I guess this store is great. Angela was really nice to me and the other customers. She knows her stuff. Whoever trained her must of been a good trainer. Over all great products good service and quick and quality repairs!Fun fact the store has gone through 3 ownerships.

My experience was pretty good. I got it back in 1 hour the only thing I would critic is that the color on the glass on my iPhone 7 is no longer the color of the glass on the button. Even with this it still works completely fine.

Brought my 6s in as soon as they opened. Awesome, laid back but quick service. Got my screen replaced for cheaper than my carrier with insurance. Plus it only took about 20 minutes. Definitely coming back any time my phone gets busted again!

Aaron Rios (Store Manager) at Cellairis was very catering to my need and they made sure my phone was not only fixed properly, but in a timely manner. I had a problem with the fast phone repair shop in the mall and they actually broke my phone in the process of fixing it. I also had taken several trips to the mall with intentions on having my phone fixed. The first time they gave me a faulty battery which did not work and messed up my phone and I was not reimbursed for anything. Then when got back home I realized my aux jack all of a sudden stopped working When they opened my phone they separated my aux jack so it was no longer functional. The guy then tried to tell me that they did not have anything to do with the functioning of Audio Jack. They then gave me money and told me to go to Cellairis to buy the faulty part which they should have had since they were a phone repair place. They made me walk to the other side of the mall after they broke my phone. They also told me that its was going to take 3 hours to fix my phone and that I had to come back to pick it up meanwhile Aaron at Cellairis fixed my piece in 15 mins. When I asked the guy at the fast phone repair why it was going to take so long he told me that he has to watch a you tube video to put the piece in and that anyone can do it. I took the piece brought it to Cellairis and had a new aux jack, charger port, and speaker installed with no problems at all. I recommend this company 100% and they will have my business in the future.

I specifically went here because of the positive reviews. Not my experience. iPhone 5 with a cracked screen - replaced the screen within 1/2 hour... but the home button no longer worked. Replaced home button (an additional 1/2 hour). Still not working. He called his manager - told me some story about his manager being a Beta-Tester for Apple - I couldnt follow the logic, but he recommended a white replacement screen (mine was black). I dont want a white phone but it was worth a try. Another 1/2 hour watching this guy replace yet another screen while spitting tobacco juice into a Dr. Pepper bottle the whole time. Puts in the final screw... home button still doesnt work. After calling his manager a 3rd time he tells me he can take 20% off. Best I can do. Im kicking myself for paying anything. I complained that I now have a white phone that doesnt work properly. He offered to put back on the black one but at this point I was furious and didnt feel like wasting another 1/2 hour standing around a mall kiosk. Buyer beware.

We went to 3 other shops that couldnt repair the screen on a phone from Verizon that is less than one year old, and Sam got the part and put it in. He also was able to find a case for the LG phone that even Verizon didnt have. I highly recommend coming here for Sam to fix your phone!

0 STARS TERRIBLE!!! I dropped my phone which resulted in a cracked screen and small scratches on the back camera glass. Dropped my phone off at Cellairis and returned with only the screen fixed. I asked about the camera and the employee told me he didnt realize it was the glass and he replaced the actual camera instead. Id have to return to get the glass replaced because they didnt have any in stock. Came back 3 days later. Replaced the glass on camera, as I was walking away I opened the camera to a black screen. Walked back, he opened phone again but could not trouble shoot the problem. Told me he would need to order a whole new camera and glass. When putting my phone back together he could not fully attach the screen so I had to leave with the bottom corner of my screen unattached and my home button not working. I now have to go BACK to the store and in the meantime my phone isnt functioning. INCONVENIENT!!!. All in all Ive paid $200 for Cellairis to break my phone.

Sam and company know their stuff. Sometimes they can get a little swamped, but they try to work with you to get your repair done as soon as possible. Sam only wants to do quality work that lasts. He had me return to get my screen reworked when it didnt quite meet his standard.

I totally recommend Cellairis for cases and repairs!! It took him 20 mins to fix my screen and he beat everyones price! Very friendly and he did great work!! Ill definitely be back!!

One of the worst experiences Ive had with a repair shop. Cheap quality screens, terrible customer service, manager accused me of being a liar, and stoned employees. Do not recommend this awful service.They also change the prices for each customer, if you look like you have money prepare to be screwed.

