Ms. Sarita Gonzalez went over and beyond the call of duty to not only make sure I got solid employment but assisted me on getting all my paperwork and drug screen done in an expiditious manner. And even in a high stress environment she managed to keep a smile on her face and an an attitude to match. Rest of staff was helpful n friendly as well!!

The Staff there are rude. Some coworkers act like their high in power some say there was ranking amoung them. The manager would talk to others about non-work related things.When I was assigned to a company the manager would assign me different jobs and the her and the coworkers tell me Im to slow even though it was my 2nd-3rd day working at this company I was doing everything right but I get a call saying I was released for not following directions....they Lied.

I called interested in a position and was told to go to the office. The application process was simple and quick. I had an interview the next day and was placed in the position the following week. The staff was very helpful and responsive. Great place with great opportunities. Sarita has been awesome!

Great place to work for. When you go though youll think theyre kind of mean but theyre not. Theyre cool people. Will get you a job. Ive been at my job (old castle) for 4 months now and i love it. Just got hired on full time. Ill be here for a long time.

So happy I found this agency for my mother! From the phone call I first made to the whole process everything have been very easy and very professional. The young receptionist was very polite, and courteous and bilingual by the way and helpful. We filled out the application and she got called to the back filled out all paper work and everything was just awesome. I like how they give u options not just one job, they also try to see whats closer and the best match for you. I have had a great experience with VSSI and I am so sorry the other people didnt get to experience what me and my mother did. But give them a chance, not because one apple ruin the bunch does not mean it will ruin the crop.

I think they get paid just by getting all your info. Called before I went in to see if they had jobs available & she said yes when I got there she only pull up one job that I couldnt work. A waste of time but keep it up pretty soon wont nobody be walking up in there u gone wish you had people walking in lazy mf.

The company within itself is not people oriented it is for corporate gain. The staff is not business professional they are rude and bias with information and will lie just to have someone in place for the company. If you decide or have to end a job without notice they pay you what they want to pay you which was not told about in the beginning but is documented in small print (if it is) supposedly on the paperwork....Overall they are not educated for the positions hired for and the contract with the companies are a joke when promised permanent placement after 90 days company find any reason to terminate instead of hire on be careful dealing with them. They disobey all laws but will try to cover up I will be contacting SEC and BBB and let them know of the laws broken and overlooked for the companys gain.

Called the office line to follow up my application.alady picks my call and tranfers me to another desk where im told there is a phone packing of phone job.i went to the office 20 mins later .they took all my details drivers licence ss,dob only to be told they dont know who m i talked to and the position is not a vailable!this place is awaste of valuable time waste of gas.....it sucks!if wanna waste your time then this is the best place to be!

Tried to get a job as a forklift driver posted 1 day before. Had me come in to fill a background check. After i left the office happy knowing i may get a position that best suits my skills. The bext day i called. And the lady said the job was filled....she did previously imform me the day before there were about 12 slots open. So i guess the slots were filled in less than 24 houra. Now that is indeed incredible. 5 stars to that...anywho...i kept calling in for job oppurtunities and said id be called back several times...today was my final attempt. I called and they said due to the fact you were a no call no show at a previous job it was understandable..but theb again i had a doctors note for my absence and they not bother to care i assume. So after 1 in a half weeks trying to give them my work ethic and skills. They tell me this at the last minute? Very unprofessional..i believe the youbg lady Kimberly may have some sort of medical condition as she seems to forget the people she speaks to over the phone or in person. Save yourself the long wait and apply directly with a company. These guys already gave other branches a bad name.

Saw a posting on craigslist about job openings and made the mistake of going to there office. The receptionist is VERY rude but she was pleasant compared to the angry and hostile recruiter. I recently had my i.D. renewed and i had my state issued temporary paper i.d. to use until my real one comes in the mail. Immediately upon her seeing this she flat out in the most angry and annoyed voice said this isnt going to work! So i told her its from the state of texas and its a legal document she read it and grudgingly said i guess ill see if my boss will accept it but i know he wont! And of course she said it wouldnt pass. Why in the world would u have recruiters with TERRIBLE attitudes trying to fill job positions? Now my plastic i.d. has came in the mail but im definitely not going back i dont care if they have a job paying $25 an hour. I suggest u avoid this harsh hell hole and go to a decent and respectable staffing service such as Sterling or Stride. These people SHOULDENT be in business! I mean why would u go to a place thats supposed to specialize in staffing but cant even staff there office properly? And the unpleasant angry rude womans name was Sarita. Oh and i am white so maybe the person who posted about discrimination was right.

I really wish they would hire new receptionists. These ladies are ALWAYS so rude for absolutely no reason. Every interaction Ive had with them has consisted of them being curt and cutting me off while Im talking.

So unprofessional & very very rude the woman that awnsered the phone actually hung up in my face I called back & she pit me on hold And never returned... Im disappointed
