Took all my info last yr. When I call there corporate they showed nothing. I went back to talk to there manager. Surprise no manager on duty. A fun day there. Was disorganized n benders showing up at 4:30.almost a hour late. Benders were also pushy and rude

The YMCA itself is pretty good. The lack of the 5th star is because the parking is a nightmare. We mostly go to take our 5 year old to activities. The kids swimming classes are great during the summer. The price is also great, especially when compared to competition. My daughter also attends several of the kids exercise activities and absolutely loves them. The staff is friendly and the facility is quite clean. The communication for cancelled classes is lacking but they do try to call (but making it through the list is likely time consuming). Many different machines are available for the adults. Overall, I would definitely recommend.

YMCA of Arlington has a lot to offer. The facility is well kept and the variety of programs is really good. With membership you get great discounts on the classes and programs. My daughter loves the camp days that they have when there are teacher inservice days and as a member the cost is cheap in comparison to other options.

I do not recommend after school care from this YMCA. My son has a disability and they aren’t understanding of that and suspends him constantly for his outbursts. This is unfair and liable for lawsuit. Their staff is incapable of handling children and should have better trained staff members. Only putting one star cause I have to.

My wife and I used the Central YMCA of Arlington, TX this past month. We were only members for the month of June 2018 while we were visiting family in the area. The “Y” was FABULOUS for many many reasons. The membership check-in procedure was simple, straight forward and quick. The “Y” had a variety of group exercise programs that addressed people of all ages: kids, youth, young adults, working adults, as well as seniors. Plus, the facilities were spotless, all the staff helpful and patient, and the locker rooms, showers and bathrooms well appointed and clean! We were so busy working out indoors that we did not even have enough time to use the outdoor pool!Lastly, the cost of membership was the lowest in North Texas! Central TMCA is a gem that more people should know about and utilize!

The staff are the freaking rudest and unfriendly counter staff I have ever seen! Then 3 times, NOT once but 3 times they have taken more money from me than they should have in a bank draft! Last May 2016 I canceled my membership and was told they would still take out June which I understood. July rolls around and they took another draft out and for a full membership not the amount I had financial aide on! So I call and have to argue with 5 people about MY money and takes them over 2 weeks to put it back in my account! Recently, I signed up again for my kids and figure I will put the full 6 months on my credit card so they have no way of taking more than they were supposed to! WRONG! They took a year of fees instead of 6 months! I call when I see it hit my cc I ask to speak to the person that did it and of course she wasnt there and I advised Betty that I wanted a call back that day and she said she understood. Well Betty calls me back to tell me Emily transferred the money back! Why is BETTY calling me back when EMILY made the mess up! Soooo 17 days later and my money is still not in my account! Do you think after all the times they have screwed with my money they have offered me anything for my inconvenience? NOPE! Not even a free sport or an extra month free. Be VERY LEARY WHEN SINGING UP WITH A BANK DRAFT OR HANDING OVER ANY KIND OF CREDIT CARD INFO TO THEM!

You cant say anything bad about this place. Decent gym with FREE CHILD CARE for the time you working out. The YMCA has a Basket Ball Court, Swimming Pool, Yoga Classes of different levels as well as an Intense Spin/Cycle Class. Restrooms have showers and Lockers. Say you want your child/children to learn and play sports..Got uM! ⚽ 🏀 🏈 swim lessons..a lot more. Plus if you can catch a special going on your for a Low Low price. They really help you become a member.

My Granddaughter played basketball there. It was nice.

Please do not send your child to the after school care at the YMCA. Youd be better off taking them to the Boys and Girls Club, or hiring a babysitter. There is no structure and many of the school locations have a violation from liscensing. The staff are not trained enough and some cant handle the overwhelming screaming children so they will cry or get upset. I am so disappointed the affect this has on mine and myself, never again!

Best tai chi class around. Ive been going for 8 years. New exercise equipment too. Friendly staff.

I absolutely loved the staff and the yoga there, I started going with my daughter and absolutely loved it! Precila was my yoga teacher and she was amazing! the only down fall was the floors. The floors are really hard and it was hard on my knees. Precila suggested using two mats to help with knee issues but there has to be a way they could get carpet in the yoga rooms. but over all great experience !

We go here every week and the staff is always friendly. Nice clean facility every time I go.

Vist for Senior Zumba with Katie. The class was wonderful. She was only a temporary teacher while other teacher was out.

The last time I attended was like in 2003. Wow! I would love to come back and visit!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its kind of smaller than most Ys, but they have most of the equipment to get a full workout.

I was told what paper work I needed to apply. After a week someone called me I was a work they left a message I called back n they said at 11am no one was there to talk to me n they didnt know the name I gave.I said can I talk to a manager she hung up.I tried for days n was put on endless hold.I still dont know to this day were my application is.I read this ap and t it said no one a desk didnt care I see why.dont go here.the city has great work out centers in there parks n cheaper a month.😠

This Central branch is a good place for us because its very close to our house. I had a trouble talking to front desk, especially over the phone. Rude. Thats all I can say.Actually, my friends friend also had a similar problem. The central branch staff was/were so rude to her. She talked to a front desk lady, then she hanged up on her.
