I cant say enough about this location. Everyone there was fantastic... The young woman who works the front, the Manager and all employees that I encountered were over the top helpful and welcoming. Ive had a unit there for 4 years, Ive rented a few trucks there and this staff is THE BEST! With out a doubt, I will continue to use Uhaul.

Easy to use this rental service... Trucks are in good condition... Complete the return procedure without any hassles... With the mobile share service (U-Haul Rep not available) it requires at least 10 minutes while taking possession of truck and 5~10 minutes to return the truck again to the dealer...!!!

My wife tried to secure a rental online on a Sunday using the Uhaul.com and it was not easy to use and spent over half an hour trying to get it to let me into the website to find our rental. Turns out these guys were open and so I went inside and the friendly staff had us up and running in minutes. Definitely will use them again if we need Uhaul services. Thank you!

I went to Moore Rental today to rent a concrete trailer. Steve assisted me. I noticed my phone battery was almost dead. Steve offered to let me use his charger and even went as far as retrieving it from his truck and letting me borrow it for the entire rental period. Steve went above and beyond and helped me out..Thank you!

These guys saved the day! Budget rent a disaster screwed us on moving day. The first call to customer service set us up with a bigger truck for the same price. Them the office staff helped with the paperwork and extras. All with a smile, all easy. The truck is almost new and worked perfectly. Uhaul from now on!

Id made reservations on-line and got there at 8am Saturday morning so I could get on the road as early as possible to go pick up some things at my nieces in Oklahoma. But, just as the UHaul program had done to me on-line, it wouldnt process for a long time and it wound up taking a full hour before we got out of there. Not only that, they didnt have a come-along or any sort of winch--because they said they cant compete with Home Depot prices (which is pretty sad because Home Depot aint cheap)--so we had to make an extra stop at Home Depot. A good business would carry such ancillary items for their customers convenience. But these people seemed to be plenty busy enough without much concern for their customers convenience. On the bright side, the guy out in the lot who hooked up our car trailer was efficient and extremely congenial. Even the guys inside were congenial, just not so efficient.

Called Saturday to set up reservation the guy answers phone with a bad attitude. Being sarcastic over the phone. Very unprofessional.

They have one truck/van of each kind, so you may want to book in advance. They also keep most of the essential stuff youd require to move out.
