I just recently relocated to Dallas and this will forever be my go to nail shop. I never have to wait too long even when its packed. They serve complimentary wine and water. Every visit so far I have been extremely satisfied. I like this shop better than the one at home in New York.

I love love love my nails!! The Tech was very nice, professional and good at freehand designing. My only problem I have is that some techs nowadays (lol Im old) dont remove the dead skin around the nails and to me it takes away from their work.

I love this place. I am so picky when it comes to nail services. This is the second time I come and I am not disappointed. I have had both of my acrylic sets done by Katelyn. She is AMAZING. I have never had a set last so long with no chips!!! I was getting compliments even with a 3 week grow out. She is meticulous and asks for your input in every step. I used to go to a private nail tech, but katelyn offers better service.I also got my pedicure done by Cindy today. She is also AMAZING. I could have no asked for a better experience.

This place is horrible they ruin my nails if you have real nails they get angry with you and damage them they treat you as if they are doing you a favor for free they do not treat you like you are paying customer they do not listen to what you want they do what they want to do they told me when I asked for a regular manicure after my nails had been ruined that they dont buff nails only men Nails get buffed and they talked about you in their language and distract one another while doing they work they gather together they are liars and im never coming back if you dont believe me check the low end reviews we are all saying the same thing. all in the back and make you wait. then give you what they want you to have not what your asking. btw only a few are licensed

Anna is amazing!!! She is absolutely fabulous when it comes to designs. Show her a picture and she will do it. Jessica is such a doll. She takes her time to give you the best pedi and her personality is phenomenal. I drive 2 hours to get my nails done here and its definitely worth it!

Mia is the best!! I go for a dip powder set all the time. Mia always does a fantastic job, she is great at listening to my wants, and making sure my nail sets come out of perfect!!I recently received a pedicure for the first time, and Cindy also did an amazing job of taking care of me! She provided great service and I enjoyed my pedicure experience.

Went in with my girlfriend, after we had called ahead to ask if we needed to make an appointment. They said it wasnt busy. It was. We sat in their chairs and 20 minutes went by and they still hadnt poured the water for our feet to soak. We left. Small cramped space. I recommend super nails close by. Much nicer and spacious. The collins place just has good photography, dont be fooled.

Brought in my family to get our nails done before my wedding and they did an amazing job! Made an appointment for 5 of us and they got us all in right away. I love my nails- I got nail extensions with ombre dip powder and hand-painted roses. My family all got pedicures (even the men) and the nail techs took great care of everyone! Dad loved the experience! For anyone looking for a price estimate, I paid about $115 plus tip for my manicure and a spa pedicure. Will be returning soon!

I wouldve given 4 stars if not for the abnormally long wait time I experienced while at the salon. Granted, I did not schedule an appointment but I went on a weekday and the shop was not crowded at all. It took them over an hour to get me seated and for someone to start working on my feet. That was not ok. Even after I was seated it still took time before someone started working on my feet.That really colored my experience but the nail tech helped to make it a better experience for me. She was attentive and listened to what I had to say.Without a mask, you will not receive service. They also offer drinks such as water and other soft drinks. Ill give this place another try again and with an appointment this time to see if it makes a difference.

If youre looking for a nail salon, this is the ONE. My two friends and I came as walk-ins recently and enjoyed our experience. We all got acrylic nail sets and pedicures. Lily did my pedicure and it was the best! No complaints at all, she was sweet and my toes still look great weeks later (and I work in a warehouse). Im not sure who did my acrylics but honestly all the artists are great and you get what you pay for. The proof is in the pictures! I definitely recommend making an appointment because they do make the effort to keep them.

One of the best in Arlington! Got myself, grandmother, and spouse a 90 min stone massage pedicure each and they loved both the service and their techs. Though their gel and regular polish colors are limited, the service makes up for it. One of my wife’s nails chipped the same day, and they fixed it the next day without any hassle. Would definitely recommend to others!

