I contacted every carpet cleaner I could easily find on google in Asheville and Heavens Best was the only one that promptly responded. Brent(I think thats his name) called me the next day after I had filled out an online form to inquire about cleaning all my homes area rugs. He had someone scheduled to come within the week. 8:30AM on Monday, Kenneth was right on time, very kind, wore a mask and practiced social distancing, etc. Very professional and prompt. He cleaned all the rugs which took maybe 45 minutes, it cost $185 for4 large area rugs and 2 long runners that all get beat up by my dog and cat. Also I was pleasantly surprised that the loudest part was him vacuuming and the actual shampoo machine is really quiet - which was nice because I work from home and was working while he was here. Even my animals were really chill and not spooked by him or the equipment.

We were having a problem with our vents. They examined, assessed and cleaned them out for us. From beginning to end they were friendly, professional and effective.

Stains were really hard to remove but they got all but one that was red and of unknown origin. Provided good advice on some upholstery with watermarks for us to do it ourselves. Very professional.

This was a much better experience than I anticipated. They didnt make any promises except to do their best. I had them clean a large 8X10 area rug and bathroom that had cat urine embedded into the carpet that I could not get rid of. My area rug, bedroom, and bathroom were vacuumed, treated with pet enzymes, shampooed and cleaned in less than an hour and the whole house smelled of an orange citrus scent. The urine smell has completely gone away! I thought I was going to have to throw away my carpet. The owner, who always seems to answer the phone is so personable. I will definitely be using them again!

Bret showed up right on time and did an amazing job. We had three bedrooms--each with a large closet--and a hallway upstairs in the home we just purchased. The carpets were horrifically dirtly and stained. We thought we were going to have to replace them.Now we dont! I can go upstairs now and begin to imagine how to furnish these rooms, whereas before my deepest desire was to close the doors and not even think about it. Brett was on schedule, professional and efficient in cleaning out our 24 year old dryer vent and replacing the exterior vent opening. He did a thorough removal of all lint and tested the line for leaks. He is reasonable and great to work with.

Greatest company ever! Cleaned my 20 year old carpets and made them look like new. Cleaned my micro suede couch that was on a sun porch and open to the elements-rain blowing in, sun baking the fabric, extreme temperatures- not heated much in the winter nor cooled in the summer- it is very usable again. We were going to replace it but now we don’t need to. Very professional, on time, and reasonable priced. Completely satisfied. Will definitely call them again when needed.

Our carpet had stretched in a couple of rooms. They did a great job cleaning our 13 year old carpets and they also stretched the carpet in the hallway that had buckled in a couple places. They were on time, offered a quote before starting the work and did a very thorough job.

I had renters move out of my home and leave behind stains and smells of their dog on the carpet. I called Heavens best and they called me back same day, made an appt to go out to the house as soon as they could. Once there, they called me (I live about 2 hours away) and accessed the situation and what they could do. Once done, they sent me pictures of the carpet and it looked like new. Our furniture looks like new again. Will have Heavens Best come one once a year from now on.

I had them clean carpets in 4 average sized bedrooms, grout (sealing) in 3 average size bathrooms and a small kitchen/dining room along with one ottoman cleaning and it was $1461. We could accept the ridiculous price IF the service was superior, but it was far from it. Two of the bedrooms still had many stains and the tile throughout our home looked exactly the same (stained). Attempted to communicate our dissatisfaction, but played phone tag with Bret. Our goal was to express our concerns in hopes of coming up with a mutual resolution. When we did reach him that didn’t remotely happen. He didn’t offer to come back out or lower price; he just stated hes been in this business many years and not all stains come out. You would think since they service Mountain Air Country Club and cost over $1000, we would receive some sort of customer service and their reviews are good. We have had a ton of upgrades done to our home recently and have never been treated this poorly. Please heed my warning that this company is obviously use to big jobs that will pay big money, not the average family household. Stick with local service providers that have values and integrity...we learned our lesson the hard way.

Heavens Best came over to Newland and cleaned some pretty yucky carpets at my father-in-laws previous home. John was on point and I was impressed at how well the carpets were cleaned in such a short time! They look almost new! The price is unbeatable in the area, and the customer service was top notch! I used to shampoo my own carpets, but it took me at least 3-4 hours and I always had to be sure I had enough supplies before I started and I would put it off as I had to relearn my shampooer every time.
