My washer is not working probably. A 1-hr cycle took 4-5 hours and still going. Drum not spinning. Called Jonathan and he came over the same day.He inspected and told me it’s going to cost more to repair than buying a new one. Since he was in the area, he didn’t charge me the service call of $95. He was professional and knowledgeable from the diagnosis of my dryer then the dishwasher. He had the parts for the dryer and installed that and gave me recommendations on how to optimally maintain it. He had to get parts for the dishwasher and arrive the following day to install it. GREAT professional service. My dishwasher quit drying and my washer was making an awful noise during the spin cycle. Jonathan came on time diagnosed the dishwasher quickly. Looked at the washer and knew it was a very expensive repair that would be comparable to the price of a new one.
