Best place to go to get insulted. I brought in a very sentimental price of jewelry that needed to be repaired, simple fix nothing major. The floor lady was amazing and nice but when she brought my jewelry to the guy behind the counter he insulted it by calling it cheap. He told me I should just go ahead and buy a new one. If you know anything about having some sentimental to you then you’d understand that you’d pay to have it nice and to keep it but because of this guy I will never return here. I ended up walking to Zales where they were more than happy to help me.

Me and my boyfriend went here for first time today we where treated with the upmost respect ! Got a great price on what we wanted ! Very helpful 👍🏻 very friendly ! And worked out a great deal ! We both left very happy ! Show respect and you will receive respect ! And the chain he got he has looked every where for a real one and got a real one for price of most of the knock offs in the mall !! Very happy we waited and went here !! Another jewelry store wanted 3 times what he payed for SAME NECKLACE ! I RECOMMEND THEM ! (someone said over priced ?? I would have to disagree strongly !!! )

Most overpriced jewelry store ever the price they sell their jewelry is ridiculous.The same ring I bought in Atlanta for 1800 they tried selling it to me for over 3000.They also tried selling me a ring for 12000 that would cost 4000 TOPS in Atlanta… Ridiculous

Ive been to many stores in Asheville but they This one of the only places I trust with repairs and good pricing. Very nice sales people.

They helped me figure out how to get my item engraved and were very patient even when I changed my mind repeatedly (because Id never been through the process before...so many fonts!). They were also very kind and happy for me about the occasion I was commemorating with the engraved item. Oh! And I spilled water all over the gift box (xmas tree plus dogs watering incident) and when I went back the next day they gave me a whole new box and bag and tissue set-up, no questions asked and said they were sorry about the mishap.

They don’t wear masks... it’s a pandemic. No gloves while piercing earrings. Used hand sanitizer to wash his hands... took so much time to charge my card it was sooooo sus.

Nothing professional, they left the back of my watch super damaged when I wanted to replace the battery, I do not recommend them 😤

I buy from this place frequently and this taller lady was rude and overbearing, last time I checked people don’t mind if you come and look around often, if you make a big purchase go through owner he will get you straight.

Can I just say that is one Gorgeous Jewelry store. My first visit to the mall in 5 years. The lights and decor w gold trim were so inviting. Lovely watch selection of Rolexes, Versace etc. Several WG/ YG DIA engagement sets to choose from. My EC birth stone in Aquamarine was on display. However, I decided to go with My FAVE precious stone in Sapphire. Owner- Ralph & staff were so very professional & helpful in making my selection. BTW They just opened 3 days prior. You must go by.

If i could give -5 stars i would, i have a 30 year old Skagen watch my father gifted me, and i needed a battery change. I went in and the employee there accidentally cracked the front crystal of the watch when trying to change the battery. He then told me he wouldnt charge me the $10 and would fix the front glass. They called me back in today and said they bought me a new skagen, when i got in the man told me he spent $60 dollars on this skagen watch for me (even though it said chevron on it) and that if i wanted the new watch i had to give him the old one(which my father had spent $300 dollars on in the 1970s)I refused and he told me if i wanted to keep the old one and the new one it would cost me $30 dollars, so i simply told him i prefer to keep the old one and he can keep the replacement knock off watch, he then tried to charge me the $10 charge for replacing the battery, after a small argument he let me take my old watch free of charge and when i went to get it repaired at a nearby stall they showed me the full extent of the damage, not only did they crack my front crystal they broke the gasket holding it so it was loose, scratched the whole back of the watch and bent the actual case of the watch. The joke is going to cost approximately $100 dollars to fix, all i wanted from these people was to change my battery...

They deserve a negative 10 ⭐. Their return policy is ridicules. They should always at least have a 10 day return policy.
