I got married in 2018, and I traveled from Knoxville TN to Asheville to visit this store, and I am SO glad I did. I received excellent customer service and found my DREAM dress! The entire team was so fun to work with and so kind. I came back several times after I bought the gown - to try on, pick up, and order a veil. Each time I came in, the staff was awesome and remembered me! The owner of the shop helped me pick out a tiara to complete my look. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dress!

The entire staff at Wedding Inspirations is fantastic! From the moment we walked in the door my family and I were treated wonderfully. Grace, our consultant was excellent and answered all of our questions knowledgeably- she really was great! The seamstress who was there (I didnt catch her name) was very friendly and enthusiastic. I was able to try on several dresses (they had a STUNNING selection) and even though I didnt leave having found the one, I am truly impressed with the kindness and effort displayed by everyone we came across. Highly recommend this beautiful boutique to any bride searching for her gown for her special day!

I’ll give it 2 stars just because Shaunte was sweet while getting me checked in. The consultant that I had acted like she didn’t want to be there, and she didn’t listen to a single thing I said. I think they just push dresses on you that they want to sell, not ones that you want to try on.This store had a variety of lace gowns yet no matter how many times I said I did not like beading and sequins but I DID like lace, they would bring out another dress with full beading that looked like everything I said I didn’t want. I had high expectations for this store and was awfully disappointed.We actually left the store and the first think my mother in law said was that they didn’t seem to be listening to me at all

We had a fabulous experience at Wedding Inspirations! Not only was my consultant, Baylor, so sweet and easy to work with, but all of the ladies in the store were incredibly accommodating, encouraging, and helpful. I was pretty sure I had found a dress, but had another appointment following and couldnt commit quite yet. After my next appointment(where I had a rather demoralizing experience) I had to come back to Wedding Inspirations. Despite it being a busy Saturday afternoon, Baylor was happy to squeeze me into a fitting room so I could try on this dreamy dress one more time and make my decision. I made an appointment last minute to come look at dresses and get an idea of what I wanted. I didnt expect to leave with the dress of my dreams!! I got a Stella York dress at an unbeatable price point. After some unexpected things happening, the owner and my stylist did everything in their power to make sure i left happy. It really was 10/10 service. I couldnt recommend this boutique enough!!!

We had the most amazing experience. Due to the quarantine, we could not go anywhere to shop for a wedding gown and my nieces wedding is right around the corner. The people at wedding inspirations were so helpful and did a virtual experience with us. We found the dress of my nieces dreams and it was stunning! We have went to several other wedding boutiques before but all fall short to wedding inspirations. The owner and workers at wedding inspirations went out of their way to make this all happen and all were super friendly, warm, and cheerful! I highly recommend this shop to anyone I know. I was so happy with my experience at Wedding Inspirations. They have a wide variety of dresses for every price range. I bought my dress off the rack and their seamstress cleaned it up beautifully! I highly recommend stopping by this place to see if the dress is there... I bet it will be!

I looked everywhere for a specific Mon Cheri dress. I finally found it at Wedding Inspirations in Asheville. If I lived closer, I would make an excuse to shop there more often. They were so accommodating, knowledgeable and patient. The sales associates got as excited as I did about this beautiful dress. That made the process so fun. I also got it altered at the shop, thankfully the cost of alterations were very reasonable. She took her time and listened to my requests. It was a perfect fit! I can’t say enough on how pleased I was with the entire process. Thanks so much for helping me get the dress that I thought would only be a dream. I’m so grateful... the whole wedding was magical!(If anyone is concerned, the boutique is very careful when it comes to following the current covid guidelines.)

