The saying you get what you pay for really rings true for my experience with this company. I bought a 2hr Groupon for $50, then added an extra hour for $38. The company was hard to get a hold of to schedule. I called and left a message with no reply back, and called a few additional times (during business hours) and no one would answer.When I finally talked to someone she was a bit short and not helpful. She informed me the cleaners would not scrub or do anything extra without me paying more. I dont expect a hardcore scrub but I do expect things to be clean.My cleaner showed up on time and was very sweet- the only thing that earned 2 stars. Although experienced I am not impressed. She was unsure how much time she was supposed to do, and left before the 3hrs was up (left about 20min early). TBD but Im not holding my breath to see if I get any partial refund on that.I didnt inspect the work til she was gone which was my mistake, but really wishing I would have.I had to re-sweep areas of the floor, as she uses a vacuum and not a broom so a lot gets missed in tight areas. My master shower floor was still filthy. I asked her to skip basement bathroom but could do the toilet and counter-this was not touched.When I called the company to complain they offered to send her back out. She didnt do well the first time, WHY would I want her again? The next offer was $25 off another cleaning. Umm what about my dissatisfaction makes you think Id want another mediocre cleaning from your company?? I sent them photos of the unclean/half-done areas and no response yet, no refund.Advice: pay more for a company who does the job right and cares about customer service
Worst cleaning service Ive ever came in contact with.They service our building twice a week and barely makes it. They never inform you or make up for the times theyve missed. Ive tried contacting Carrie Ruiz and would never get an answer nor does she return your calls, she only hides behind her emails. She wanted to set up a meeting with us but never showed up or explain why she never showed up. When i asked her for a copy of our contract, she never provided it. Im very disappointed with their service and is glad that we are terminating their service.Update: Carrie Ruiz has not returned our keys and it has been 14 days since weve stopped services with them. so unprofessional.DO NOT US THEM.
I contacted them because they were the preferred vendor for my apartment complex. They weren’t responsive by email or phone call and took numerous attempts to book the appointment. Then they were 3 hours late and rushed my move out clean - leaving the vents, windows and sills and walls dirty.
Friendly, thorough, courteous - these folks are just fantastic. They clean our home on a regular basis, and have consistently demonstrated complete trustworthiness on all levels. Ill endorse them until Im blue in the face. :) Thank you!
They left me hanging before thanksgiving and never did my scheduled cleaning or returned my calls. Very disorganized. The quality was poor as well. I don’t think they treat their workers well. Might be out of business as I still haven’t gotten a call back.
