Went in for hitch installation at this branch, loved the overall experience. Very smooth and easy

This U-HAUL location is great! They provided gold-standard service and went above and beyond to ensure the hitch on my car working well. The manager did a great job with taking care of my situation and helping in anyway that he could. I really appreciate it. The employees are so helpful and nice. They provided excellent service!

Wow! What great service! These guys were short staffed and it was still an excellent experience! Great prices, the equipment was great shape. Fast, courteous and knowledgeable (I knew what I needed but I overheard the exchange between a customer that didn’t. She was given expert advice.) I thought I only needed a trailer for one day, but ended up going back again a day later. Both experiences were excellent. I do remember Jacob’s name, and there was a also lady and also a guy who wore glasses. All 3 were awesome! I hope I don’t have to move again - because moving sucks - but the staff at this location of Uhaul ensured I’ll go back there next time I do move.

They refused to fill my propane tank. Not because they were out of propane but because they simply didn’t want to. I was the only customer on the lot waiting for propane. If I wanted propane I would have to wait 35-40 minutes per the man in the blue shirt. The two employee conversed and drank their Monsters. I usually visit a different location but only visited this one because I had to run an errand in the area. Extremely disappointed.edit: the other location had in and out in minutes. Arrives at 10:16, departed 10:19 (including payment).

Would not recommend anyone getting their propane tank refilled here. Go to Tractor Supply Co instead.Came here for a simple refill and the front desk worker told me they had only one person on staff that was certified to do refills and he was tied up and it would be a 45 minute wait.

I needed that pick up truck for obvious reasons I tried to explain to the representative up there that I didnt have an actual copy of my drivers license I showed him a clear picture.I even asked him would he accept another idea of the sort he said he wouldnt so I pull up the picture of my drivers license he didnt even bother to look at it.I told him other locations have accepted it and he was the only location that did not been when I asked to speak to a manager they placed me on hold. Needless to say I never spoke to a manager.

Worst customer service ever the female lady dressed as a wanna be Steve Irwin threatened that she would void my contract because I tightened the lock after the employee hooking up could not do it. The people there are rude if you want to be treated like a sub human go to this location you will definitely get that service.

My experience was such a mess with the neighborhood dealers, not having the requested truck for a one way move and the drop off location being closed. I ended up here on a Sunday when almost all the other dealers were closed. Lori took care of me and made everything right. Thank you Lori!

Our storage isn’t past due and I called today to tell them I had a problem getting in last night they tell me how to use the keypad and then I get there tonight and it’s a lock on our storage door sting past due. Unit 2036 is our unit this is so degrading and it’s unacceptable.

If i could give no stars i would. I know U-Haul is a big company but i would hope them being such a big outfit they could communicate to the customer better on a reservation that was scheduled that day and not when you get to the location saying yeah we cant do it today we already have to much on the installers plate and he is not going to be here till 12p.m. I already had an appointment i called and scheduled the day before for 10a.m with a customer rep at this stores location. Very Unprofessional. I would advise to go over customer appreciation and communication on issues if they arise prior too arrival.

Please be considerate in Covid times so many on the move. Look up online or call customer service to get info and quotes THEN come into the UHAUL store. One couple took over 20 minutes trying to decide what they wanted for how long and how much while the line grew and grew. About 10 minutes in another service person came to the rescue and opened another counter.I had appointment for hitch installation and only had to wait 1 hour of the expected 3 hours it would take for installation. Was done effectively and efficiently and I was out of there in just over an hour...not three. Thanks yall!

My aunt rented from here to help me move out of kindness of her heart and her experience is unacceptable. Not only was the truck in horrible condition (visor broken so unable to block the sun, had to wrestle with the key, door had to be slammed shut, and terrible shocks)... They are now trying to double charge her. Even avoiding highways and tolls the trip was not over 45 miles at MOST.. Yet they are charging her for 84. When she questioned it, the rude and unprofessional employee said Well did you check the odometer?... Um, Did you?! My aunt expected honesty out of a (supposedly ) reputable company. So no, she did not. Unfortunately for this location these issues have been escalated to corporate. Will not use again and will not recommend.

