Yesterday was the first and last time to use this company. The owner came with one other person, and spent no more than two hours here, based on text messages she sent when she came and then left. Then, she said that she had to postpone someone elses cleaning until tomorrow since our house took so much longer than expected. I just dont understand how much time she expected to spend thoroughly cleaning our house if two hours was much longer than she expected. They didnt mop the floor, make one of the beds, and the so much was either done sloppily or not done at all. Towels and pillows were not straightened up, toiletries in the bathtub were not moved to clean underneath, some furniture was not dusted. The owner was truly surprised that we were not happy with the cleaning, and offered to come back to finish the job. Overall, based on her excuses and the fact that she would even leave the house in the state that it was in and think it was acceptable, I would never have any confidence to have this company return. I have had my house professionally cleaned every two weeks for 8 years, using two other companies, and have never been so disappointed. In response below, Owner claims that my house was dirtier than expected, they spent four hours there, and that I did not have appropriate cleaning supplies causing them to run back and forth to the store, which was simply not true. This is a completely dishonest response.
