Brad is awesome, he was extremely helpful with the measurements, he even went the long Mile and came down to measure my space to make sure I purchase the correct refrigerator size! He helped me find a good quality size 33” fridge with a decent price! Overall I’m very satisfied with the service, Brad is very responsive and helpful and very pleasant to work with! We’ve made a couple of purchases from Corn’s now and I have to say... if you’re looking for appliances for your home whether it’s a renovation, a house flip, or like in our case, a new home purchase... Corn’s really needs to be your first stop.For example, we just purchased a standup washer/dryer which was brand new/never used. This washer dryer would have easily cost $1500 + at Lowe’s or Home Depot. We worked with Brad and he made us a deal we couldn’t refuse and let’s just say that we’re more than thrilled with our purchase. We’ve also purchased a refrigerator from Brad that was a fraction of the retail price that we would have paid anywhere else.Between the refrigerator, 2x washer/dryers, a double oven and the mini-fridge that we’ve purchased from Corn’s ... everything has operated beyond expectations and the Corn’s team is always extremely helpful and provide excellent service along the way. We will continue to spread the good word on this place because there are not many businesses that you can find these days that take care of customers like the Corn’s team.

BUYER BEWARE. I am leaving a one-star rating only because zero stars is unavailable . Corns Appliance has been the most unresponsive, unproffessional company I have delt with in ANY industry, ever. I dont have the energy to write in detail how I spent $6,500 with them and for the last 6 months I can not get them to finish their work. Im certain they will respond on how they are the only ones that had the ability to repair my stove and replace my microwave. Trust me, this company has been abhorrant to deal with, to the point I walked away from waiting for them to finish their work, and after this review Im certain they will wash their hands and move on to the next victim. If your expectations are unreturned phone calls (for months) and the work to be left unfinished after you pay them, then they are a good fit for you. If you want an honest, reputable company to work with then my review should suggest you move on to another firm, quickly.Good riddance, Corn Appliance.
I was stuck behind one of their trucks for 30 mins. The two stars is generous after having to stare at this absolutely insane logo with it’s stupid gloves and smile. I may never eat the vegetable again.
I convinced my wife (and two young kids) to go with me to Corns on Black Friday because I was promised an amazing deal when I had called in earlier that day inquiring about refrigerators. When we got there a nice younger girl greeted us and showed us around the very messy showroom. We were shown several refrigerators that either smelled like something died in them, electronics were hanging out, or the doors were about to fall off. Nothing was priced and I felt like they were just making up prices. There was no way to know if we were getting a good deal or not? We ended up finding one unit we really liked so we asked for the price. The girl said I need to check with the boss man on this one. When she came back, she said the price is $10k and if we didnt like it, the owner was going to put it in his own house. Right then, I was extremely turned off by that useless comment. When I asked to speak to the owner, she said he was too busy. On our way out the door, we walked past the boss man and I said we wanted to deal on the unit we were looking at and his response was...You picked the wrong one to deal on. Okay, time to leave and never come back.
I was looking for a good dishwasher and fortunately I found Corns, I got a fair price on a unit that looks and runs like new. I took a look around at all of the appliances on their floor and they were all in excellent shape. This will be my first stop whenever Im looking for a used appliance.
Started off awesome, we spent over 15k and asked to hold on to a built in fridge. Well 1st off the phone system is the worst I have left 17 voicemails and called 27 times. I have only reached a person 3 times with no call back ever. I need the fridge we paid for or the money back.I cannot continue to purchase appliances through Corns with the terrible phone service and no response or excuses.
First I have to say that this is not my first time using Corns. However, the second time I visited was due to issues with my stove. I looked all over town for a part about a year ago and was directed to Corns. They were able to get me the part within a day, so I decided to use them again. They search diligently for a replacement part and found that they were no longer being made. I was partially upset and relieved when I learned the part was almost the amount of a new/used stove. I guess it was right place, right time because Brad was helping me and showed me a similar model stove in my price range and had it delivered in no time.I have to say that I highly recommend this business and will use them again in the future.
I bought a refrigerator, dishwasher, and stove last week from Corns. The staff was very kind, great help with selecting appliances, and worked with my budget. Yesterday, the appliances were delivered on time. The delivery team was professional and polite. The appliances work great and were a fraction fo the price they would have cost new. The owner even helped out directly. Than you Corns, I will be back!
Buyer beware, If you end up buying an appliance that works you are probably happy as a clam. If you have problems with the appliance you will have severe issues with the company. See other bad reviews for my similar complaints. Just know if you go in here and the appliance works Great! but if it doesnt you will surely wish you would have went to lowes, home depot, your shady next door neighbor, a random guy on FB just anyone other than these guys. I couldnt possibly share a more poor experience with any company in my life. We bought a refurbished refrigerator from Corns, it was delivered by two people who bumped into and broke a vase of mine, and then next day the fridge flooded our kitchen. I called Corns and they sent someone to fix it. The day after it continued to shut off every hour. The manager tried to argue with me and say it was my electrical system in our home and he would quote me for an electrician.... They finally offered to come take back this broken fridge and offer me a refund, which I didnt receive for a MONTH after I returned the fridge. I will never shop there again.
Although I had difficulty reaching Corns management initially, they have worked to troubleshoot and diagnose my concern since we have connected. My initial review was premature, the issue is ongoing and I do not have a pertinent critique at this time. The Washer Dryer unit is working properly after the second visit from Corns Repair technicians. Corns has been very reasonable in the resolution of my concern.

