They have fair rates and good customer service

After spending 2,400.00 to fix my oil cooler, a few weeks later my oil cooler failed and left me stuck. So I towed my truck to Holt Truck Center in Irving and discovered that my truck had been neglected with multiple issues caused directly by these mechanics. I wont get into the other issues, but take my warning. Save your cash and get it done right. Thanks

Took my truck there to be repaired/engine replaced. What happened later was nothing short of thievery and criminal conduct. They had literally removed most of the component parts from my truck, transmission, clutch, wiper motor, ECM, electronic modules, bumpers, you name it, and wanted to claim that it had been stolen. When i threatened, to produce a police report of the purported theft, they started producing them one by one. Of course they knew who the thieves were. But my vehicle was so vandalized and still missing parts leading to unnecessary parts replacement.I wish i had read the experience from couple of other customers in this review. THEY ARE UNDOUBTEDLY THE WORST SHOP IN THE WHOLE OF NORTH AMERICA. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES.

Truck Repair techs here are thieves, careful guys got a lot of stuff stolen from my semi truck and spent thousands but still nothing fixed. My ECM got switched with a bad ECM.

Same thing with me, took my truck there paid $1000 to have someone elses ECM repaired!!! Had to take my truck back several times for the same issues, and kept getting charged. Very shady, STAY AWAY...!!!