Went in to get a mani/pedi only to be overcharged ($70) for a less than stellar job. The tech was very pleasant and friendly but barely touched the cuticles on my toes or scrubbed my heels. The manicure was okay but she half painted my nails and you could see the spots that were missed. Definitely would not recommend this place.

It’s a good salon if you get the right stylist. For me, it only takes one rude nail stylist that does not understand what a crooked nail looks like and I won’t be back. When you ask a customer if the nail is okay and they ask you to file the other side of the nail and you continue to file the same side you were before, the nail ends up pointing to one side rather than down the middle. Why bother asking me if you’re going to completely disregard what I ask.PS: if you’re busy than don’t take more appointments. Rushing on the nails of a regular customer is a good way to loose their business.

Collins Nail Salon has the best customer service EVER! I went on a Tuesday Night 6/18/19 and manager Anna completed all of my services (dip powder nails, pedicure, eye brows). She did a phenomenal job! This trip to the nail salon was truly 5 star service! I now have a new nail tech and salon! You will not be disappointed if you give them a try.Pricing is reasonable. They have a service sheet that you around with you so you are aware of what you will be charged. So NO SURPRISES!Complimentary Water!

So I was told I could get my nails fixed for free as long as it was within 7 days of my last appointment. I went on the 5th day of my last nail appointment to get two of my nails fixed I accidentally broke over the weekend. I was told I had to pay $10 because it does not include fill appointments. On their website it states “Extended 7 days guaranteed or we will fix it for free even if you broke it on accident, no questions asked”. They should state that on their website that the free fix does not include Fill appointments. I have been coming here every 3 weeks for a year and this just really made me upset. When I brought the website to their attention they just nodded and did not really listen to what I had to say. I was very happy here and all the nail technicians were great but I will not be back.

The only nail salon I can trust! If I try any other salon I always regret that I didn’t just come to Collins. My nails always turn out beautiful and the quality is always consistent. Shout out to Anna for my birthday nails! She is exceptional.

Really great quality, they have a lot of the newer trends. I couldnt decide which color to use but the tech let me change it like 3 times and she wasnt upset. They listen to you and they treat you very nicely even when you make their life a little harder. Its not often you go to a nail salon where you feel safe to voice your concerns and the tech fixes it happily. Highly recommend and will come back!

Service was great! Booking an appointment was easy. Decent prices and nice salon. My only complaint is my nails didn’t make it to my standard of 2 week minimum. Again 2 weeks is my standard before they start coming off. One of my nails popped off like 1 &1/2 weeks later. Which is no big deal. Other than that I was very satisfied with everything else. I don’t get my nails done often so I didn’t really know what to get but they were really patient and didn’t once rush me or get annoyed. This is the place to go if your new to the mail game. I’m in love with my nails and will definitely return!

This nail salon the attention is horrible and they charge too expensive that in others and it is very dirty they do not have sanitary measures they do not disinfect anything they use for the hands as nail clippers etc they did a horrible job on my gel nails I attended Winnie is very bad she does not know how to work I would never return there is money thrown in trash

I loooovvveeddd my experience here!!! I rated a 4 star. Everything was absolutely amazing. Staff were all very friendly and made me feel very welcome. Only thing I would say that I don’t like too much is the way my mani is. I just got them done today and it looks like they’re grown out already. Looks like I’ve had them for almost a week already and I just got them done 5 hours ago. I love the color, design, shape and everything they just look as if Ive had them on for a while.

This place got great reviews, and Im so glad I followed them! I went about 9:30 am and they were pretty busy already, but took care of me right away. I was with Anna and Hong. Anna does the nail designs, and she did a great job on mine. Not only that but she was absolutely friendly... Everyone was. I am really happy I gave them a chance because I will be back. The pedicure I had was amazing, and theyre really clean. She also did my eyebrows and even filled them in a little. Thanks guys!