Overall pretty bad service and got blown off a lot in working with Corns. Brad was a decent guy and helpful and accommodating through some of this though so extra star for that. So far have gotten two broken fridges from Corns and have spent 2000+ and still no working fridge. Their in-house repair guy came to fix our second broken fridge and said we needed a part replaced, which they supposedly ordered. So far that was 2 months ago and I havent heard back even after trying to stay in contact with them. I received lots of excuses as to why there was no follow-up, ranging from supply chain problems, backorders, someone in the office is sick, travelling etc. I searched the part myself and was able to have a part in 2 days but was getting lots of BS from Corns. I gave up on Corns and had a local appliance repair company come and work on the fridge. They tested it and found a different part (than corns diagnosis) was broken and replaced that, for around $400. Then the fridge broke again a month later and then the other part also needs replacing (another $300+). At the end of the day, these problems werent even the main problem, it was the fact that I would call corns, and half the time no one would answer, or I would get some response from the front desk lady saying something like okay well plan on calling you back, but chances are we will forget to follow through on that so just call us again later today or tomorrow so that was the most irritating, just the level of unprofessionalism and minimal follow-through. They seem to have some great stuff there at Corns, but beware of the fridges because evidently with the GARBAGE that is being manufactured today these things are only expected to last a few years anyway, so steer clear of the newer used fridges, especially when Corns just quickly puts something together without fully testing if it is operational. Maybe you would have better luck with the stoves, ovens and etc. My recommendation is buy a new fridge, either get something super simple (no Alexa fridge with fancy features) or get a nice new Sub Zero, avoid french door altogether, get a warranty from home depot for $100, and move on with your life. We have not really had a working fridge now for about 6 months now, and wasted a bunch of money. My fridge recently went on the fritz and I had to urgently decide whether to repair it or buy a new one. I decided I would try to find a way to buy a new fridge and have it delivered the same day, & as it is almost always a week or more until a delivery of a major appliance can be made by any new appliance retailer, I decided to search for another option using craigslist and angies list, and yelp.I called Corns Appliance at 8:00 a.m. on Friday morning (an hour before opening time). Brad, the owner, answered the phone and was immediately pleasant to talk to and was obviously sincere and a straight talking, honest person. I explained my situation and inquired about a fridge I had been looking at in one of his craigslist ads - A Dacor unit. He said that he had just sold that one, and apologized that the ad had not yet been removed. As we discussed what I was looking for, & how much I could afford to pay, he brought my attention to another ad he had posted which I had ignored, due to the price tag. It was a beautiful 2018 model Jenn-Air French Door unit (stainless steel front), listed at $2,000.I had told Brad that I was really hoping to buy a fridge that day, and to have it delivered that day if at all possible. He said that he would sell me the Jenn-Air for hundreds of dollars off if I liked it and wanted to buy it today. I told him that was extraordinarily nice of him and that I would be there at 9:00 a.m.When I met Brad at the store, I was immediately impressed with his demeanor and personality. He is a straightforward, nice, pleasant man who is very easy to talk to and is actually one of the coolest sales people Ive ever dealt with. No kidding - its like just talking to a friend - no BS or nonsense, just real communication. They way he does business is straight up, professional and honest. Also, Brandon, the person who greeted me when I arrived was friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful and genuine.Brad spent as much time with me as I needed, and answered all of my questions about the Jenn-Air and also 2 other units I was looking at in the store; and about many other topics including technical questions about specifications, installation, delivery, operating the fridge and so on. Not once did I feel I was being treated in any way other than as a valued customer and even a friend. Just excellent.I went forward with the purchase and he was even able to get me into the first delivery slot for the day, as there had been one that was rescheduled. I drove home and less than an hour later, the delivery and installation guys (Serge and Tony) were at my door. They did a great job of installing the new fridge, which included having to disassemble part of it in order to get it through my front door and re-assemble it in my kitchen. They were also very cool and pleasant to deal with, and clearly knew what they were doing and definitely left me feeling confident and relaxed. They also hauled away my old fridge and were just all around great.My overall experience with Corns and with Brad and his staff has genuinely been an A-Plus experience. Not once did I feel any high pressure or anything dishonest or deceptive. Just superb customer service and an actual commitment to make the customer happy. The generous deal I received here, combined with the excellent treatment will keep me coming back to Corns Appliance. For the money I spent I have the Cadillac of refrigerators and if I had bought something brand new from Best Buy, Home Depot, Lowes or elsewhere, I wouldnt have half the fridge I do now. I am thrilled! Thank you Brad and staff!

