Would never use this company they take your money say theyre going to fix your product send it to you it isnt fix you send it back then they tell you its trash and want you to pay 400 extra dollars for a new unit then will not give you a refund for the money that you paid to get your computer fixed in the first place we have turned them into the Better Business Bureau and filed a complaint really wouldnt recommend this place for anybody we didnt realize it was that bad of a company until after we had already sent it and had a problem and then we started reading the reviews please people read the reviews! Not to mention every other week were talking to somebody new in the office so that just tells you that theyre not running very good business because their turnovers on the employees is awful now Id like to see what they had to say about that because Im pretty sure the one I talk to you today probably wont be there much longer
I sent my CAT 3126 ECM in to be repaired after CAT quoted me close to $2000 for their solution. I sent it on a Friday and by Thursday I got a call saying it was ready. I sent my Cc info over and got my module back yesterday. They put it on my truck and it fired right up. I couldnt be happier at 1/3 the price. Great job guys!

STAY AWAY!!! JUST A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND CON ARTISTS!!I sent an ECM for CAT 3126 down to them for repair. Unfortunately, I googled this company AFTER they received my ECM. The power supply for the injector solenoids had started failing. Before I sent it down I downloaded the flash file and truck characteristic programming off the ECM. So glad I did that!! They advertise diagnostics for $95 and repairing the ECM for $695. First phone I received was that I hadnt signed the MASTER AGREEMENT. I had never heard of that before, that should have been a BIG DANGER SIGN. So I signed it and and emailed it. Next phone call was OHHH, YOUR ECM IS SO BAD!! IT TOOK A HUGE HIT AND HAS A BUNCH OF BAD CAPS, etc, etc. Know how when your talking to someone and you get a bad feeling that your about to take up the backside?? Thats what I got out of this conversation. So they told me But were doing you a huge favor and we have one of our rebuilt units all set to go with programming and flash files for $1295. Told them No, I want that unit rebuilt. Story story story from them. This went on for 3 or 4 days. Told them to send me an invoice for work done and just send the unit back. Told them Id be going to Caterpillar. They didnt like that. I emailed down a return UPS label, they didnt want to return the unit. I received an invoice for a rebuilt unit for $1295 and a blank credit card form to fill out. Again, sent an email back stating to return the unit, send an invoice for the diagnostics, and use the return label. Finally 2 weeks later they told me $300 for deep diagnostics and they would return it via COD because thats how they recover their diagnostic fees. They wouldnt use my return UPS label or use a credit card. So I went to CAT, paid $1970 for a BRAND NEW ECM, downloaded the programming off my laptop and the truck is back up and running. They still have my ECM and are holding it for ransom. I talked to the Texas Attorney general and found out they have quite a few complaints regarding this company. I emailed them all of my supporting documentation and emails and they are taking from there. Also contacted the BBB in Texas, bunch of complaints regarding this company with them. Next step is lawyer to sue their pants off.
I sent over a 2 Detroit DDEC 4s for repair. The guy called me up and said one was bad and needed a power supply rebuild and the other was in good working order. So I had them repair the bad one. Got them both back yesterday and the first truck fired right up with no more issue. Still researching the problem on the other truck but good to know it wasnt the ECM. Thanks for the help and quick turnaround. Ill be using you guys again!
A follow up to having paid ransom for unauthorized repairs to Mack ecms without any diagnosis or authorization.Inspected every inch of wiring harness for shorts, tested every component, still blowing circuit breaker for ECM. Opened up repaired ECM by this rip off company and found metal tabs bent over to ground. Obviously ECM FRAM vandalized unit then put tape seal on it. Do not know how people like this can live with themselves.... Do not believe a word they say. By far the worst company I have ever done business with.