As many of you know when your daughter has decided to marry the man of her dreams and it’s time to pick out the perfect wedding dress for that special day, it is very important that not only you find the perfect dress but also the best place to make that purchase. My daughter had made a few appointments at bridal stores in the Asheville, NC area on a rare weekend off from college and had to make the most of her time while here. She found “the” dress of her dreams at a wonderful well established bridal store earlier in the afternoon and had one last appointment to attend with Wedding Inspirations that same evening or be forced to pay a penalty fee by credit card for not coming to the appointment. After finding her perfect dress we left on a wonderful high note to make that appointment on time or pay the penalty. When we arrived we instantly felt the high pressure techniques they were very well trained in. My daughter tried on a couple of very nice dresses and I could tell that she was beginning to get very confused. She found one in particular that she liked and with closing hours drawing near we were told by what had become 3 different staff members pressuring her saying that they had looked and there was only one available in the entire country and the office lady was “hovering the computer mouse over the only one available” and she needed to make her decision immediately. Wedding planning is stressful enough and these staff people were really putting the pressure on all of us. She made the decision to put the 75% non refundable requirement down on a dress that was beautiful but not the one that stole her heart. When we went home she sat down in our kitchen floor and cried telling me she had made the worst decision of her life. She immediately contacted the wonderful folks at the previous store where she had found “her dress” and as always they were more than understanding and willing to work with us in whatever way possible. After explaining to the staff at Wedding Inspirations the situation they were unwilling to work with us at all and set us up to make 4 equal payments on the remaining balance of the dress or forfeit all the money we had invested back to them and they were going to keep the dress as well. With all the wedding planning we forgot to make the first payment and we were penalized and fined for missing that payment. We ended up with two dresses....one that was perfect and found at another wonderful store in Asheville and the one we were pressured and forced into from Wedding Inspirations. If you are looking for a pleasant and memorable experience in finding the wedding gown of your dreams, I would not recommend buying it from Wedding Inspirations. That decision should be one of the happiest in a young woman’s life and she should not feel pressured or forced into making that decision because of overly aggressive staff that seems to see nothing but dollar signs. My daughter wore her original perfect dress this past Monday at her beautiful wedding and she stated that she should have went with her heart and not listen to the high pressure techniques used at Wedding Inspirations. Hard lesson learned!1/5/21 In regards to the owners response to my review: If your company has been doing bridal business for over 30 years then you should know by now that yours and your staffs’ pressure sales techniques are far from the “pleasant, memorable, and relaxed” atmosphere that you spoke about. Your response had so many untruths in it that I don’t know where to start! First, it is not the responsibility of a potential customer to “cover the costs of payroll for that day” if someone cannot make a scheduled appointment. Your staff should not have sold her a Size 6 when she is a 2 or 4 and then tell us it will be $500+ to alter. The “special moment of tears” that you spoke of was not from happiness. It was from pressure! And the “lovely experience” with my wife that you spoke of....I can assure you the feeling was not mutual! There’s far better places in town for brides to be treated fairly and with respect!

I found a dress out of town that I fell in love with. Whole trying to decide between two dresses, I called to see if they could squeeze me in to try on this one dress. They were willing to as long as I paid a $50 consultant fee if I didn’t purchase the dress for them. I get this Is a business and people want to make money, but i feel like they could have been more understanding and accommodating as I was trying to find my perfect dress. I just got the feeling that all they care about is the money and not about me. There are definitely other salons in Asheville that provide much better customer service and don’t care if they get a sale from you or not.In a reply to your response, I actually told the lady I was on the phone with that I was looking to make a decision that day...which I did. I explicitly told them that if this was my dress, I would purchase it from them that day. I just wasn’t going to go through the motions of trying on another ten plus dresses. For others reading this, their reply says enough about the kind of people they are.When I walked back into Best Bride Prom and Tux in tears, they worked with me for an additional 3.5 hours to not only make sure I was confident about the dress I was picking since I wasn’t able to try on the other dress I loved, but also helped me finalize my color palette for my bridesmaids dresses. I will be returning from over 5 hours away to finalize my bridesmaid dress and groomsman tux purchases.

It was my first time in and they are extremely helpful and nice. They gowns are gorgeous and are made for all budgets. I look forward to finding my perfect dress there. Special thanks to Brittany! She is definitely a 5+ star person and employee. 😊

I had a Saturday appointment with Lexy to try on bridal gowns with my mom, mother in law, and sister. We had a great time! Im plus sized and on a budget and was worried there wouldnt be much for me to try on, but they had a ton of dresses in a wide range of sizes, and lots of sale dresses available under $1000. The space is beautiful and was comfortable for me and my guests, and Lexy was so kind and knowledgeable. She was able to pull several dresses that were just my style after seeing a few, and I didnt feel pressured to buy at all. We were the last appointment of the day before they closed, but never felt rushed. Even though I wasnt ready to buy my dress yet, I would absolutely recommend this salon to anyone looking to buy a wedding gown in Asheville.

Wedding Inspirations helped to make my dress shopping experience enjoyable and fun. I scheduled an appointment and from the moment I was greeted at the door, I felt welcomed and celebrated. Within 30 min I had found my dream dress and also garters and a vale. I would highly recommend them for their huge selection of dresses and professional staff.

I had such an amazing time shopping for my wedding dress here! I am from Charlotte but decided to come and shop while visiting my sister! The entire staff was so kind and welcoming! I cannot say enough great things about Wedding Inspirations!! I booked an appointment, knowing nothing about the store or about wedding dress shopping in general. I got to the boutique early, about 10 minutes before they even opened, but they let us right in and got us started early. I had the BEST consultant, Taylor, who made the experience everything I could have wanted. I loved that she gave the option to put the dress on while she waited outside the curtain, and then came in to help once I got it on. I felt that I was trusted, and was given privacy that made me feel comfortable. She chose dresses in the styles that I asked for, and took every comment I made into consideration. I found the dress of my dreams, but did not say yes (YET) due to having another appointment planned that afternoon. Without saying the name of the other shop, there was NO comparison. I have considered going to a few other places, but after going here, no other place seems it would live up to my experience at Wedding Inspirations. I HIGHLY suggest this bridal shop.

We got very lucky and found my daughters dream dress here! Although a lot of the dresses were beyond our price range, the one we bought was a discontinued design and very reasonable for the quality.Brittany was SO helpful, and a real joy to collaborate with!