I had to called in like 10 times and take them weeks to come out and look at it. After looking at it they said they will get back to me which never happens. I called in like 5 times, including texted but never get a respond from them. Finally, I had to used my dad number to call in and they said they will have to talk to Brad which is the owner and get back to me which never happens either.It have been 2 months now and I am giving up so much times and efforts.Going to buy a new one so I don’t have to deal with this kind of people or how they run their business.PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE
My wife and I bought two appliances from these folks recently. They were quite pleasant to work with. The dryer had an issue upon hooking up at home and they sent someone over right away. Turned out to be a loose wire- an easy fix and no charge. I think Ive found my new go-to appliance folks!
I recently bought a washer and dryer set from Corns. I was happy with the price and quality. After a few months the washer started leaking. I knew the warranty was expired but I stopped in to talk to Brad, just to see if there was anything we could do.Within 2 days he had someone out to the house to fix it. Purchased a refrigerator, upon placing it in our kitchen, started leaking water through bottom freezer tray filling with water. Made nine calls to get a response for a technician to come out. Scheduled a technician appt for two weeks further out because Burnadette said it was the only time slot. Tech never showed. Owner through the “out of warranty” excuse out after we had been more than accommodating waiting for a service call. Repair will fall on us because Corns appliance didn’t stand by what they sold.
ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A REPAIR!!!! First I paid $100 for them to come out to tell me it would cost $198 to replace my ice maker ok fine go ahead, well then i dont get a new one i get a part a part for $198 gees, they said they couldnt get a new ice maker until January because they were back ordered???? well the guy puts the wrong part in and my ice maker leaks water everywhere well he comes back same thing this goes on and on finally he realizes he has been ordering the wrong part so he supposedly puts in the right part yea it made ice i push the dispenser to get crushed ice not enough ice in it to work so i leave it i am happy... then sometime in the night it stopped i call and they tell me they will refund my $200 I say ok not much to say. Well we looked online and ordered the NEW ICE MAKER WOW imagine that. put it in we have ICE IMAGINE THAT so we let it make ice, now my thing that crushes the ice is broke too geesh It was working but now it is not i have no idea what they did. I would never ever recommend this company use them again and I am sure going to tell all my friends about this experience . The repair man was friendly enough but just didnt know what he was doing..... tell me how i can find the part online in a matter of minutes and he cant get one until January??? Bought washer and dryer in Feb. Great deal and 6 months later, still loving them!!! Went back and bought full kitchen appliance suite. Got an AMAZING DEAL on all 3 appliances! They even helped me find what will fit my kitchen best. Then I had a drawer break off in the fridge. So I called them and they got me a new piece, no issues!! I will always look there first. Great experience. I bought a 48 range 6 months ago for a kitchen renovation. Now are plans have changed and we went in to speak with Brad about an appliance package. Brad was very helpful and offered to hold our range or exchange it for a package that better fits or new plans. He was very flexible and willing to help months after our intial purchase. I feel like we have a real pro working to get us a great deal we could not find anywhere else.
They had the part I needed in stock, when no one else could help me. Other local sources do not offer parts for sale to the general public. Online retailers were backed up with unreasonable wait times.This was a friendly reminder to support local businesses first, and I will certainly shop here first, for any future appliance needs.

