Overpriced for the size and amount of equipment it has. Also, unlike many other gyms, you cannot do month to month contract. This gym requires a year long contract... Would recommend the YWCA if you want to save your money.

Fantastic anytime fitness you can tell they really are invested in this location. They have cool things no one else has like a group training area and some surfboards with balance pads under them. Really enjoyed my evening at this location while taking a little vacation to Arlington.

I have been paying this gym since 2016 and have only gone once. I moved away to Alabama and could not come in to have an in person cancellation. They would not handle anything over the phone or email. I finally had the card they had on file cancelled in June and they sent me to collections without any warning before the collections email. Do not sign up for this gym if you have any intention of leaving. I should not have to call or email more than once to cancel a membership somewhere I have paid for 4 years. I should also maybe get an email or phone call before I am just sent to collections on an account I have paid for no reason.

Gym is filled with various equipment to offer the ultimate workout. Not as clean as I expected compared to my home AF gym, but not too bad either. Overall, good location to work out.

Okay I’m so glad other people are reporting the fact that they did not cancel memberships when they were supposed to!!! I was actively going to the gym in 2015 (I was 18)with the manager at the time being Ty. I called numerous times trying to cancel since I moved and eventually came back to turn in a written letter... low and behold trying to get my own place I was denied due to this being the only thing on my credit history because they NEVER CANCELLED AND turned me into collections!!! Such a scam and ruining people’s lives because you want to make a quick UNHONEST buck!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM

Refused to acknowledge or accept cancellation paperwork and are trying to collect $240 in back membership fees for a membership that we had submitted paperwork to cancel 6 months ago. They will not even acknowledge that the received the papers even though it was sent as a reply to the email they sent. They had a good facility and it was always clean and never crowded when we would go.

When I signed up a year ago, I was told I was doing a 12 month membership. The way they sign you up on the tablet and are rushed through doesn’t allow you to review the contract well. The gentleman assured me it was 12 months. I called to cancel my membership thinking I had fulfilled my contract and the new manager let me know I was unable to cancel because they had me down as an 18 month contract. This gym was the worst decision for a gym I could have made. The gym is consistently dirty and the trainers have specific regulars they talk to and no one else. I’ve never been greeted by any staff member. When I scheduled my original consult the trainer didn’t show up and I was never contacted for a follow up. Also, I froze my account for a month and they still charged me. There is no corporate office to talk to, and there is rarely someone there to answer the phone. Messages go unanswered. The only option they gave me to cancel was for someone to take over my membership. This gym is almost twice the amount of any other gym. Save your money and get a membership with a gym that has some integrity.

My GPS says I visited, but in reality Im a cyclist and I cycle past there most nights. It looks like a fine safe place though. Edit: Owner seems like a nice person.

Very clean and well kept facility. I like the atmosphere. Not to loud. 👍 No locker room, but 3 individual locking restrooms. 2 of which have showers. The place is up to date in design.

I have had this membership for 3 months, this may not seem like much. Shane himself has made sure that I could have the experience I needed. I moved from Florida and He went above and beyond to work with me. He speaks as if we went to school together, just genuinely friendly and does not make you feel small. ( well kinda but thats just because he is like He-Man.) over all I have no complaints, always clean, always open, always there to offer assistance for your over all experience. Thank you Shane for running a great gym.

Overall I would give the facility high marks. Great equipment, available for use 24 hours a day, and clean. But I give it an F when it comes to their showers. Some showers have minimal water pressure, some have broken soap dispensers, none have a table on which you can place any of your clothes, gym bag, etc, which leaves you with trying to balance them on the sink or, YUCK, place them on a toilet. I will be rethinking my membership when it is time for renewal because of the inconvenience of the shower facilities. If I have to drive home every time I go to the gym just to shower it would make more sense to me to find a gym where I could shower, which would save me 30 minutes a day.

The gym itself is fine and kept clean. However, I would recommend not signing up with them or any other location. If, for whatever reason, you decide you want to leave before your contract is up, you will get blasted with a hefty charge. One that is not clearly stated in the contract they send you home with. I read it over and over again until the #2 font made me crossed eyed. There isnt a section for a simple cancellation. This gym has become a monster controlled by corporate red tape and has lost sight of what consumers want and need. Customer service was horrible. Should it take over a month to resolve a cancellation? Absolutely not. Go with the YMCA instead. No fees. No BS.

Can give only 1 star as I have not been a member of this gym. I was thinking of joining but there is no pool. So I joined a different gym.I cannot recommend nor not recommend a business I have not tried.

Ive been going here for a few months now and I have to say that the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and the equipment is well maintained (though occasionally a remote control goes missing). Its a quiet little gym where you can go if you dont want to feel judged and like to work out in a relatively uncrowded place. Im pretty introverted so I appreciate the fact that Ive only ever seen maybe ten people in here at once.As an added benefit, its a 24 hour fitness center, its monitored by camera even when there is no staff around, and the parking lot is well lit.

I decided to cancel my membership for a few reasons that include the lack of cleanliness of the gym, unfriendly staff and shady clientele. First off, the gym is very dirty as of recently. The equipment is dirty and sweaty. It smells in there very badly. There is water bottles and gatorade bottles all over and I kept waiting for it to improve but nothing. This is unacceptable for a business. Secondly, the staff is just straight up rude some times. They need to learn to leave their attitude at home because again- this is a business not a TV drama. And third and final reason, I dont like being around the other clientele. They do not seem civilized and quite frankly I am nervous to go late at night and that is the only time I can go. I have called three separate times trying to cancel my membership with them and I keep getting the run around. Very sketchy tactics to keep you paying. I had to just go in and speak with the day manager to cancel my membership.

Awful. they take money without permission Ive had my account put on hold twice now and they are still taking my money. Not to mention the membership is $30 and they pulled $168. This is not the first time this has happened. They have an incredibly slow return policy it took me a month to get my money back last time. This has been the worst gym experience and I wont be giving them another dime and I dont recommend that anyone eles does either.

Love these guys - wish the water pressure in the showers was a little stronger but otherwise the place is always clean, staff friendly and other gym members are very pleasant and polite Working with Jeremy now on training and hes terrific!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!! Worse than 24 hour fitness or Lifetime that is for sure. All they care about is taking your money and they keep your bank account information so they can force you to pay the full 18 months even if you need to cancel. I moved to another city and they still would not let me cancel my account.
