Its been over a month and moving to 2 months without receiving 2 checks. I received a call to change my review. The staff and integrity of this company are poor all the way to the Corporate office in New York. Businesses beware. They fail to pay, and an individual that doesnt understand how temp services work, will have a strong backlash. This company doesnt care. If you are looking for a third party hiring company, Active Staffing is not the one.

Amazing! Went in there last week and Ms. Jennifer was able to help me with everything i had. i was have problems to fill out my application and boom she knew everything. i will look foward to working with this company when i get back. thank you so much

Horrible place to work!!!!This is the 3rd time I havent been paid on time due to their error.Christina didnt pay me on time & shes no longer there.Katelyn didnt pay me on time & shes no longer there.Jennifer says she new and its not her responsibility, see how long she last!!!So I have to wait 2 weeks for a check.Too much turnover in the office, leaves them in turmoil!!!They deserve 0 stars, please dont waste your time.Horrible, incompetent employees.

This company is the worst! From their Dallas office to their New York office. Its very unorganized, unprofessional, and they fail to pay. If you dont keep record of your hours you wont get paid. Its been 3 weeks and still no money.

I love the (customer service)and how caring there are.I worked hard to get myself along with my husband,off the street threw this company. They dont discriminate and have hired ppl with felonies to give them a chance at a new beginning. They stand up for you if you work hard and something goes wrong any mistake,they investigate and solve a solution.They are honest,compassionate and honestly create, a friendly quick hiring process! Go in with a positive attitude and youll be happy!

So far, they have treated me equally and fairly and with respect.

The team at Active Staffing have been great. They took the time to listen to my needs surrounding hours and desired work. As soon as a position opened up they had me working in no time. Stephanie is VERY disrespectful. Her attitude does not represent what Active staffing is there for. Active staffing is there to help people not belittle them, hang up in people’s faces and disrespect potential employees. Not only was she sarcastic but her customer service is horrible. I will be speaking to corporate about this matter. I have never had an issue with active staffing and their staff they have always been very helpful and willing to guide you through finding employment. This is unacceptable and I will be telling others in my community about this behavior. This needs to be fixed and corrected and I will complain until it’s done.

BEST STAFFING AGENCY BY FAR! The thing i love about them is simply because they communicate with their clients. Ive been to other staffing agencies before and I rarely or never heard back from them. Active staffing aagency got me the best job Ive ever had. They didnt promise me anything but they put effort into wanting to help me find a job that I was looking for. The staffs ths work there are good, kind, attentive people! (I would single out two people in particular that have worked so hard to help me get this job but I dont want others to feel unappreciated. Lol) They all are great! If youre in need of a job I would suggest going there. If you work with them they will definitely work with you!

Well I have a background and just trying to get my life in order .My sister is working for them and about to become permanent .so far .I have no complaints. Good customer service and started my job within days of applying .They must be doing something right with some of the hate .lol .If u read negative reviews, dont believe the hype. Try for uraeur

I also had a shirt check 2 times I was also lied to on multiple occasions. First I was given an assignment that was supposed to be temp to perm as I was told this multiple times by the workers there just to have the assignment end bc it was seasonal and even after that they still were saying it was temp to perm so obviously they are unsure how to run this type of business. Secondly I was lied to bc I was told that all they have for work is blue apron I then go on indeed and found several job listings from them that they only acknowledged after I asked them about it and tried to make me feel dumb by there response I know alot of people think that these comments are just left bc they are upset but not me right is right and wrong is wrong they are most definitely wrong. I would suggest almost ANY temp agency over active but the choice is yours u have been warned though.

Well my check was short more than twice because of lost paperwork also the assignment I was sent on ended twice with no other active placement for another job Ive worked for at least two oth weer temp services and while some ppl like brandi &ashley get things in order its quite subpar to day the least its like only two ppl really care about the employees...s.m.h.

I took my friend here for a job and they set her up for job and when she got there that night they didnt even need people.

Very poor service and cannot seem to stay on top of things. This branch is going to lose money if these lazy ladies do not step up and stay on top of things. I will contact corporate soon if improvement is not implemented.

Some of the workers are rude.. Customer service not the best& they lose alot of your paperwork.