Today was my first time going here. I needed a fill in and wanted to try a new shop. I got there a little after they opened and I got Jay as my nail tech. It was very clean and in a nice area thats easy to access. The man and lady that helped at the front desk were very nice. As for Jay she was SUPER nice and SUPER fast! Everything that I asked her to do she did with no problem and did EXACTLY how I wanted it! They have very reasonable prices and I am so happy to say that I have found a NEW NAIL TECH!!!! I received a full set with dip.If you book an appointment online make sure you choose the right time zone because mine automatically selected eastern so I was accidentally an hour late! But they were nice and accommodating.

Definitely the best quality work of nails Ive had since being in the DFW metroplex for almost 2 years. I would routinely get new sets biweekly from salons, but with the superb caliber of artistry and care provided at Collins Nails the sets last so much longer. Ive had 2 designer sets, both done by Anna, that have lasted a full month each! They also offer a 7 day guarentee on their work: if anything happens theyll fix it free of charge within the first week. But the work is so good Ive never even had to cash in on that. I highly recommend Collins Nails Salon & Spa to anyone wanting quality nail work done while in the area. Worth the price, and the hour+ drive from Frisco for me.

This was my first time at this nail salon and i had the best experience! i was a bit nervous to get my nails done during the pandemic, but i saw them clean every area when someone got up and wore gloves and everything. I was also a bit nervous bc i’m getting married on friday and had never been here before, but Ally did my nails and they are PERFECT. she was so sweet and kept asking if she was hurting me or if i liked them so far. i was also told multiple times that if my nails break in the next 7 days they would fix them for free. Highly recommend!

Horrible service, Severely over charged and when i went back to tell them i had an infection they refused to remove them and didn’t care at all. My nails were very clean prior and now are in horrible condition from them not being properly done. I am highly upset and will definitely not be returning.

This salon seems to be the most hip on trendy styles. The wait is lengthy without an appt, which is expected on the weekend. But well worth it. I will get my wax and lashes here next time. The staff is very nice and professional

This place is so on point with the nail techs. They can do anything!

When a nail salon charges extra for long nails & shape, it’s typically because they have to take extra care to make sure the nail will not break at any point in its life.Collins Nails Salon and Spa charges extra for both shape and length, yet they don’t take extra steps to make sure the longer part of the nail stays strong; they treat the tip of the nail the same as they treat the base. On top of that, they will only perform free repairs within the first week of your nails being done; so if you break a nail after the first week, you have to pay to have it fixed. I understand dip nails aren’t supposed to be the strongest, but my nail should not be breaking on a pillow top mattress (which is exactly what happened with the dip I got here).Additionally, they charge extra for designs which I usually am okay with. But the design wasn’t cured correctly so the top coat of it has been shrinking on my nail and the design wore off on the tips.Not impressed and won’t be returning.

I was sceptical at first but I wanted to try somewhere new. The total experience was amazing. My tech Ally was friendly and very professional. I have not ONE complaint about my nails she exceeded my expectations. I will be going there from now on. Try them they are affordable and amazing.

A group of very kind and very professional people will take care of you here. I came with my mother, sister, and grandmother and we had a variety of services and indecisiveness. They were super accommodating and each and every thing turned out well. My powder dip nails turned out amazingly and the nail art is top notch.I then slipped and fell in the parking lot and ruining my toenails. They had me back in and gave me ice while they patched up my pedicure. A wonderful place! We will be back again!

Pros: clean, comfortable environment, friendly staff, didn’t rush my service took the appropriate time. All staff was nice but Mia was outstanding and took very good care of me as a new client. The only shop me and family will be going to.

First time in here as a customer. I am highly impressed. I have been too 4 different nail salons in North Arlington and they have all disappointed me. I always do dip on my nails. Besides having to choose another color because there wasnt enough of the one I chose orginally. But Im happy that I did. My nails feel amazing!
