No cap, this has got to be my favorite planet fitness yet, the people here are so nice and I can tell that its from being in a nice community, the workers were so helpful and what really got me was the welcome message as soon as I walked in. Love this place and I will be making a trip to Arlington soon to visit again!

I love how clean, stocked, and managed this gym is. It’s an atmosphere that allows me to forget about everything and just push myself. Why would you go anywhere else when this gym has all that you need? It’s hands down the best gym out there.

I recently transferred my membership to the Grand Prairie PF. However, the Arlington location equipment is better, and so is the floor layout .

This planet fitness is well maintained, not too crowded, and the staff is outstanding. They always ensure that the machines/lockers rooms are clean and they are very attentive to their members. Shawn, Matt, and Drew have been incredibly helpful and being a member here has been an all around enjoyable experience!

A very nice and relaxing place to work out if that makes sense. Hahaha I personally like a loud gym but I also dont want to hang out at the gym. So I prefer to get in and out. Here because its more relaxing feel Im able to. Lots of good equipment and machines to use and Ive never seen it to crowded and they also follow the recommended health rules. So very safe! Definitely a good spot to get a work out in.

I guess you get what you pay for for 10 bucks a month its not bad, small space limited equipment but you get what you pay $10 a month

Usually the staff is pretty friendly but yesterday… staff member was so rude just because I didn’t have the app and I had a guest he acted as if he couldn’t check her in. Disappointing that it took him longer to argue with me and tell me that I “need” to download the app than it did to simply type her number in the computer. Try being a little more friendly!!!!!

I went here once and never came back.nothing about the gym, I just am lazy.

Never crowded equipment is very nice clean people friendly.

I feel like I get a lot for what I am paying ($10 a month). I love that it is open 24/7, is clean, and has wifi. It does get a little busy sometimes however and I wish there was more space for stretching and exercising using a mat.

Alright. The other one in Arlington I like better. Has more shops next to it.

Nice place to get a workout in. Constantly cleaning the equipment. Nice customer service. Showers and bathroom are nice. Everyone wears a mask which is important during these times.

The gym is equipped with some great equipment, & the gym has a decent atmosphere. There is plenty of equipment to use so I didnt experience any wait to use the equipment that I wanted to use. My only complaint is that there are not any free weight barbell stations to use. I know the stigma associated w/them, but being a long time lifter since my childhood, I do feel that free weight barbell stations should be included. Free weight barbell training does offer benefits that machines dont, but I digress. Other than that, it was a great overall experience w/great, friendly staff. I will definitely continue using your facilities for my training & fitness needs. Oh yeah, the perks side of my membership? Fantastic!

My wife and I enjoy coming here during lunch time. Its not overly packed and the machines and equipment we want to use are usually available. The place is always being cleaned and there are many cleaning stations for people to clean their area.

You guys REALLY need new Hip Abduction AND Leg Extension machines. I brought the Hip Abduction matter up over 2 months ago and this still hasn’t been fixed. Both machines skip setting 1 which gives you the Best workout on your outer thigh. I will now go to another location from here on out since me along with a few others have brought this up and nothing has been done. Very disappointed.

Awesome workout equipment for different routines, but the some of the ones that are actually open because of social distancing are sometime defective. Other than that, I love all the amenities

I had always been so anxious about going to a gym because I was afraid of being judged if I was doing something wrong or for being overweight, etc. Planet Fitness has such a friendly environment, and everyone is focused on achieving their own goals. There are many signs saying things like “no gym intimidation,” “judgement-free zone,” etc.Other cool things are free lockers and locker rooms with showers and changing rooms.You get “perk points” every time you go to the gym and you can use those points to get free drinks or merchandise.All of the machines have QR codes on them that you can scan for a video on how to use the machine.Everyone is required to wear a mask and sanitize each machine after use. If you get the app, it shows you how many people are at the gym at a given time so you can decide when you feel it’s safest to go.The app has its own workouts (livestream or videos), your keytag to check in, and helps you keep track of your workouts.The staff is very helpful and friendly.This is literally the PERFECT gym for beginners. It’s made me fall in love with working out, and that’s very out-of-character for me!

Great location, hours, $10 monthly fee, and selection of equipment in a regularly cleaned facility, but the ear-splitting, over-amplified hip hop music is destructive negativity and not at all conducive to inspiring one to physical fitness.

Closed because they didnt pay the electric bill. All their neighbors did.They dont tell you when they abruptly close and they dont tell you when they reopen.This location is substandard compared to others.

This is a great place to work out. It is always clean and staff is incredibly helpful and welcoming. Ive been coming here for years and have always had the same great experience. From the great variety of workout equipment and fitness classes to the hydromassage and tanning, there is definitely something for everyone..

I actually had a great visit at this location in Arlington. I usually go to the location in Hurst, so there are some differences. Overall, both locations are great. This one was a bit more crowded, I am sure because of the New Year, but I was able to get to the equipment I needed for sure. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The equipment was in great shape too. I will be sure to visit again when I am working on that side of town. If there were any recommendations at all, I would love for Planet Fitness around the nation to get Saunas. As a black card member, I love using the hydro-bed and massage chairs. I have no use for the tanning beds, since I was born with a lovely caramel complexion. I would love a good sweat after workouts though, its always relaxing.

