Ill start by saying this. The Staff is amazing!! Especially Brooke. She will go out of her way to help you getting something you need and she was the entire reason I came to Forest Ridge.This is my back story. I was desperately seeking a place of my own due to certain events that were happing in my life and because of the pandemic no one had anything available. I knew how things were when it was Ashwood apartments, so I was skeptical at first. Ill say this much. Its a far cry from what it used to be and the staff has cleaned it up tremendously. Deciding I had nothing to lose. Pulling in I walked to the office and there was Brooke. She was very down to earth, took the time to hear my problems. Keep in mind this was Mid - Late December of 2020 and Im typing this in September of 2021. my apartment obtained in August of this year. Anyway making a very long story short,nshe keep in touch with me, worked around my situation, keep an open mind all to make sure I secured a place.To end on this. I wanted to say thank you to Brooke and all of the Forest Ridge team for all the hard work.

I live here and can honestly say that I love it here. Very clean complex. The only problem I have is with the maintenance department here. They take way too long to come out and fix problems you may be having. I put in an order for my bathroom tub and toilet to be fixed. Took over three weeks to get my toilet fixed for the second time, and my tub still isnt fixed yet (and it is now going on over a month now). The ladies at the front office are very nice and courteous. They definitely care about the tenants who live here. The rent is very affordable. If you are looking for an apartment, I recommend coming to Forest Ridge Apartments.

Brooke went above & beyond helping my daughter get into an apartment before school started, which literally was within 1 week. Her work ethic & professionalism is amazing. The apartment was newly renovated and the maintenance man fixed minor cosmetic issues immediately upon our request. Would highly recommend Forest Ridge if you are looking for an apartment.

Brooke and Tiffany are both great! They’ve helped me with everything I’ve needed, and made the process of moving super easy! This is my first time living on my own, and they’ve made everything so easy. They are there if you have any questions or concerns, and are happy to help. Would definitely recommend living here.

People are so nice in this community and maintenance is always helpful. Communication is key management was so understanding when I fell on hard times and they worked with me and helped me through this pandemic.

I really love living here. The people are friendly and the office staff and the maintenance staff are amazing. They treat you like family here. This place also has a playground for children, a laundry room here, a dog park, basketball area, and a swimming pool.This place has a great environment for people to call home with studio apartments, 1 and 2 bedrooms and lots of space. Come and check the place out and see if it is a place you can call home I know it was for me.

My boyfriend and I recently moved in and let me tell you, Brooke was AMAZING! She helped us so much, with answering my million phone calls a day, and answering any questions we both had. She made the moving process so easy. And our unit was newly renovated and it looks great!

We just moved in Dec. And it has been so far a quiet friendly area to live. The staff is very nice and the community is family friendly. Its a great place to live!!!!!!

I love new place it’s more space then I thought

We were homeless and living in a motel. Tiffany and Brooke worked hard to to get our home ready and cared about our situation. They treated us like family from the very first day I spoke to Brooke. We love living here! Trey and Jose are the best maintenance men I have ever had. They are polite, efficient and quick. Any problems have been handled immediately! Another gentleman cleans all the garbage in the yard and parking area..He keeps it very clean. Everyone is friendly and neighbors are wonderful! A place we finally can call home!

I didn’t stay for long but they were very informative and friendly through the whole process of moving in and I didn’t have any issues during my stay. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and I never felt unsafe.

Need to stop jacking up the rent and need more help fixing things in a timely manner.

My brother was looking for a place, I called a few places...I didnt feel the spirit that I felt when I contacted Ms.Brooke at Forest Ridge Apartments, she called me back the next business day, we spoke I wanted to meet her so I went to complex and what a beautiful happy energetic young lady...My brother will be moving Into a unit soon...thank you Ms.Brooke

The ladies in the front office were very helpful, polite, and friendly. They made my moving experience delightful and exciting. The apartment I live in has a clean and new feel to it and I feel comfortable and safe. The community itself seems friendly, quite, and quaint. I am happy with my place and its very affordable. I was nervous about moving into a community like this at first but after I dealt with the front office and met some of my neighbors, I was made very comfortable. I give Forest Ridge 5 stars.

