Older man completely misses my driveway backed over big rocks in yard backs in yard no where near parking spot. Comes in and basically says can’t do my floor. Then he leaves tearing ruts in my yard and making a rut as he manages to spin out the whole way out and tears up my gravel and 4x4 post I have in ground. Would not recommend this guy to ever do your house. He clearly is not able to perform or drive.

We have been happy clients since the mid nineties. Our family owned 16 apartments in the Asheville area. We have seen our share of nasty carpets.The people at Chem-Dry are miracle workers at rescuing/cleaning carpets. They saved us many times when we thought we were looking at a carpet replacement. Our carpet vendor told us carpet is not made to be washed or steamed...it needs to be dry cleaned. That is who introduced us to the Chem-Dry team in Asheville. Yep, we are fans.

These folks are very professional and helped me clean both furniture and carpet. I really appreciate their prompt attention to my needs and use of nontoxic products!

Sorry, I tried and tried to schedule a time for my area rug to be cleaned. I could never actually get anyone to schedule a time they just kept telling me to bring it by whenever but to call first because apparently the manager is never there. So I call, I go by there and they are always closed or it never a good time to do so I’m done. How is this place still open?!

Simply the Best in town. The owner, Honest Jim, will tell you like it is without playing coy about costs & additional fees. He is very upfront about what he does and the cost to do it. Hell even tell you the technology he uses isnt the cheapest, but it is the best. Everyone, there is very nice, professional, and will even work with you if you have a budget (like in our case: thought wed have to move because of water damage, which can get ludicrous. -Thanks again Jim!!). In short: if you want it done right the first time, and you dont want to lose your shirt in the process, I promise youll never need to spend the hours I did looking for the best value. - JMN @ Pickerkings
