Great place if you are needing a place to work out in the Arlington and Bedford area! These are currently the only 2 locations.however the big benefit of this gym is that it is open 24 hours!! And also if your looking to save money its only 16.24 monthly after a sign up fee of about 60.00.

Good, affordable, & friendly. Hours are great for those of us who dont have a regular 9-5 schedule. Staff is constantly cleaning &make an effort to get to know everyone. For those of you throwing a tantrum about not everyone wearing masks- youre free to workout at home. Feels good to support local businesses that allows its members to choose whats best for their health & safety

This gym is awesome. The staff are knowledgeable and kind. The equipment is always clean and the Zumba class is amazing. Worked out my entire body. I love that there is a hot sauna next to the locker rooms. Decently priced monthly fees of $15. Im do happy I choose this gym.

Best gym ever. Ive been going here for 4 years. Best bang for the buck. All the equipment you need.it doesnt get overpacked like LA fitness or 24hr fit. Big recommend.

Love this gym, been their for a while now just got back in. I love it because it is 24hrs and has a sauna and they have daycare!! Right now it is not open bc of covid-19 reasons but still good to know they have my 7 yr old use to love going in their .

Always clean, all machines are fairly decent and get fixed if there is an issue, friendly staff, not an absurd amount of people during peak hours. Good place for $15.

Ive been going to this gym for sometime now. The gym is always clean, weight are retract, and the music is perfect, not too loud but enjoyable. This gym is privately owned and ik the owner hes such a nice gentlemen.

GREAT GYM!Friendly staff and excellent equipment. These guys worked hard after the crazy winter storm to get the busted pipes repaired and the doors re-opened. Happy to be back in today!

The help there is just for aesthetics. Most dont even have a basic understanding of how a good gym operates. Workout equipment needs to be updated as well.

Great place to catch Covid-19. Full of people not wearing masks. Person at the desk claims that they cannot enforce mask wearing. Yes you can! Ask anyone not wearing a mask to leave! Very unprofessional to not care about the health of your customers. You lost my business

Amazing workout packages.

Myself, my family, and all of our friends have been members at this gym and loved it for years. However, while there’s a mask ordinance and guidelines from the CDC, and there are signs everywhere to wear a mask, they refuse to enforce this. We’ve tried to talk to the ladies at the front desk, but nothing is being done. About half the people in the gym are either wearing a mask completely pulled down or are not wearing one at all and they refuse to enforce it. Nobody is 6 feet apart. We came back to the gym after a month or two because we believed they would keep people safe. This is not the case, and I’m very disappointed they wouldn’t put the health and safety of their members and employees first.

Best gym around and its also the cheapest. Plain and simple.

Good gym for a fair price. It has a decent amount of equipment. Usually even when its busy you still find available equipment to use, since they have multiplesnof each one. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars its because some equipment need maintenance on the upholstery.Update: bumping up my review to 5 stars since they have been fixing all the upholstery. Good job Fitness Nation!

Great gym, lacking a bit in smaller weight denominations and barbell clips but otherwise filled with good free weight areas, plentiful bench presses and squat racks, plate and cable machines, and a robust cardio section.

Great place to workout. They have plenty of cardio machines and are open 24 hours. Dry sauna is a plus (not 24hrs)! They also have Zumba and Cycle classes that are free with membership.Just FYI no track, pool, day care or wet sauna. Also, bring your own towel. Not your $70+ membership benefits, but definitely worth $10/month.

I officially ended my gym membership after 5 years of going here yesterday. What finally did it for me was the complete disregard for Covid-19 guidelines. The manager even had the nerve to tell me that I shouldve spoken to them in private about my covid concerns. Like, its not new, you blatantly ignore everyone not wearing a mask, fill the gym etc. Im honestly just exhausted at this rate and will just hope anybody that cares about their health, doesnt come to this coronavirus cesspool. Lastly, the gym equipment is all overly worn-down, smells musty and feels overly humid all the time in here. And they still want to charge you an annual $30 service fee, yet the gym equipment still looks the same as it did years ago and worse. But, If you dont care for all that and still want to come here, just make sure you have a doctor ready on speed-dial.