Walked in with no appointment and in a tizzy. The owner and all the staff went above and beyond and worked with me for hours (leaving the shop behind us when we left so I’m sure they stayed late). I really cannot say enough amazing things about Wedding Inspirations. I got engaged in December 2017 and planned to go dress shopping for our September 2018 wedding in February. I originally made an appointment with another bridal boutique in town. After the appointment was made, the employee I was working with at the shop told me how far behind I was in this process and how I really should have done this sooner (exactly what I wanted to hear!) and with ordering, alterations, etc. I wouldnt be getting my dress until probably weeks after my wedding. She asked me if I could move things up a few weeks and forgo having my mother and family with me (she would hold the phone as I face timed them) and then said when they were able to make the long drive from DC to the boutique, I could come back and try on the dress I had picked. Obviously not something you tell a new bride and it totally stressed me out - and also left me so not confident with buying such a huge purchase from them. I found Wedding Inspirations and canceled my appointment at the other place and I am so glad for that twist of fate! The first thing they did was tell me I wasnt doomed, maybe on a tighter schedule, but that we would absolutely get a dress in time. They were so reassuring and positive that they made the decision to get a dress from here a no brainer! I am more of a bohemian bride and they had so many options for me. I ended up getting the most beautiful dress, with the help of Taylor who was fantastic and so accommodating. I saw their seamstress, Judy, for the first time a week ago and she was wonderful to work with. I went to SEVEN bridal shops in search of my dress. While I found some great dresses, I was still looking for “The One” when I got to Wedding Inspirations. Shawnte was so helpful and understood that I wasn’t unsure of what I wanted or wishy-washy, I was on a mission! She pulled dresses that were exactly what I was looking for, and in the end I found two great dresses! I choose the perfect Oksana Mukha dress, and Wedding Inspirations is one of the few places that carries her stuff. Everyone was wonderful and made me feel like a bride. Every time I come for a fitting, I can’t get over the great selection and staff they have. Definitely look for your dress here first!

I actually found my dream dress in Jacksonville, Florida and then found out that Wedding Inspirations carries Essence of Australia and the dress that I wanted.. so I called and they were SO easy to work with! My dress arrived and Judy did an absolutely PHENOMENAL job altering it. I had the most fantastic experience here and I would reccomend it to any bride. All of the girls, especially our guide Shawnte, were wonderful. They seem truly happy to help you find the perfect dress. I had very little idea what I wanted and she accommodated me perfectly and was very helpful. The bridal floor is absolutely gorgeous and it feels very relaxing and calm. I cannot say enough good about the atmosphere they they create here. My family and I had a great time and never felt rushed or pressured at any point. One of the other girls even let me borrow her shoes so I could measure my seam to my expected shoe height! I went with my best friend to find her dress and we we BLOWN AWAY by Shawnte and her service! She was like an immediate friend! I cant get over how wonderful my experience here was. This was actually the first place I started with on my hunt for a wedding dress, and after working with Shawnte and the other consultants, my experience at all other salons in the area that I visited in the area paled in comparison. Not only did they accommodate me for a last minute appointment the first time I visited, but they also stayed late on a Saturday so I could come back and commit to my dress after I got frustrated with poor customer service and walked out 25 minutes into an appointment somewhere else a few days later. Wedding Inspirations was the only bridal shop in the area that I can say made me feel like I wasnt just one of hundreds of the same. They gave genuine, yet kind and enthusiastic feedback--I truly felt like they were active participants in helping me find my dress. Furthermore, they embraced my quirkiness and helped me try dresses that both met my requests and matched my personality. Id recommend them a thousand times over, and I couldnt be more grateful for all they did to help me find my own kind of beautiful.

I had the best experience, Brittany made myself and my entourage feel welcomed, we never felt rushed and she was able to lend her knowledge and expertise so that I was confident in my purchase decision.

My fiancée was going to buy her dress from here. They wrote her sizes down incorrectly so when the dress came in it did not fit. So to figure out what size dress she would need, they put her in a completely different style of dress they had on hand at the store. She fell in love with it. So she was told that she could pay a restock fee for the old dress and pay to get the new dress. She then received an email saying that wasnt an option. She could either purchase both dresses for full price, or pay half price for the old dress (that the store would keep) and pay full price for the new dress. That is absolutely ridiculous. So when she went to pick up the old dress that did not fit, they offered to swap that size for a larger size on the rack. A decent offer, except for the dress on the rack had so many picks in the fabric and had stains in the armpits from other people sweating in it. Also, she noticed a note on her file that was addressed to the owner. It read as follows: Please call me about this bride...ugh! Followed by a frowning face. It was a very unprofessional way to handle the situation. Now she is stuck with a dress that doesnt fit that she is going to try to fit into.

Wanted to look at a couple dresses, did not know it was appointment only. Very rude to my mom when she tried to get me a dressing room. Would have probably gotten a dress to but they wouldnt even let me try any on!
