I had removed the flanges surrounding my gas burners, couldn’t get them back on. I finally got them back on and then none of the burners would light. I called Ryan and rather than charge me a service call he told me to let them dry out (I’d washed around them) and wait 24 hours. If they didn’t light, to call him, but he didn’t want to charge me for a simple issue. That’s rare these days, most companies just charge you, come out, and tell you what they could have over the phone. I plan to use 5280 in the future.

Had an awesome experience with Ryan and Mark of 5280 Appliance Repair. Our fridge started making a terrible racket and Ryan was able to come out the same day and diagnose the issue. It took a while to get the needed parts because Ryan was looking for a less expensive solution, but when the fridge just quit working, he sent out Mark who was able to fix it with OEM parts the same day. Mark also took the time to clean the interior of the fridge while he was in there. Fridge works like new now. Kudos to these guys, super communicative, prompt, and polite.

I called to have my washer repaired. They showed up quickly, took $125 diagnostic fee, couldnt quote a repair cost while here, promised to call me with a quote, but never did. Now I cant get them to answer my call. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