I have been at this gym for almost two months now. The atmosphere is great. Good equipment, and the others there who are working out are friendly. I really am enjoying ly time at this gym compared to other gyms I have been at.

The manager, who wore cap was very rude.i was the member of this gym for 5-6 years. Yesterday i went to renew it and he said like i got to pay 100$. installment/renewal fee again+ monthly fee+ previous fees during covid-19 whixh i had cancelled it. i felt really bad. just joined irving mall which was 0$ down with monthly 10$. just felt really bad. im never joining this gym again

I have had a membership with fitness nation for over 7 years and the quality of service and care for patrons has diminished slowly over the years. Today I went in to the free weight area and counted 5 people not wearing masks or face coverings walking around. I let the front desk know and they said they would send someone over. The team member proceeded to walk around and pick up weights, walking right past many people who were not wearing masks, without a word to them.This is just the tip of the iceberg for the carelessness of the staff. I bring wipes and always wipe benches and bars before using, and every time it comes off brown or black from sweat, dirt, and grime.Many of the benches are torn and probably teaming with bacteria. Nearly a third of the barbells are warped and could cause injury when squating. The staff barely notices when you are leaving or have questions.There was a time when this was the best gym in Arlington. I knew several of the employees names and a couple encouraged me to compete in physique bodybuilding. But it seems that is in the past. It is sad to see, and I am considering canceling my membership after the lack of enforcement of the mask mandate. I know several people who have gotten Covid19 and Im not willing to join the list because this gym wants money more than safety for its guests.

I went to this gym with my friends for the renewal of my membership after covid. There was this bald guy who said that i had to pay 100$ in order to renew the membership. i said him i was the member since 4-5 years and this guy who was in the office told me, i had to pay 60$ (previous 2 months covid transaction)+30$ (renewal fee) + 10$( monthly payment).i just said ill look at it and later i felt so bad, i just called the gym and let them cancel my membership. now im paying 0$ contract with 20$ fee at irving mall.literally worst customer care ever. sugeest never to go this gym also very dirty.

Went in for a tour today and was extremely disappointed. I sat there waiting to get a tour for 10 minutes (even though there were 2 people standing at the front doing nothing). I then went back to the desk and said I would be happy to come back another time when they are not busy since I have been waiting and I found out that they apparently forgot that I had even been there. A man in the office called out and asked one of the (now 3) women at the front and one of them said “it’s going to be another few minutes) the man in the office told her to jump on it then and there and she basically wined saying “but I am about to get off work”. I understand schedules and wanting to leave on time but the tour ended up taking 3 minutes total so it would not have taken her much time. Not only that but her and the (I think manager) arguing back and forth about her not wanting to give me a tour definitely gave me a bad taste for how they run their business and the kind of people they hire here. On the tour, there was no enthusiasm for the business or pride in their facilities. I felt like me asking to see anything basically felt like a bother. Any time I needed clarification (on membership pricing) I got looked at like I was stupid. This whole experience was absolutely terrible and I would not recommend coming back here to anyone. Why waste your time when there are other gyms that have people who want to be there and help you through your fitness journey and work toward your goals. This is not one of those places and I feel sorry that the workers and managers are so miserable that a 3 minute tour is too much to ask.

Tons of equipment! Although a few of them could use new fabric,some are showing wear and tear. Very clean as well and the staff are super friendly.

Not many people. Always cleaning. Bathroom wasnt clean. Some of the pads need to be replaced. Staff pretty friendly. But it 10 bucks a month. Soo in the scheme of things. Its perfect.

I love this gym...However, a lot of the equipment upholstery is coming off and the staff could do a lot better of making the member’s where there mask.

I love this place. The place is clean, everyone there is super friendly, broken equipment gets fixed quickly I could go on forever. Oh yeah there is a sauna too. It’s an electric dry only sauna but still very nice. I love that they don’t have the “no judgment” thing either. I love seeing people ACTUALLY working out without “showing off” or “intimidating” people. Doing the least resistance talking selfies and posting about how they’re at the gym just hogging equipment. They don’t do a pizza and donut day either like the gym I had just came from. What a joke. Oh and I’ve been here almost a year and not seen ONE fast food commercial on their TVs.

