battery replaced.They broke my Victorinox Swiss Army Dive ($600) watch while replacing the battery that was not dead but in low power mode (5 second sweeps). After lengthy discussion they did send it out & cover the repair. I was without the watch in working order for months.

I didnt know how I was gonna do Christmas for my daughter. I called spoke to a very nice and patient lady named Angie. Talked me to coming to the store and take a chance getting approved for a line of credit to try and by my daughter a Christmas. I was approved and with praying and Jared was able to make my daughter very happy come Christmas morning. Just would like to think everyone at that store who was very helpful especially Angie. My fiance got my ring here and it is the most beautiful ring I have ever seen. I receive compliments all the time. I have been in to have it cleaned and sized and the service is fantastic. I am visiting them soon to purchase his ring. Jason is fantastic to work with.

The staff has always been helpful, willing to go out of there way to answer any questions. Whenever I’ve had an issue with an online order they’ve been able to fix it with great care and support. I’ve come in a couple of times to make payments right before they have closed and were able to accommodate me at that moment.

Bad attitude and looking to steal your money. Big Rip Off!! To see the people behind the glass and I can read there lips very well. The look on there face like they didnt care. All I needed was a small simple loop for my pendant. They gave me two options both with the price of 200$. I went to Blue jewelry in Biltmore. They charged me 50$. They lost a customer that I bought most of my jewelry at Jared. Overrated!! Shame on you! No help at all!! Thank you Blue!!

Piss poor service. Can never find your account to verify that a piece of jewelry is still under the service protection. After they do verify everything, they give you total assurance that everything is covered and nothing will come out of your pocket since you have the protection plan ..... NOPE. When you come to pick up your item, first they cant find the item, second they cant verify who you are in coordination with the item and if this item even is covered under the protection plan. After final verifying everything they then want to charge you because they arent sure that the protection plan actually covers this particular item.For those that are still reading this, go somewhere else. DO NOT WASTE your hard earned money with them.

Have never been in a Jared anywhere where the service was so awful and not professional. I don’t know if this person was new or what. But service was not up to standard. We left without finishing business. We will do business with another store. Monday September 10 2018 was the day we were actually in this store

I picked out my engagement ring here! They have a much larger and prettier selection than anywhere else I have been. There diamonds are beautiful. I was looking for something much more different than your typical engagement ring. They didnt make me feel like it was an odd request to get a diamond band rather than a engagement ring. I will probably be getting my wedding bands here too. I loved the warranty plan they have... one time fee, a twice a year check up to keep the warranty active. I get free cleanings whenever, free size changes, and a free re-dipping of the gold whenever my ring gets worn. If I lose a diamond.. they replace it! The fee was around $150 I believe. So worth it. Also the staff does not make you feel rushed. Try on and look at as many rings as you like. Many places have made me feel uncomfortable requesting to see several rings and taking my time. Not here!

Went by today with my daughter to exchange my Pandora ring for a different size. She had the receipt and was told that we could Exchange the ring size “at ANY JEWELER who sells Pandora”.The store was EMPTY of customers. We produced the receipt, told them what my daughter was told. One lady took the receipt to the manager who barely even looked at it before Snarling her nose up at us and told us to go to Pandora at the outlet mall. My daughter “did not buy this ring in an outlet store, it was purchased from a jeweler”, which we stated to the manager. Again, she snarled her nose up like we shouldn’t be in her store and told us to take the ring to the outlet mall with no explanation as to why we should do that.Now I work in marketing for a prominent Commercial RE Company and helping the customer, simply being curtious & respectful could turn into a larger, different sale. This manager wasn’t the least bit interested in our business.We typically buy Pandora from Jared’s. My daughter had her $7,000+ engagement ring sized by Jared’s. We were going to look at wedding bands today .. we didn’t get that far. We won’t be back.No wonder your store is empty. Be ashamed.

Definitely would not recommend Jared, especially for engagement rings or wedding rings. My fiance and I got our wedding bands from there and it has literally been a nightmare. We were given 12 months interest free and low and behold, our first payment had interest added in. So we called them and they told us that the bank had to fix it. So, we call the bank and they tell us that Jared has to fix it. So we went back to Jared and they said to call customer care because they couldnt do anything about it. SO, as another review said, it is basically a scam. I am beyond mad and irritated. So please, go somewhere else if you want to save money. Spicer Green or David Creasman, but definitely not here. Not worth it at ALL.

A couple of weeks ago, I stopped by to shop for a gift for my wife. This was the third jewelry store i had been to looking for the just right gift. Store Manager Brenda did a great job of discussing my wifes style preferences. She gave me a tour of the store and showed me different articles such as braclets, rings and necklaces. When we got to the watch counter, Brenda showed me several styles and brands. She discussed with me the different stong points for each watch (sports, dress, casusal, etc.). All very beautiful and within my price range. After I made my selection, Brenda had the watch gift wrapped. I was so pleased with my purchase, I even bought a St. Judes Childrens Hospital Bear (fund raiser for Jareds) for our granddaughter.I had in the past shopped for jewelry at Kays and the Karet Patch, found thier products to be substandard in quality..., kitsch. Sales people at these stores were not really well trained, ALWAYS tried high pressure sales tactics. At these stores its very easy to spot what the managers want sold, and the sales people are very pushy in steering you to those items.Brenda and her staff made me feel welcome and while the watch was being wrapped, a couple of sales people stopped by and complemented me on my purchase.The store was clean and well maintained. Brenda and her staff presented a professional appearance.Excellent service and products!Guys-need a gift for your lady??? Shop here, easy, clean, pleasant staff.

Do not go here - Go to Spicer Greene - At Jared’s they were all PUSHY sales people! It was worse than a car buying experience. They didn’t care about what we wanted and kept asking if the rings they chose were “good enough” for my sister in law and kept telling us it wasn’t possible to get what she wanted...On the other hand SPICER GREENE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! I will never go anywhere else for jewelry or rings. This was about the 5th place we went — but I wish it was the first because the level of service there is unprecedented! They were super nice to all of us — I couldn’t tell if they worked on commission or not because not a single person tried “selling” — they all worked as a team. Not once did they lower our standards at Spicer - They worked with our budget and helped us design (for hours) the PERFECT ring for my now sister-in-law BETTER QUALITY DIAMOND AND CHEAPER THAN JARED’S - FOR A CUSTOM MADE RING!!! They offered drinks and were very hospitable and the owners are always on site to assist customers. They kept in touch so we knew exactly what was happening with the ring process and accommodated us to a T! Don’t waste your time at Jared’s.

BEWARE SALES TACTICS AND FINANCING: I recently bought an engagement ring from the Jared Asheville location beside the mall in Asheville. Customer service was smooth and they made everything seem like no big deal. They ran my credit and then offered me a 36-months no interest payment plan which turned out to be a total scam! On the first bill I was charged over $34 in interest. When I called the store, all they could do was put me on a long hold and then give me a 1-800 number to call. The lady at the 1-800 location told me that their 36-month option in fact comes with a 14.99% interest rate and apologized that I was lied to. Her only reconciliation was to move me to a 1 year interest free payment plan with a much higher payment obviously. Very upset with the fact that such a large company will lie their way into one of the most major purchases of your life. BUYERS BEWARE!
