I calledthese guys to repair my ac unit. Appoint was set for 8-10 am. By 12 nobody had shown up or called. I called them and was told the guy would be out at 1. By 2 still no repair guys show up. I call again at 3 only to be told that they couldnt get anyone out that day. I ended up missing a whole day of work waiting and still have no air and nobody ever called to update me about anything

We built a new home in 2019 and Quality Comfort installed the HVAC systems. We asked to be set up for routine maintenance and never succeeded despite a couple of attempts. We also experienced a few issues with distribution of the airflow and humidity control so we wanted someone from their firm to assess our needs and they did not respond to that either. Due to a more pressing need to add humidity in the winter months we had them install a humidifier that was installed incorrectly. Although it functioned, it also blocked a large portion of the plenum thereby reducing airflow that we had already expressed concerns about. We had another firm assess our situation and they removed the humidifier and properly installed a new one, they adjusted the airflow issues successfully, they installed a new mini-split system in an area of the home we had neglected to have HVAC installed, they installed dehumidifier for the summer months and they have set us up for routine maintenance service. All of our contacts with the new firm were met with prompt replies and sound suggestions. NONE of the contacts with Quality Comfort were responded to either promptly or with thoughtful assessments. QC may be adequate for a quick HVAC repair or light duty issues, but in our situation they designed an inadequate system for our larger home and completely failed to follow up with us regarding concerns. I DO NOT RECOMMEND the firm for new installs or HVAC design services.

Work on time quick workers, are respectful like there price and value and affordable I really recommend hiring them.

Terrible service! They were supposed to repair our system. We waited 2 1/2 weeks for parts to arrive. They installed the system when the home was built. After waiting, I called about the status and they scheduled an appointment to make repairs and didn’t show up! Called to follow up and they had no record and couldn’t find the parts. We were on a maintenance program with them too!

These guys are awesome, lowest price around, but their work is top knotch. They quickly worked me into their schedule and helped me to figure out the best system for my home. Alex and his team are very professional and know what theyre doing. Highly recommend.

Quality comfort responded quickly to get heat for us when our system failed during this winter They continued to working on the problems until resolved which were caused by improper installation by the subcontractor at the initial install.Quality Comfort Technicians were competent, professional, and courteous and the cost was fair. Fast and reliable. Whenever my A/C broke Quality came out to fix it quickly and at a fair price. My heat recently broke in the night and I thought I was calling them to come fix it. Instead I called a company with a similar name by accident and got ripped off. I wont make that mistake again. When you find someone who you can count on, keep them.

Worst Heating and cooling company that I have ever dealt with. I own 8 apartments in the Leicester NC area. These folks k were called through a home warranty company that I deal with. They have screwed something up every time they were called. I finally had American Home Shield note in my account that they are never to be called again. These people, are rude, unprofessional and inept. I would advise not calling them ever. The HVAC company that worked on the systems after them took one look and said, Let me guess, Quality Comfort worked on it last, right?

Quality Comfort did a great job from discussing the need, inspecting our current equipment, proposing several HVAC solutions/prices, and completing the install promptly, effectively, and cleanly. Highly recommend them.

I have used this company two times for home warranty work through AHS. Both times they were willing to work with me on scheduling to meet with my tenant and service my AC. They are friendly, flexible and seem to do good work. Only complaint is that the instructions from AHS say to wait 24 hours for them to call to schedule, but I never receive a call. Anyway, I pick up the phone and call them and its no problem. I would use these guys even if I didnt have AHS. Thanks!

Prompt service when my a/c went out,but at a ridiculous price.The guy was there for maybe an hour and replaced a fan in my air handler which cost typically a $100 & a $20 condenser, and he charged me $490.So thats about $370 an hour.I will never use these crooks again.

I have a home warrant via American Home Shield. When my AC wasnt working correctly, I requested service via the AHS website and Quality Heating and cooling was assigned. Contractors are supposed to call to schedule an appointment.After not hearing from anyone, I again requested service via the AHS website (about a month later). This time they called on time and we set an appointment for the following day between 8 and 10 am.At 11:20 that day, I called their office to inquire as no one had shown up or called. The receptionist told me she didnt know why they didnt show up and offered to give me the technicians number so I could call and ask when he might be coming by. I declined to act as their scheduling coordinator.I checked the AHS website and my request had been marked as Completed.I dont know how they are at fixing AC, but I can say they are fairly terrible at customer service. I wouldnt recommend them based on this limited experience.

These folks did great work putting in my new construction heating and air and at a very competitive price. Communication was always on point and they kept every appointment that was scheduled.

Awful. Had to use this company due to home owners insurance. Horrible customer service. Way over priced for parts and labor. Manipulative and scam like behavior. Run away.