So open 24 hours great.Like 10 a month great.2 locations. OkRight now if your looking for a new gym its a good choice.

Great gym, the cleaning staff is awesome at keeping the gym clean. Lots of machines to suit your needs. Would absolutely love this gym in pre-COVID days.My one huge complaint is the lack of COVID-19 attention. There is a mask policy that isn’t enforced, people walk in and immediately take off their masks and go work out.The staff does nothing to enforce the mask policy except a random announcement that no one listens to because they have ear buds in.All machines are open versus other facilities that tape off some machines to create social distancing.Working out is very essential but it shouldn’t come at the risk of contracting a plague due to weak policy compliance or enforcement.

Quality place with affordable prices.

Just joined this week and I am impressed with what I have seen so far. I also have a membership at Fitness Connection and have frequented the locations in Irving and Arlington. Let me tell you, those gyms dont even hold a candle to this one! This gym is always clean, the equipment is always working, and the staff are friendly as can be. Theres a general sense of respect for each other here. Everyone puts back their weights, machines are wiped down, and no one is lolly gagging around. Definitely happy to make the jump over.

Really enjoying this gym! It’s a great gym for the price, if you need something fancy or high end machines this may not be the place for you. However, all the machines and weights are in good condition and mostly updated and work our great for me. I also enjoy that they have classes you can take as well. It’s definitely worth the price!

My wife enjoys the gym ESPECIALLY for the price. It’s not the cleanest of gyms and there’s no childcare on Fridays, but our son loves Maria. It’s a great location! She goes directly there after school drop off at Viridian Elementary. The cost of gym access far outweighs any negatives! It’s a great place!

Id love 2.5 lb weights for the barbells but overall excellent gym and gym environment.

I must say has to be the cleanest gym Ive been to! This gym has wonderful trainers who make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Lots of equipment to use and its never too packed! I love the different classes they have to offer as they are so much fun you dont even realize youre working out! They have free childcare and reasonable hours.They are always great with my little man which makes and helps this mama get a workout in!Lots of space for the kiddos to run around. I highly recommend the gym and to top it off their membership is cheap!

A great place for me to workout. The instructors in the classes are super sweet and the gym is ALWAY CLEAN! The staff lets you work and sometimes likes to have a conversation with you when you are leaving. Great customer service and I wish they would get more new workout equipped like the rope. That would be AWESOME!! Or if there were to have the cold towels after getting out of the saint or working out.

Not a large chain so you dont have the convenience of going to different locations... but, for the price, this is definitely a great gym if you live near by. Ive been a member about 2 years and have never had a complaint. Every gym gets busy around the same time but since they are open 24 hours, I sometimes go before work or late in the evening to miss the rush.They have an active cleaning crew so the place smells good and is always tidy, the machines are seldom/never down, and the staff always helpful.Definitely an A+

Great gym with some extremely weird policies. You are not allowed to train anyone. A day pass doesn’t cover 24 hours it only covers one workout. Absolutely a waste of money. Will not be going back. La fitness gave me a whole week pass. It sucks because I enjoyed the atmosphere at this gym. Just dumb policies.

The customer service is horrible. Don’t expect any help from the women sitting at the desk if it requires them to do anything other than say hello. I went into the gym to cancel my membership with Melissa this is the second time I’ve attempted to cancel and was billed 3 extra months. No apology no empathy, she just said someone would call. I still haven’t received a call. Hopefully it’s actually cancelled this time.

Experience was great until having to break contract due to moving, customer service could be improved. This is gym is a great bang for your buck, though, and is mostly well maintained.

I have been a member at this gym for a little over a year and I absolutely love it! There are plenty of free weights and machines, as well as a BUNCH of treadmills. The child center is amazing. They are so good with my daughter and she really enjoys going.

They steal your money after you cancel the membership. They claimed you were supposed to cancel per web, but they didn’t have a website to do that.

This is such a great gym. Love that its 24 hours, not a bad mix of music, great equipment, and even at peak hours Ive never had much of a problem waiting for machines. You cannot beat the price, and its much better than the LA fitness nearby which charges more. Ill be moving to Dallas soon and Im gutted that Ill have to find a new gym.