We had the best experience at Corns Appliance. Purchased a dishwasher from them and it went under the radar for the inspection and didnt work when we installed it but Corns swapped it out. This 2nd dishwasher stopped working just under two years later and we were second guessing our decision to buy used. When we called Corns they agreed to split the trip charge with us to get the dishwasher diagnosed and serviced since we were out of warranty but the dishwasher was purchased relatively recently. When we learned the dishwasher was going to cost almost as much to fix as what we bought it for we were REALLY 2nd guessing our decision to buy used. BUT Brad the owner took care of us and swapped out our used dishwasher for a brand new one. Corns totally put our mind at ease. We will be recommending them to everyone we know and will definitely be using them again!

Purchased fridge five months ago and now sensor went bad. Contacted Brandon Monday to have Chris come to our house to fix the fridge. Chris came in the afternoon and took one look to confirm that it was a sensor issue but didn’t have the part but that he would return the next following morning. It is now 12:48, no phone call to inform me of what’s going on and no one is answering their phone! I’m starting to resent buying from them. I had better luck with buying used appliances on craigslist for far less money and the appliance lasting longer than 5mo... I originally called Friday afternoon about this issue and was told that Chris would come Saturday but no show no call.I finally got a hold of someone after several phone calls. I was informed that the tech had to order my part and that he would return the next day with the part. I really wish Chris would have told me that was his plan instead of telling he would be back the next day and made me wait for him all day. He finally came the next day with the part but it didn’t fix the problem! Fridge is still not cooling! I’m really confused... did we get scammed out of our money and got a faulty fridge and they can’t fix it?
The buying process was positive but 3 weeks in our washer motor is dead and the store has yet to fix it. Its clear the communication within the store for resolving issues is at a minimum-- the techs being sent out for repair made that blatant. Its been two weeks of contacting Corns for status updates that have ultimately kept us at square one with their response of Well get back to you.Just hope you dont buy a lemon from Corns or youll simply be s.o.l.. Go elsewhere, this place is not worth the time or money.

After being scammed from a Craigslist user for nearly $300 for a broken washer and dryer, I contacted Corns Appliances . It was a Saturday evening and although the store was closed, Brad answered the phone. He told me about a set he had available and being that it was in my price range, I bought them. Weary from being scammed once already, he reassured me that the machines would be fully functioning and were also backed by a 90 day warranty.After about two months I noticed the dryer was making a loud screeching sound, so I contacted the store and spoke to Brad. He sent the repair guy out to look at it and determined that it needed to be serviced in the warehouse where there was more room for them to work on it. Then the washer started moving 90+ degrees during the spin cycle and I contacted Brad about that and told him I really wasnt happy with the set. He listened to my concerns and offered to get me a different set at no extra charge and I accepted his offer. The set that arrived was far newer and nicer than the original set and I was elated! Brad wanted to make sure I was happy with my purchase and was more than willing to do what it took to make me happy. Needless to say, I am very happy and will recommend Corns Appliance to my friends, family and anyone in need of a reasonably priced appliance. Thank you Brad! :)

Unfortunately I am a little disappointed with the services. First when I purchased my refrigerator back in November of 2018 I did ask Brad to put me on a wish list as I was interested in purchasing other appliances. Not only were we told that we were going to receive a text message the following Monday, but we were going to get a text message with attached pictures of the items on hand. We never got a text. I called a week later asking what happened and we were told that Brad was sick and that he would call us back. Another week passed by and then another. I called the store a couple of more times and I was told the same thing that Brad would call us back and never got that phone call. Five months passed by and now were experiencing freezer problems. I called at 4:15 on a Friday and Brad answered. I explained that the Freezer is not working and all our food is thawing. He told me that he would call me back in a few minutes that he had to call his technician but did let me know that it was later in the day and that it was difficult to get anyone available to come to my house to take a look at the fridge. It is now 5:26 and no phone call and no one is answering their phone. I guess were going to have to put all our food in a cooler and wait till Monday for someone to maybe call. I would feel better about this place if there was follow up. Brad if you see this.... If you tell people that youre going to call them, CALL THEM! Dont forget about them!I received a f/u call from Brad this morning which is the following day from when I called him. He did let me know that his technician Chris will be stopping by this afternoon to take a look at our fridge. I really do appreciate the call back and Im hoping that the fridge will be fixed. I will give another star if this happens today.
I have bought two items from these guys. A beer fridge for the Garage and a wash/dryer for a hair salon. The delivery was good. The W/D install was good. For the price I dont believe I could have gotten a better deal anywhere else.