Nice place to live, have good people running the grounds and office

Being at forest ridge is a great experience for me. They are really nice and treat you like family. If something needs to be fixed or anything’s wrong they try to get on it as quick as possible. I’ve enjoyed my stay here so far.

Its a friendly atmosphere, quiet and calm place. Overall very happy with everything! Property owners are very friendly and easy to talk with.

I have been living here for about a year now and I love this place. I just renewed another year and I could not be more happy. I love the staff Tiffany, Brooke, Trey and Jose are AWESOME. They always have smiles on their faces and always are willing to help. I did have a major leak one time and Maintenance came RIGHT away to fix the problem. Tiffany is a wonderful Property Manager and tries to make everyone comfortable as much as possible. Staff is the reason why I am living here today. Great Job Forest Ridge.

Been here a year and any issues weve had have been taken care of promptly. The staff here us amazing. Tiffany and Brooke are always helpful and friendly. Issues are taken care of in a timely fashion. People need to understand when people live this close, problems will arise. Its not managements fault. Its a nice place to call home.

Staff have been nothing but friendly since I moved in a few weeks ago. Apartment was cleaned and upgraded prior to moving in. Quite place for the most part, might hear music during the weekends but thats to be expected. No issues so far.

I have been living here for 19 years and the Forest Ridge Staff is the most professional and CARING team that I have ever dealt with and are always in a charming mood.

I live here currently and have since October 2017, and I absolutely love this place and the management. Im not sure if the reviews are from the previous management company before Forest Ridge (Capstone) took over, but I LOVE it here. By far my most favorite living experience out of all of the apartments Ive ever rented. I couldnt be happier with the staff, the neighbors, and the features. :)

My husband and I have lived here for over a year now and will continue to do so! They are amazing tiffany and brooke are such caring people and they always make sure our needs are taken care of. Great property

I am using lindas computer. I am actually Marge Burns. I have lived here for 3 years and never had a problem with maintainence or office staff. Everyone is great. They all treat me with respect. Trey is great, he answers all my questions and gets the problem solved in a timely manner. Jose is also pleasant and stops to pet my dog.

Forest ridge staff are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy the pool cable and wifi.

My wife and I LOVE living here. We have had minimal issues since we moved in and renewed without hesitation. Tiffany and Brooke are amazing managers and I wouldnt trade them for anything. The unit we live in is SO nice. Every problem we have asked to have fixed has been addressed promptly. My wife is disabled and finding a sympathetic staff ANYWHERE is incredibly difficult let alone most apartment complexes.Lets talk about these 1 star reviewers: I remember these folks and not a single one of them is telling the truth. You will not find a singlele apartment for as cheap and as nice as you can here. Seriously DO NOT trust these bad reviews fromm people who destroyed their properties were rude to their neighbors and didnt pay their rent.

Horrible place. You can live in the same building, have same features, but everyone rent will be different. Upstairs apartment cost more than lower apartments that have a washer and dryer.