This is the worst U-Haul I have been to in my life. The staff is extremely lazy and rude. They have only one worker on the lot in freezing weather. They seem not to care about their workers. every time I came here the manager or a worker were arguing with a customer. They always have long wait times to rent a truck. They are understaffed so that makes things more difficult when I am in a rush. The workers seem not to care about their appearance, some workers walk around with headphones on not listing to the customers. Do not come to this U-haul is you are in a rush.

Moving is always an uncertain and scary business. Aaron Has Lifted that heavy burdens with his upbeat personality and willingness to help in every single way he possibly can. He provided me with outstanding customer service and all military veterans should look to Uhaul for PCS moves now and in the future.

I went to the location to return my access card for my storage unit. The general manager herself advised me that she could help me, but took 8 minutes adjusting boxes before another representative came in and noticing her avoiding me as a customer. The other representative came in, shook his head, and got me to look at a brochure which showed this immature young woman as the general manager. I could understand if she didnt notice me or if something else was going on entirely... this wasnt that. She seemed intent on letting me know that I, as a customer, was not important to her and adjusting random boxes meant more to her than helping a customer. She should be fired. This is at least a coaching opportunity.

Only because I have to give a star but they would get zero stars. The manager jerri butler needs to take some customer service classes at the very least. She would not help us at all, we had a reservation and was having problems with the website with payment. Tried 4 different major credit cards and it kept giving me an error. Ask the gm Ms butler for assistance with paying at the store and she informed us it was our banks issue not theirs and she could t process a payment at the store. Come to find out after calling customer service she should have been able to process the payment especially since the payment processed on my debit card 3 times but would not let me move forward with the reservation and she would not help us at all. I work In the customer service industry and I would never have this woman in a management position. Terrible.

Agent working rentals is courteous fast, efficient, and well versed. Everything is well explained. This location is close to hwy360. Has moving truck, and storage rentals at this location.

This Uhaul location is on another level as far as equipment and service. It’s like a Uhaul Super Store. Thanks to Aron who helped me there and Bethany who did my phone reservation. Quick and painless.

Ok not a good cross between corporate and this office. Corporate says one thing and this location does another thing. I realized they are just after the money. When I fell behind on my payment and the changed the lock they had to have opened and seen all had in storage. Corporate said I can pay in payments to catch up. However the manager refused to take. My money and they had it set for auction. The day I took everything out the girl who not close to being manager yelled at the manager in front of my family message from the GM. Who I had. Been calling for months with no call back. Yet everything corporate said was never valid because the managers preferred to auction off my property. You walk in there where the storages are and it smells like mildew so bad. Its super hot yet its climate controlled. Hmmm horrible experience

I lke this place not far from my house and they got it easy access to flatbeds to put on my merchandise on that needs to go in storage very nice people that work here I will recommend this place two people if they need a place to storage and the prices are okay but you cant complain cuz indoor storage thats what I like about it

This locationMy experience at this location was unpleasant. The guy acted as if he did not want to assist me. He immediately asked another worker if he wanted to assist me after he was just sitting on the inside not doing anything. I dont recommend this location they are not professional at all and they barely give you any information. Its as if they expect you to already know the ropes when you may have never rented a truck before.

I had a reservation for a trailer at the Arlington Pioneer Pkwy location. When I arrived a guy was helping another Customer. He was the only one working which was very inconvenient. He finally looked up my information while trying to juggle between me and the other customer. The entire time the guy was not being helpful and acted as is he didnt have time to answer my questions. He was rude. I asked him what his name was and he told me Nick Womack. Needless to say Nick was very unprofessional, rude, and not customer friendly. He confirmed he was the only one working today with reservations. In addition, he stated he is a Manager. Shame on U-haul to have someone with that attitude and unprofessionalism representing their company. Nick not only needs assistance, but customer service training. I will not return to that location.

I reserved a truck ahead of time and was given a location to pickup. Only to get there and told my truck my at a other location down the street. The place he sent me to was a cell phone place where the manager told me uhaul was sending people here even though he doesnt have trucks. Wasnt 30 min of time just ridiculous. Staff was rude and unhelpful.

No sence of urgency, there is 5ppl in line and its two men in a office talk and cursing extremely loud. I would not come back to this local

Order online, showed up, pick up truck. I felt lost returning the truck. They had no clear instructions on where to park. Also the application would not allow me to upload the pictures of truck to determined if i was getting my deposit back.
