Probably the best apartment complex in Asheboro. Loved my time living here and was sad to to. Management takes really good care of the place and the residents and even does extra things for the community. The place was built well because I never had a problem or heard my neighbors. If we ever had a maintenance issue, they were quick to resolve it for us. They even re-paint and replace all of the carpet before each new resident moves in! Would highly recommend.

The staff and maintenance team at Matthew Grande apartments are some of the nicest most helpful people I’ve ever met. They really make an effort to get to know everyone that lives there and build relationships. They are quick to respond and help when needed. I don’t have one complaint about living here.

I am a current resident at Matthew Grande Apartments. I have been living here with my family for almost 4 years and happy to call it our home. Marcy and the office staff is awesome and always greet with smile. The maintenance team is great and always go above and beyond to fix the issues in a timely manner.Matthew Grande is a very quiet and peaceful place. The community is very nice and never had any issues with any of my neighbors. I would recommend Matthew Grande 100%.

My friend lives here. They have the loudest neighbors and the management does nothing when they file complaints. Apartment itself seems nice but the management is standoffish.

Great lighting in the evening makes you feel safe. Spacious rooms and I love living here. The office personnel are really great about working with you. If you do have any maintenance, they will leave you a note telling what they did. The kitchen makes everything so accessible. The grounds are clean and they are well taken care of. I gave five stars, because they deserve it.

I moved from Upstate NY to Matthew Grande in Mid-August 2018 and Marcy and Karen made it easy. Its quiet here and the grounds are very well maintained. Maintenance does a great job responding to requests. Its very well lit so you can feel safe walking your dogs after dark. People are very friendly here too. Overall its a great place to call home. Thank you to all of you for the great experience here. The only thing that would be great to have here is a dog park because I havent found any near by.

I love the community here, it’s always so peaceful and I never have any safety concerns. Management is fantastic, always on top of everything and there whenever you need them. Our maintenance team is super awesome as well, as soon as I put in a request they are there as soon as they can be. The other night we needed Jonathan for an emergency and he showed up at midnight and helped us when we needed him most, he was so awesome!!! So thankful for the entire team here at Matthew Grande, if you’re considering getting an apartment in Asheboro Matthew Grande should be at the top of your list. :)

Office is so attentive to their residents! Such a peaceful place to live. The maintenance staff is great! Those guys really care about the residents and that the request are fixed in a timely manners. We love where we live & Eddie makes our stay that much better!

I have lived at Matthew Grande for almost 6 months now and love it. The office staff and maintenance crew are awesome to deal with. The grounds are kept well. Any minor issues that I have had, were always dealt with quickly and with a smile. Its location with surrounding cities is great for those who commute. I would highly recommend living here to anyone.

Karen from our first interaction has been so helpful! And Eddie the bomb! Always on point, handling all concerns in a very timely manner. They have made my experience thus far very comfortable, and all issur s are resolved with in a day.

This is my second time staying at Matthew Grande.I stayed here in 2012-2014 and it was with a different staff than it is now. This time around has been so much better so far! The staff are so nice and easy to talk to about anything I need. I had a few issues with my refrigerator and my A/C, and both times they were quick to try and help me get everything fixed! I honestly do not have any negative feed back. I love my apartment and I would recommend Matthew Grande to anyone looking for a place to rent!

Eddie, the head of maintenance is amazing! He always tries to help in anyway he can, even with things that have nothing to do with maintenance. He also checks in on the residents to make sure everything is going okay. When my washer broke, he loaned me tools so I could fix it. Other staff are nice, never had an issue with any of them. One thing we loved was that they didnt have added on things to rent, like a trash fee, ect. That changed when we were up for renewal, and the price of basic rent also went up. It is still not a bad option for renting, just be warned that a neighbor of mine said the rent always goes up every year. Also, a one year lease is actually one year and 2 weeks. Doesnt seem like a big deal, but if you dont know that in advance and plan to move out on the one year mark, it can blindside you when the final rent is due. The residential portal to pay rent is easy to use, as long as your in the system. If your not, its difficult because they have a lot of rules about how to pay. The area is nice, no one bothers you, and they keep it well lit. Overall its not a bad place and the layout of the apartment was nice. Kitchen sinks are super small, and the dishwashers barely clean anything. If I had to choose a place to live on the area again, I would still consider renting from them despite the negatives.

Maintence dudes are cool and very helpful. Reason for having any stars at all. However the property manager has been on a nitpicking micromanaging rampage here as of lately. Im pretty sure she walks around looking for reasons to complain and harass tenants about. Due to this reason i am glad to say when my lease is up i will be on my way out of here. Would be a decent place to live. But trying to please the properties manager need to be in control does not create a harmonious place to live.

