We had a great cleaning by Alana from MaidPro on Tuesday, July 27. Alana was on time and friendly. Since this was her first time cleaning our home, I gave her a tour with a few instructions and she went to work. She worked hard for 2 1/2 hours and the house sparkled! On top of that, she has a lovely personality. We hope she will be able to clean our house again because she did such an outstanding job.

Emily and Tessa arrived and we walked them through the house. Then we pretty much stayed out of their way while they cleaned and straightened. When it was all done, it was so nice to have all of the dust in spots gone and all of the surfaces clean and shiny.

Its so nice to come home to a sparkling clean house with all things in place. Tessa does a great job of ensuring the house sparkles and all things are in the same place when I left. I know our cat (bella) enjoys her company and gets lots of love as she is begging for attention and treats.

I love Emily, she always does the best job! She even does things that arent on her list when she sees them needing to be done (example, cleaning off the topes of photo frames). Thank you!

Tessa is always amazing!! She is consistently on time and is so personable with our whole family. We have an energetic puppy who can’t wait to see her every time she walks in. She gives the pup and kitty some good attention and then is very efficient with her work! We have had other people clean on her off-weeks, but we’re always happiest to see Tessa!

This was my first time ever using a cleaning service. Im moving out of state and had my condo cleaned before I listed it for sale. From the office staff of Alyssa and Chelsea to the PRO Emily, everyone was AMAZING. I was scheduled for Friday morning, and learned on Thursday night that my water was going to be shut off on Friday morning. I emailed the office on Thursday night, and on Friday they told me they were bumping my cleaning to the afternoon and were so kind about it. Emily was absolutely fantastic! She was still here when I got home from work and was extremely kind and personable. I am just so happy with both the actual cleaning service and the incredible customer service. Great pricing, great service!!

Emily was extremely professional. I had a huge crew of outside workers making it difficult to park, but Emily was patient and understanding and came back that afternoon. She was also training 2 new recruits that helped her finish in have the time..

Our household was hit by COVID the beginning of January. We are recovered but no energy to clean and disinfect our house after getting out of isolation. We called MaidPro and they did not hesitate to come and deep clean and sanitize our house from top to bottom. Kira and Tessa arrived promptly and immediately started working on deep cleaning. After the few first cleans and communicating what and how we wanted things cleaned, they have done a great job full filling our expectations. They are careful with fragile items and make sure they clean and check off all the boxes. We have gone through many cleaning services and this one is the best out of them all.

Our regular person is Tessa, and she always does a super fantastic job. Everything is spotless, and she even makes sure to clean the nose spots left on the sliding glass door by our dog. :) And she always makes sure to wear her mask, important during this pandemic. Stephanie did a great job cleaning our place, especially with my whole family home - either with remote learning or working from home. She was considerate of our space and time. She was also very receptive to some minor extra things I asked her to do. And, seriously, my house has never been so thoroughly vacuumed at one time!

Extremely poor customer service, never going the extra mile; while using schemey business practices. Lied about ringing my doorbell, showing up, and checking under a ‘’mat” for a key that doesn’t exist. This company is run by crooks, use another maid service, do not spend your money here. They don’t care, and will do just about anything for an extra dollar. It’s a shame!!!!!

I loved my experience with maidpro. i recently had surgery on my foot during the holidays and did not expect to have such a hard time getting things ready for the holidays, especially my house cleaning. I called on a Monday (the week before Christmas )and they were there on wed. They set up a window when they would arrive they called 30 min before they arrived. Shelby introduced her self looked the house over with me to assess what was important to me and got right to work . I was quoted 3 hours and Shelby was finished in just under. I found the company responsive, Shelby was punctually and i feel she did a wonderful job. Now i am able to enjoy my holiday even more. I plan to become a regular client. Thank you so much Shelby

I resisted hiring a maid service for years, thinking why pay for someone when I can do it myself. I finally gave in and I now wish I had done it years ago. I no longer have the stress of having to use my weekends off cleaning and our maid, Jessica has done an outstanding, thorough job! My wood floors have never looked better.

Jenae was great. She was super responsive and really made an effort to check in and see if I needed anything else done for the week.

After 25 cleanings, I am quite happy with their cleaning services. They conscientiously follow directions. If one of the cleaners missed something, and if I let the office know within 24 hours, they will return to fix the issue shortly thereafter. One of the cleaners broke a sliding cabinet door and the office made good on it by offering to pay for a repair person or to clean the fridge at no charge. I chose the latter and the woman who cleaned the fridge did an amazing job. The most recent cleaner, Stephanie Lenon did a stellar job. Shes a keeper.

I have been using Maidpro for a few months now every other week. My house keeper is excellent. I love coming home after she has been to my house. Everything is so clean and fresh. Beds are made, bathrooms clean, dusting and vacuuming, all that I expect is always done. I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and trustworthy.
