We throughly enjoyed our visit with Stacy. She is a great asset to State Farm. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and yet very friendly & personable. We feel we made the right decision to join State Farm even though it will cost us a little more, IT WILL BE WORTH IT.The billing of once a month automatically taken out of our account with a notice of same from you is SO CONVENIENT. This Insurance Agent is the worst I have ever worked with. I contacted them to match a previous policy we had with another insurance agency and they did. However, when we received our policy comp/collision was not on there. They claimed that it was because they didnt have an accurate drivers license even though everything was provided correctly. When I provided them with the drivers license information, as I did before, everything went up by $240 a year. Neither my spouse or I have been in an accident or filed a claim. We received our declarations page again and comp/collision was added on and our coverage had completely changed to something that was not on our previous declarations page. When brought to state farms attention they were unprofessional and rude in handling this situation that was frustrating for my husband and I.
I have been a St Farm customer for about 40 years, and have lived in over 10 states. I have had many St Farm agents, some better than others, but the owner of this agency is clearly interested in putting up BIG signs and ads with her photo everywhere, but is the LEAST PERSONABLE agent Ive EVER HAD. The staff there have been respectful and helpful however.I transferred four St Farm policies to this agent and never got a thank you note or ANYTHING from her office except pre-made MARKETING materials selling more services.I moved all of my St Farm policies.As a very long time SF customer, I advise finding another agent.

Ive been using this state farm office for over 5 years for car insurance. They have always be quick and efficient with quotes and questions. Recently we bought our first home in another city and still used this office for our home insurance. Love the customer service and have always been happy.

I was in a accident with a person who was covered by State Farm. The other driver was at fault so I contacted the insurance company the morning after the accident to get the repairs and rental car process going.Everything went well and fairly quickly until I went to pickup my car Friday afternoon. I went to the repair shop of their suggestion and when I went to pick up the car, the battery was dead, the automatic lock and unlock system on my outside door handles were no longer working (even after the battery was fixed by myself), as well as a large scratch to the metal of the opposite fender being repaired.I had left a message regarding this on Friday afternoon since they had been closed. No one had returned my call so I tried contacting the shop multiple time throughout the day. I ended up contacting State Farm to resolve the issue. When explaining the situation, the gentleman who didn’t give his name was beyond rude with me and stated that he couldn’t help and that I needed to call the shop where it was being repaired - which I had tried to do all day. He then stated that no matter the situation the rental car would be my responsibility and when I asked to speak to a manager, he laughed and hung up the phone on me.If it weren’t for the person at fault having had State Farm insurance, I would have never done business with them. Amazed by their lack of respect for others and their horrible customer service. Highly suggest going elsewhere for your insurance needs. This place is horrible.
I needed car insurance asap because my other policy was ending and it was getting way to expensive. After calling several other agencies and getting nowhere, and getting very high quotes, I called Rebecca Sandoval State Farm and spoke with the lovely lady named Carrie, and she gave me a quote quickly and efficiently. And it was a very reasonable price for the coverage I needed. And when I needed help on another issue, she was there to help me right away, in less that 30 minutes, Now thats what I call great customer service! I would highly recommend this agency for any of your insurance needs!!

Carrie Prado with State Farm is an excellent agent. She is more than willing to explain what the coverage means and what is best for you and your family. She is very knowledgeable and makes getting or changing a policy simple.
Very poor customer service. The day before closing on our home a year ago, we realized the insurance estimate was way outside of normal. It was after hours and they were not available at all, try as we might to get them, and the next morning when we finally got to talk to someone they said they had made a tenfold error. I left numerous messages for Ms Sandoval and never got a call back. As I said, poor customer service.Now I have a crack in my cars sunroof. Claims dept told me what to do, then called back and told me something else completely, and then eventually went back to the first way. I shouldnt have had to deal with them to start with.Call me old fashioned, but Im used to dealing with my agent, who is accessible - not happening at this office.
I have always had excellent service at this agency. Wendy Rogers is the absolute best. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and caring. She is a huge asset.
Must be superb at life insurance, because they arw horrible at auto insurance. Adjusters ignore you when you are insured through them. Over a year later and no response from my adjuster Jaque Riddle. Nor from her manager. You will be blown off as a customer. I highly recommend anyone else legally able to insure you.

Rebecca and her team have been providing my car, home and business insurance for probably close to 10 years now and they are simply great. Easy to talk to, helpful, and their rates are comparable to other quotes I received from Gieco, Progressive and the like. Very upset with this office. I’ve been a customer of statefarm for 15 years. Never considered ever leaving until working with this office. I requested life insurance information, decided in less than 30 days I didn’t want to continue it. Spoke with the office three times and sent an email on canceling it. Just was charged for another month. Switching to another agent . This is the fourth charge totalRevised 2/25/19 After Rebecca Sandovals Response:Hey Stacy,Thanks for the response. I’m saddened to say that the cancellation was not done in a timely manner. I spoke with Statefarm Customer service about it 2/21/19.I am happy to share my timeline with you.On Dec 19th I applied online for more information about life insurance for myself and my husband.Dec 19th- spoke with Stacey about policy. States she will submit it.Late Dec (after holidays)Told by Stacy I was approved. My husband would need blood work. Took a few days to decide, then chose to cancel policy and look around- via Phone with Stacy.1/11/19 called again and Spoke with Stacy. Said I wanted a company where both Josh and I would be able to be covered. Later received a voicemail from you Stacy. Called back and talked with you -Stacy about labwork and not wanting to continue.1/24/19 - Surprised to see an autodraft of life insurance taken out of my account. started emailing to have concrete writing. Emailed again about autodraft.1/25/19- reply from Stacy that she was waiting on my decision about Josh with insurance.1/27/19 emailed back saying We had a phone conversation on 1/11/19 about not continuing policy. She states she would cancel policy, and would get a refund. (email corespondents 1/28/19)Surprised again in February to have an auto-draft taken out of my account. Called customer service 2/21/19- states only recent was my policy cancelled. Also no refund placed in system for me.I have now been drafted $127.55 for a policy I canceled in less that 30 days of application. And have had a total of 4 drafts out of my account.

We’re moving to Asheville and we were referred to the Rebecca Sandoval agency. From our first contact with them they have been very efficient, knowledgeable and fun in helping us. So, we’re transferring nearly all our insurance needs to them, e.g., auto, household, umbrella/liability and health care. They will be our Asheville insurance center, so to speak, and this is huge for our peace of mind.