THE WORST LOCATION EVER> RUDE and unprofessional. They are trying to charge people double for a payment from 3 months ago. Corporate is no help. Get the run around from EVERYONE. When I have bank statements proving I paid. I used to love It here but I will not be double charged multiple times.

Awsome set up. Great staff. Manager was phenomenal. She went behind my expectations. She is absolutely the best. My husband was going to switch centers to his work center but were staying cause the managers kindness kept us here.

Most relaxing thing to do after work get in the hydro massage chair and tan or visa versa

Would be nice if all staff would be properly trained and knew what they needed to do and what identification to ask for. I came in with my daughter as a guest and no type of Id was asked for. Today came in with my son and was asked for ID since first time it wasnt asked for we didnt take any. I take it as miscommunication but made me miss my workout day! Yes they are busy but it would be nice if they would actually watch the trash not overflow and the sanitizing sprays not be empty it would be really nice. That way the equipment is well cleaned.

Incredible prices for what youre getting. Its such a clean and quality facility. From the outside it appears dinky, but I was very impressed with the quality of their machines. I experienced a comfortable atmosphere, and helpful staff. Plus, they have massage chairs and tanning beds.

I got a membership was told someone would show me around and how to use the machines.... nothing but a 2 minute race so the person could get behind the desk...and do nothing. I have had my membership since it opened... (and never got my shirt and I bought 2 memberships. Lol) I sometimes wonder why I keep paying for it.. when i pretty much stopped going.The last time I went about a month ago... the lady behind the desk was friendly... but I still feel limited on the equipment....due to not knowing how to use some of it. I know they have directions but I cant walk with my glasses on and cant read without them. Easier for someone to show me..then for me to chance breaking my glasses.Ill be back...afterall tanning season is right around the corner...

The manager here could care less, this location is consistently dirty and nobody at the front desk knows what is going on. Ive had off and on trouble with my membership for months and I’ve been trying to cancel for days with no luck. They don’t know how or the manager isn’t there. This place has always disappoint, from cleanliness and professionalism to equipment. This location is the reason I quit my membership.

I have been to this location several times over the last three years. Every single time the water in the showers are cold. The first time I’m thought o it must be a bad day but every single time there never hot waterSo this is my suggestion for improvement and I feel like I can’t be the only one who has mentioned this

I have been going to Planet Fitness for years and I definitely love this place. However, how come the pavement outside the gym is completely dark recently. My girlfriend usually goes to gym in the evening, and I found it not safe at all. Hope you guys will get it fixed as soon as possible, better for everybody.

Came into town for the weekend and this was the closest gym to my friend’s house. Sara (a staff member at this planet fitness) was very unkind and unprofessional. She made my visit gym visit a horrible experience which is what I NEVER experience going to planet fitness. If she is that unhappy at her job to where she is rude to the customers then she probably shouldn’t work there. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!

1st time in to see what planet fitness was about. Benjamin was nice at desk and offered a tour around. He was going to have his coworker do it because he working the front desk but she mumbled something under her breath and seemed like she did care to do it at all. She looked at me kind of rolled her eyes and told Benjamin why dont you do it... super awkward... As he was giving me the tour I asked him if there was an issue or was I asking for too much. I asked why she refused to give me a tour.. He said he did not know in that if I knew her or something... I told him I never seen her ever before and I guess she has a problem with me... I have no idea what that was about but it was not a good 1st impression/ introduction... Already making me have 2nd thoughts of signing up...😬😬🤦‍♀️🤨🤔

Dirty facility. I stopped coming here once I saw a used band-aid in the shower stall and a couple roaches in the ab workout area.. and these were on two separate occasions. If a facility doesn’t maintain cleanliness then I will take my business elsewhere, I don’t care how cheap it is. Definitely not cheap enough to see roaches next to you while you’re working on abs.

The atmosphere is fantastic. I love going to the gym and being left alone. As a female, it is comforting that I can go without worrying about being approached (by men or even trainers trying to smooth talk into buying a session package). The range of machines is fantastic. I am a regular to 3 of the locations, two in Fort Worth and the Arlington location. They each have their perks. It’s a very comfortable vibe throughout. And it’s CLEAN!! I love PF!!!

I have been a member for 9 months. I go about once a week and always have a good workout. There is plenty of equipment so even when it is crowded I can still find something to do. PF has a relaxed environment and lives up to its judgment free zone motto. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. I am a black card member so I often bring my spouse as a guest. This was a cheap option since we get two people in for $22 a month. I have never used another PF gym but I could for free. I like the tanning and massage beds. Both are well maintained and usually available whenever I need one. My only complaints are limited parking, no bike rack, and subpar location. Just a word to the wise, make sure you can commit to working out regularly before signing a contract. Dont waste your money on a membership you never use. Hope this helps :)

I love the gym and its really clean.Only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because they REFUSE to have a scale in the gym.

Love the gym but there are potholes in the parking lot. It is so dangerous for vehicles. Please fix and this and the gym will get 5 star rating . No one likes to hit a pot hole that sends you straight to hell/ core of the earth . Yes they are that deep.5/29/2019 Update:The pot holes are fixed. 😁

Friendly helpful staff. The environment is clean and well organized. Low key noise level where clients can concentrate on task at hand, no distractions. Great price.