I really liked this location, great machines, love that they have a daycare, dont get me wrong its a great gym just a bit overwhelming and a little crowded. I love to go to the gym after work but this isnt necessarily the type of private location Im into. The search continues!

I love fitness nation, been a member for approx two years. The equipment is excellent excluding the treadmills. The gym stays clean and I would recommend it to everyone. Other gyms have old equipment like 24hr fitness and YMCA, but this gym keep their equipment in great shape. I will miss fitness nation when I leave the area!

The gym is awesome. I love the equipment that they have there and its all in excellent condition. The only complaint I have is that though they have a few spray bottles around the gym, Im pretty sure they are only filled with water which does nothing to sanitize the bench after sweaty people get finished with the bench. Id love to see spray bottles filled with some sort of cleaning solution spread all around the gym and wipe cloths to accompany them, but Ill settle for the current spray bottles being filled w/ some kind of disinfectant!

Everyone on staff is pleasant, the gym is clean, the equipment is new, and its open 24/7!There are enough machines to not have to wait for use. Even if I dont know how to use a machine exactly, either staff or another member will help! The group classes are fun, if you like going to those. All in all, love this place!

Price is cheap and the equipment is top notch. Place is always clean, equipment always working or being fixed in timely manner. Never overcrowded when Im there. Staff attentive and always have a smile

There are multiple machines for each exercise and muscle groups, and has a lot of mats for core and stretching!I love the variation between each machine and brand differences. Cardio and free weights/machines are seperate, as well as classes are offered in two spereate rooms.There is a sauna with seating for around 15 during peak hours.The staff is always friendly and make rounds to clean up trash and rerack weights about once an hour. There is a kids seperate kids area open for longer hours than the other gyms in the Arlington area.

This place is not too full nor too empty I love this gym and recommend this location for beginners.

I have had many memberships at other clubs in previous years, I really like the layout of the club. The atmosphere is great, the staff is very helpful, they provide a lot of options in order to reach your goals. Sauna is not too packed always good temperature for me I generally use it about 2-3 times a week. I like that they have a spaced out floor for working out with variety of accessories and dumbbells to increase the creativity and workout intensity. They also have a great personal training staff if you like a customized workouts and nutrition.

I love this gym.. its not luxury but I dont need it to be. The equipment works, the place is clean. Its not overcrowded except right around 5-7 after work but thats every gym. The lady who cleans does a great job and it smells like fabuloso. The sauna is always great after a workout. Dont really have any complaints and the price is low..

The gym is solid. Its got big variety of equipment. Membership is cheap ($10/month with a $50 sign up fee as well as yearly maintenance fee). Its always clean, and its open 24/7. I am giving it 4 stars for a few reasons: you cant use chalk, they dont have bumper plates, they dont have small weight plates (1.25, 2.5), and theres no space for body work. They have a great room but its only available during classes.

The class teachers are superb and classes are intelligently scheduled (Yes, there is such a thing as intelligently scheduled.) . And did I mention -- great price?

Price is fair. Just dont expect anything from the staff. I requested a number of times to have them change the tv channel and even the manager was unable to fulfill my request. I ended up getting some terrible excuse like they couldnt find the channel. It was ESPN 2 shouldnt have been that difficult.

Clean and well taken care of. I can get in and out quickly if I need to. Or, I can chill and take my time. The price is awesome. Great value.

Always very clean and organized gym. Good temperature inside in every season. Good size and good equipment. Im always happy with it when Im in the city.The staff at the front desk looks often very bored and the music is a bit loud if you want to listen your own one.

I love this gym. Plenty of cardio machines, weight machines, and free weights. I never have to wait for anything in the morning hours. Dry Sauna is a nice bonus.My only complaint is that I wish they were a little more strict about re-racking weights or had somebody that kept up with it on staff. Its not uncommon to see over half of the free weight stations with weights still loaded onto them and if they are re-racked youll have to pull off heavier weights to reach the smaller ones.

Was fortunate enough to have a free trial at a busy time with my wife when we stayed in Arlington for a day. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Fitness Nation is definitely the best gym in Arlington!