Absolutely awesome. This is the second time I have used cellairis to repair my broken screen and both times it was done completely correct with out any little faults. You guys rock.

I brought my phone in for just a quick screen replacement, other than a crack in the screen it worked fine. They said itd be an hour... after an hour and a half I came back to my phone looking like someone smashed it with a hammer! Button was missing and the phone no longer worked!!! They said theyd fix it in a week...2 weeks later nothing was fxed. Im still waiting and this started in mid may! They keep telling me the part is in and itll be fixed the next day...but no one knows anything about it. No one else can fix the insane amount of damage they caused to it. Unless they buy me a new phone for the damage and time they wasted I dont recommend going to them.

I recommend that no one offer there service to Cellairis I was ripped off I made a claim to get my galaxy s3 screen fixed by the guy/girl Jazmine she took $20 from me to order my phone parts and told me it would b $278 to fix I accepted. she then gave me a run around on more then one occasion after I caught her lying about her being there but telling her coworkers to tell me she wasnt there. I then received a call telling me that my phone part was on back order so I wanted my money back for paying $20 she assured me I could get a refund so I go to get my money and she says I have to have a number off of a receipt to retrieve my money lousy place a bunch of liars and thieves

They have many different options for the iPhones and they know there stuff when it comes to cases. They also have a great team.

Cellairis is quite possibly the worst company Ive ever done business with. I brought my iPhone to have the cracked screen repaired, only to have the staff further damage the phone rendering the sensor for the touch screen completely useless. This means neither the old cracked screen or a brand new screen would work. The attempted repair took several hours, so I had to leave the phone with them to mail to me later. Upon calling me to tell me the phone was irreparable they demanded payment to simply return my phone with my old cracked screen to me in worse condition than I gave it to them in. After several lies from the location manager, the phone was finally sent nearly three weeks after being dropped off for repair. Further, the phone arrived without my SIM card. Reaching out to the store and the corporate office has proven futile. Avoid them like the plague!

By far the worst company, I have ever delt with. First I was told they could order order the part I needed without a manger. That was fine so I call the next week and the manger was going to be there. So I drive 45 mins to find out they were having schudeling problems and he wasnt there. I was then told anyone could order the part. So then I order it, the next week I go in and ask if my part had come in and Im informed that he was never told about this. I then tell him he was on the phone with you and he tells me No that wasnt me. So I then show him the receipt and he orders it. A week later I go back and have a different manger from a different location help me. I inform him of all the trouble I have gone though and he apologizes and tells me thats not the way it should be. He then works on my phone for two hours and isnt able to fix it. I tell him its fine and he give us a free case. (It was the back camera on an iPhone 7 plus). So the next day we see the camera wont focus on anything so we call back and tell a different manger that they need to pay the insurance claim of $200 he then tells me he would like to look at it first. So we bring it in and he says let me order a camera and I will fix it. We tell him we are going on vacation and that we have 14 days to return that phone (later found out it was 7) we asked if we could leave it with him and he says sure. So four days past and we hear nothing after he told us we would receive a call in two days. I then call and ask whats going on. He informs me that he has been working very hard to find a camera and he just found one. By now Ive very upset and let him know this is no way to run a place. He tells me he will call me when its fixed 3 days have now passed and no call. This place is HORRIBE. Becides for the manger from the other store. I would avoid this place and go to a different place. I still have no word on my phone. I will reupdate when I do

Similar experience to the previous reviewer. The girl was super helpful when selling the case, and of course did not mention anything about the basically non-existent return policy. Its a hybrid hard/soft shell case and after 48 hours of owning it, the soft shell started to turn the color of my jacket that I kept it in. Apparently, a very resorbent material. Tried to bring it back the same day the discoloration started happening (and was rapidly worsening) and the same girl was working. She said, Yeah, this kind of material does this type of thing. No refund, no exchange. All she did was continuously direct me back to the tiny print on the receipt in my hand stating their return policy. She then told me I could take advantage of a $10 credit towards a new case (all of them including the one Id just purchased being at least $30). Im sorry, but customer service doesnt get much worse than this experience in my book.