Weve lived here for a month and the maintenance staff has been nothing but outstanding. The major items in the apartment have been fixed or replaced as necessary. The response has been quick as well. Thanks to the Maintenance Staff and the Front Office.

Mike installed a ceiling fan which I won in a drawing!! He came back when it was a convenient time for us, left everything very clean and it works great! Everyone is very responsive to our needs, they spray for insects routinely and make sure everything is in working condition.

This is a great place to live. There have been a couple maintenance issues but they were handled promptly by Eddie, the Maintenance manager. He is very professional and efficient.

I am a current resident of Matthew Grande Apartments. I have been a resident about six months or more and I absolutely love it. I am 39 years old and work most days so I love coming home to a peaceful place. There is never any noise and it is very very peaceful. I have had to call maintenance a few times for minor things to be repaired and they always have my complaint completed by the time I got home the next day. The office staff are very nice and on top of everything. They handle every situation professionally. I will be recommending this place to anyone for sure!

The management team are very friendly and helpful. The complex is very quiet and has a very tranquil environment..Maintenance crew always respond quickly to coming out when maintenance is needed. I enjoy living here and reasonably priced.

Excellent little community located close to 2 highways, and less than 30 minutes to Greensboro, and 45 minutes to Winston Salem! Maintenance is spot on, and the grass is always manicured. There are no loud partiers, and people keep to themselves. I would definitely recommend this community for others to live in. I must also say that parking is great, and I never had trouble finding a parking space! Apartment is nice and clean, and is fairly modern, definitely cant beat it for the price!

The apartment, staff, maintenance and neighbors are all top notch. I have been a resident for more than a year and I have enjoyed it. Marcy, Karen, Eddie and Jonathan are the very best.

For what it is, not bad. They have some weird rules regarding vehicles and such that I didnt like because I personally work on my own cars. The apartment I was in needed some work done to the kitchen but it never really got fixed. Smoke alarms would just go off on full blast for no reason (2month daughter sensitive ears) didnt get fixed. And the fact rent goes up and up for the same sqft. Not a bad place overall. But I wouldnt come back if I needed a place to stay.Eddie was pretty good when it came to other things needing fixed and seems like a overall genuine fella. Cool guy

The management is doing great and the community as a whole is peaceful and caring. Management is very open and proactive in resolving any issues. Overall I am satisfied.

I live in Mathew Grande and we have maintenance people who are so good, Carlos and Aaron come right away when we have any problem andCarlos or Aaron fix it right away, they are great I have lived in many places, but I can tell anyone that this is the best place to live because of Carlos and Aaron they are very friendly to everyone, I thank God for bringing me to Matthew Grande, we also have the best rental office people Alexis and Hector go over and beyond to help anyone with their rental needs or problems and they are super nice, this is why I will never move from here, Thank you Alma Morgan Apt 6A.

I been @Matthew Grande for a few years. It has good lighting for the evening hours & it makes for a safer atmosphere. They keep the landscape up and have some extras such as a pool and small workout room. Its close to town, for shopping, eating etc..... Several floor plans that your bound to find one for your family needs.

This apartment complex gave me tons of trouble. A few months into moving in my roof started leaking in the middle of the night and ruined my closet. My clothes and shoes were ruined. Not to mention they put huge fans in my apartment to dry the carpet and my power bill doubled. My neighbors above me stayed loud and rude, when I complained, they put a complaint on everyones door saying to keep it down. Also, they would pop in all the time to inspect your apartment and leave a note. One time I was taking a nap and two men came walking in without me having any notice. When I moved out, I broke my lease early. Marcie told me I had to pay two more months and then a new person was moving in and I would be free. I went back twice and paid off what I was told I owed. The price changed muIiple times by the way. I was then told that a new woman signed to live in my old apartment and I was free. I hadnt heard from this apartment complex in 7 months, until today. A credit collector called me, completely rude and when I tried to explain myself, they hung up. I called the Matthew Grande and Marcie told me a total new story on how I owed money to them because the woman never moved in and it was then my responsibility to finish up paying. She told me she sent me many letters to an address I had left them. I told her I didnt live there, she was completely rude and blamed it all on me. I tried to explain myself again, and got hung up on. This apartment complex has been nothing but a nightmare and I will never do business with them again. I have been nothing but kind to them, but Im now to the point where I dont wish to speak to them. Please be cautious when choosing this place to be your new home.