It wont allow 0 stars to post my review, so they get 1 star from me, and even THATS being generous.Maintenance is sporadic AT BEST! Good luck getting them to do anything in a timely manner. Lost over $175.00 in food when fridge broke and took 4 days to replace a week after I moved in. Parking is assigned by apartment, but people just park wherever they feel like. Theres no ceiling light in any of the hallways or closets. Theres no cable lines in either bedrooms and they refuse to drop a line or allow the cable company to drop a line for them. Theres roaches throughout the entire place. My back door was still broken when I moved out.Ive only been late ONCE on rent in the 2 years Ive lived here, even paying rent EARLY most months, but that doesnt matter to them. They sent me a notice saying that theyre not renewing my lease, not giving a reason why, not giving me an option to rent month to month, and that I had to be out of the apartment by June 31, 2019 (Good luck finding this on any calendar in the modern world). I was given a notice in September 2018 that I needed to pay my rent online or by MoneyGram but the manager still allows other tenants to pay by money order and checks, but I was told not to pay except by MoneyGram or online with the ResidentPortal, which charges $6.95 extra for using the service.You will most likely live next door to drug dealers or drug addicts, probably (most likely) both. They even employ drug dealers, as the one maintenance man named Trey sells drugs. (I have witnesses that can attest to this.)The phones are never answered, as the manager is always on social media when shes supposed to be working. You can look up Tiffany Corter and backdate most of her pictures and see that shes at her job in a majority of them during business hours for the complex, not doing her work, because shes taking selfies.The neighbors will play loud music at all hours of the day and night, revving their engine and playing the cars bass really loud and nothing is done about it, even when making multiple complaints on several different occasions. I was told on several occasions that theyre allowed to play their music. Its in the lease that there are to be NO LOUD NOISES AFTER 10PM.The balconies/walkways arent safe to use, being held together with nails and wood. Some are even pulling away from the building itself. When I let them know about it, Im told Were getting to it. Nothings been done about it in the 2 years that Ive lived here.If I were you, I would NOT live here. Its not worth the $600 and change in rent that they charge. For your safety and sanity, look somewhere else.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff from maintenance to leasing agents!

Living here was okay. 1200 building was not loud and only had a few incidents that was crazy with the neighbors. We never had roaches!! Or any bugs for that matter. The maintenance was kinda slack, we needed a new fridge and had to ask for 2 weeks straight before we got one. Wasnt a bad place for our first home but after a year.. its time to move on to better things. I would say its a lower class apartment complex compared to the ones near us, down the street.

Alli was great. Her maintenance man sucked. But now new management is here. Ive been without a toilet going on 3 days now. A pipe busted and now there is literally crap running down the parking lot and flooding my yard. It smells and the new ashewood, aka forest Ridge wont answer their emergency maintenance line. Yet, I still pay rent up the a** for this apartment.

Definitely a place to avoid. Unless you enjoy watching rats jump out of bags of trash left in the parking lot for a week at a time. Or if you want youre children to be exposed to criminal elements. Rudest people Ive ever encountered. The truth is one thing these people want speak. Just ask a few of the people that were suckered into signing a lease. The absolute worst place in nc to live. These people are despicable liars driven by greed. Nothing but drug dealers and prostitutes hanging around. Office staff is racist against white conservatives. Maintaince guy is a joke. Mold is rampant. Water pipes burst 2 or three times a week. Toilets leak sewage. Water is so strong with the smell of bleach it burns your eyes. They add it because the puppies are so outdated its pathetic. I wish I had never seen that trash hole. Very unsafe and unhealthy environment. Go to another apartment complex on north Fayetteville st. Their on site patrol officer is a drunk thats never been an officer in any capacity. He does however manage to stare at your children going to the pool. These people do not do background checks. Its all about who has enough money to pay these creepy people.

Place is so infested with roaches. I lived here in 2016-2017. It is like something out of a horror movie. theyd fly out of my hair dryer, we couldnt use the fridge. it was awful. the stove would turn on by itself and they didnt replace it until it caught on fire. They had no extinguisher, the fire alarm wasnt connected or upated and super old. they tried charging me for the damage until i threated to call city ordaninces on them. I am seeing alot of people complain about how bad this place is so i thought I would share my experience. The neighbors are actually really cool and the places are eye appealing and has a fun little circle that is jog friendly. And i made more friends with the neighborhood cats than people. But the place i live at now is much better and roach free so i know it wasnt my fault plus other people complained too.

Emergency line is never answered. We went about 4 months with out AC, and it wont even cool the house. I have been asking for a new stove since the day I moved here and I been here for 4 years now, still dealing with a old unfixed stove. My boiler leaks still havnt gotten a new one this has been going on for 3 months now. This place is infested with roaches. Never in my life have I had roaches in my house. Maintainice sucks. Management isnt all that nice either. But yet they ask for rent every month. But never can I get the service that I pay for. I give this place a 0.

They wouldnt wait couple days for rent. We arent lound people either......they damn sure didnt mind us living with the bugs, but they damn sure want their money......i wouldnt.recommend this place for your dogs to live. I just hate we wasted five months there.
