My sheer, very expensive scarf was cleaned and returned to me with two tiny, but permanent holes where the identification tag was attached. This damage was foreseeable and easily prevented.

I have lived in several cities & frequented numerous cleaners who did a good job, but the ladies at the Merrimon location do a SUPERB job! Never have I seen employees pay such special attention to my clothes. I am a real estate agent, & I appreciate the special care given to each garment I drop off. Kudos to all!

Had a large bedspread washed today and am completely satisfied. More importantly, I was remiss in not previously commending the special care provided in the past for superb efforts in cleaning several vintage, highly decorated, embroidered Japanese robes. There was obvious some trepidation on the part of the senior staff at the Merrimon Avenue location but the lady in charge was marvelously up to the task and met my highest expectations. I recommend this location for meticulous performance.

Have lived in cities where same-day dry cleaning is the norm (which is awesome!) and cities where it takes at least a week to turn around your dry cleaning (and you never know if it’ll be the complete order). We stumbled upon Swannanoa Cleaners on Merrimon 3 years ago and have never been disappointed. While we don’t get same-day service, we have zero complaints with the usual two-day turnaround here. Our orders are always ready on time, they’ve never lost anything, the drive-thru option is clutch, and the service is outstanding and consistent.

Swannanoa Cleaners has been a lifesaver for us! A few times our puppies had accidents on our down comforter and couches and Swannanoa came to our rescue! Turned out beautifully - again and again! The staff is great and Vicky is especially helpful and always so nice!

Been using Swannanoa Cleaners for 30 years now...Merrimon Ave for 20. Fantastic service and friendly staff. Always dependable, and often has clothes ready earlier than promised. Rare problems (maybe 2 in 30 years??) have been handled immediately. Have used them for regular suits, shirts, etc, but also for odd items, and winter coat storage. I had a special event to participate in and needed my suit cleaned in a couple of days. The Merrimon Ave location was promp and FRIENDLY and my clothes were pressed and clean. No worries there is you are pressed for time and need something done right the first time!

I had a shirt I needed for work. When I put it on it became evident that I had not laundered it correct. It smelled sour! I was in a panic. I called down to the Merrimon Ave. branch and they were so helpful and got the shirt to me by 11:00 in the morning.

Excellent service with a smile. In 15 years Ive never been greeted without a smile at the door, never lost a button, never had a stain that could not be cleaned.

This was the first time I have been to these cleaners and I do not plan on ever returning there again. I wanted two blazers dry cleaned ($16.70--- high but not ridiculous I thought) Next I had a pair of womens pants with 1/2 the hem on one leg that was loose. I was charged $16.90 for the hem job (they used heat tape hem it), plus $7.80 to clean them (not asked for). All in all to repair 1/2 of the hem it cost me $26.43. Disgusting!!

Please dont go there. On a personal expeierence the customer care its good but the quality work is not good anymore on #MAY/8/2018 since the worker that just to worked there does not work there anymore the quality just sucks, but if you dont mind the quality then good.

My experience at this location was horrible!!!! Price gouging, excessively higher prices for womens items, and added services which are not asked for, but you are charged for! When I went to pick up my items I knew the bill would be a bit high, but NOT $430.00!!!! Thats correct $430.00!!!! I estimated the cost on the high end to be around $220.00 to $250.00!!! The cost was almost twice as much as I had anticipated, and I have had my dry cleaning done in many cities (Honolulu, Raleigh, Cary, Lexington, Germantown, and areas in NY) which never even came close to these ridiculous costs and add-ons that were not asked for!!! I do not recommend this place of business to anyone, and I plan on contacting the Attorney Generals Office and the BBB.