I have done quite a bit of business with Brad. The last experience was soooooo bad. I was missing parts on the refrigerator and dishwasher. I left so many messages with no return calls. I finally caught Brad in the shop and he promised to take care of my parts. I left several more messages with no return calls. I’ve given up on what I thought was a good working relationship and will not do business with Corn’s again. So sad!
I ordered a part from Corn Hole Appliance to replace a scratched Dryer top the part was backordered, yet Corns charged me $75 dollars for the part in addition to the approximately $1300 for relativity new Washer/Dryer. After 3 month, no part, and Brandon would not return my call. One year later, Im still waiting for my part... or my $75 bucks. Pathetic business.
Do not! I repeat DO NOT use Corns Appliance. You will be taking a painful ride without any accountability from the owner. After spending 4000 dollars on a Electrolux refrigerator which was replaced, replaced again, replaced again, I now sit with a pos Frigidaire worth approximately 650 dollars. Absolutely fabulous! They went above and beyond for me! They stayed late to make sure I got exactly what I wanted! The even helped me get the adapters I needed for my washer/dryer set! Not to mention, I love family owned businesses! Thank you guys so much!
Bought a washer and dryer from these guys.. Great service and free delivery. After installing the units, my dryer wasnt heating.. They had a tech out there the next day and after trouble shooting the issue, we found that it was indeed the wiring on my new house that was the issue and not the dryer. I offered to pay them for their trouble and they refused. I will be using these guys for all my appliance needs from here on out. Bought an ice maker over the net from Brad. I must say that I was a bit apprehensive as I was expecting to find a true scratch and dented up appliance. My fears were unjustified as Brad not only sent me a unit with not a mark on it, but it works just as it should. Furthermore, as I am from Pueblo, Corns appliance drove down to Castle Rock to meet me for delivery. I would not hesitate to purchase from this business in the future. Thanks Brad! We went to Corns appliance in mid February to purchase all 4 of the major appliances so we were ready when our kitchen remodel was done in April. We gave them more than enough for a budget and didnt ask for anything specialty or out of the ordinary. We were told that they get deliveries everyday and they put on a text message list and told us we would be notified when options started coming in. After 6 weeks and only receiving 1 message I went in to ask why were were not getting any options. I was told we were on the list and they werent sure why nothing was coming up. 3 more weeks, no messages. Went in again, was shown a dishwasher that was being tested and a microwave that was on the sales floor by Brad and after I told him I wanted them and consider them sold he said his son would call me Monday when it checked out. I did not get a call of course so after hearing nothing I called and was told I needed to pay for it asap because someone else was interested in it. Fairly shady way to treat someone after being forgotten about. I bought both because we had a finished kitchen with old appliances, one of which was broken when removed. Why was there a microwave that was on our list on the sales floor and no text message about it? Obviously they were getting what we asked for and had no intention of letting us know. We really wanted to buy everything from a local business but after 3 1/2 months I dont feel like I should have to keep going in to ask them to get us something as simple as a french door refrigerator. They continuously dropped the ball so sadly have to go to a big box store to get what we need.Update: talked to Brad and were going in today to see if something can be worked out. Ill edit the review as necessary afterwards.Update 2: after some rude/aggressive texts we did not go into the store. We wanted to give them another chance and I was going to change my review if it went well but not when we both get a text telling us to change it before we come in or they wont sell us anything. We were both taken aback to say the least and unfortunately I cant attach them to this review and I dont want to upload them the their business photos. Final slap in the face is finding the microwave that we bought from them used is $130 cheaper at home depot brand new and they didnt give us the mounting hardware.Update 3: So theyve replied to my review without addressing the issues I brought up. WHY DID YOU CHARGE US $200 MORE FOR A USED MICROWAVE THAN WE COULD GET IT FOR NEW AT HOME DEPOT?
Way too expensive for a used appliance store. Go to habitat restore instead. Guy that runs it is kind of a sleeze ball just trying to gouge you for any extra dollar he can.
So far so good, the staff is happy to help and the buying experience was nice. I will update my review when the appliance arrives and I know it is running well.

Just tell me what I need to do to get you guys to give me a fridge that works?? After FIVE service calls my kitchenaid refrigerator still doesn’t work & the service tech that was supposed to come the last time never even bothered to show up.Learn from my mistake! They won’t refund your money if their products don’t work & they can’t fix them, either. Just go somewhere else!!!