BEWARE THIS COMPANY...... WARNING WARNING WARNINGIf you don’t want to waste your time and money and go through very uncomfortable moments stay away from there. DO NOT trust in the services this company offers. They have bad service and worse customer service.In the month of June 2016 I purchased a unit for my box truck international (ECM) with one year warranty. That unit did not work so I returned it so that they could see why that unit was not working and had the same problem as the previous unit (first checkup). After they checked it, the technician told me that they found something wrong with it and that they would fix it. At the time I went to pick it up the receptionist told me I needed to pay $75.00 for the fixture they had done. I told them that it was not right that I had to pay that amount because it should be covered under the warranty. I got the part without paying anything. My mechanic installed it, and it wouldn’t work again.I took it back for them to look at it (second checkup), then the technician told me that he had found something wrong with it again. Once it was supposedly fixed I picked it up and it was not working again.I took it back in (third checkup) and after the 3rd checkup it kept messing up with the same problem as the original one and other problems like engine coolant temperature. The technician then told me they could not fix that unit anymore. I then asked for my money to be refunded, when the owner Michael M. Zokaie refused to give it to me, but did say they would replace the ECM with another one. A couple of weeks went by and I went by to get another one that was supposedly a good working one without any problems. That same day I took it to the dealership to get programmed and at the time I returned to the dealership to pick it up they told me they couldn’t program it due to the part being the wrong one for my box truck. At that moment I also had to pay the dealership for that. I then returned to the shop and spoke to the owner Michael explaining to him everything that happened with that one incorrect one. He kept telling me that it was the correct one and I showed him the receipt that the dealership gave me where it states that it’s not the right part for my box truck. I once more asked for my money back and once again he refused. Then the technician told me to give him some time to try to fix the original one. One month went by and when I called to check on it the technician told me he hadn’t had time to fix it. The owner then told me he was going to get me another part from somewhere else because at the moment they didn’t have any available. Another month went by and the owner then said I would have to pay 50% for the unit if I wanted him to find me another one. When he never mentioned I would have to pay 50% for it. All this happened in a time frame of 7 months and the owner Michael M. Zokaie not once worried about doing anything to fix this problem in which NOW HE IS BEING SUED FOR NOT ACKNOWLEDGING THE WARRANTY FOR THIS WORK. After all of this I told him I would see him in court and he did not seem to care and just said ok.
Brought in my Cummins ECM back in August. Took them about 5 days to repair and return to me. Fair pricing and good customer service.
Horrible !!! I sent in my Computer to get it fixed, They fixed it for 800+. Mechanic checked all truck wires before putting it in and truck didnt start.. On the paper work it did said dt466 but truck is dt530. We took it back so they can fix it and now the Manager said it was our fault that it didnt work he want us to pay another 600+ to get the computer back!! FYI my warranty wouldnt cover it according to him... (even if it was there mistake) ... He was Rude and said theres nothing I can do. You need to pay the 600..
Found them on Ebay & was redirected to their web site for info.& payment. Paid with CC & shipped units & waited over a month & received an e-mail that they were done. No diagnosis, no estimate prior to repair. Asked for diagnosis & was told the power supply was noisy. Asked for a detailed diagnosis & was told that the information remains their property & would not divulge & then wanted to surcharge for CC or PayPal use. Next they claimed they were unable to process CC because of system problems.They wanted a direct deposit. This company has a new story & excuse with every e-mail.Warning!!!! Do not do business with this company!!!!
Sent an ECM from an International truck. They said they could repair it. Took over a month and when re-installed no difference. There was no signal going out of the ECM. Called them and they said we had a voltage issue. Checked all the parameters and had no voltage issue. They said to send back and they would repair for 1/2 price. Been 6 months and no answer or ECM. Rip off artists, stay away.

This company charged us to repair our ECM and actually did nothing. It came back the same way we sent it to them. Then they offered to warranty the repair, but after months of employee issues and then they couldnt find it, or say who had it we finally got it back still not repair. They took our money which by then had past the date to file a claim with our credit card company. Stay away - total scammers
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!We took ECM to Fram to get a battery replaced. Fram lost all our progam information on the ECM. After replacing the ECM no AC!!!! No Fast Idle, No Engine Fan, would work!!! Fram ask us to bring Motorcoach to them. We were stranded on the highway with over heated engine and had to have motorcoach towed! We were out $800.00 plus towing fee!!! And still the ECM would not work, had to purchased another ECM and had it programed from another company!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! USE ONLY ECM FRAM IF YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY!!!!
DO NOT LET THESE IDIOTS TOUCH ANYTHING!!!!After replacing Spark Plugs, Ignition Wires, and a bad Coil the truck still had a misfire on Cyl.#2. The pin out test found a bad coil driver for cylinders #2 and #6. They stated they could replace the bad driver and the ECM wouldnt need to be reflashed.After 2 weeks they finally got it fixed. WRONG! Now the truck wouldnt start. No communication. Checked fuses, all good. Took it back. They said, Well, sometimes if you have it unplugged from the truck too long the memory can leak out Really? Thats the answer you want to go with?Ok, then that is your fault. Youre the one that took 2 weeks to replace 1 coil driver. So now had to buy a new key because 2 are needed to reflash, and only had 1, the whole reason for trying to get this done without a flash. Then pay a guy to come to the shop to flash it. Still wont start. These idiots destroyed the ECM. If they dont give a full refund they will find themselves in court. My lawyer promises do everything within his power to put them out of business. On August 18, 2014 A PCM was sent to F.R.A.M to have PCM diagnosed for a possible ground issue at an evaporative vacuum switch valve. Technician found code p0446 stored in system and missed diagnosed vehicle with a faulty PCM. Technician was testing the wrong components which lead to miss diagnosed PCM with no ground signal from PCM. The PCM was sent next day air on August 10, 2014 and we also requested a rush on the PCM repair” at $79.99 which we are not disputing at all. On Thursday August 21, 2014, I received a phone call and a request from an employee for our fax number at that time I received an invoice for $586.55. At that point no one called and explained to me what was found wrong with the unit just a bill. Of ‘course the bill was paid I had no choice I needed the PCM for the vehicle which the customer was in a rental car and wanted the vehicle back as soon as possible. We received the PCM on Friday and installed the PCM and we retested the vehicle and found that the PCM didnt fix the vehicle we still didnt have ground from the PCM so, we thought. At that point we began to identify all evaporative components and started from scratch. I also, placed a call to F.R.A.M to see what was found and I was told the power source was the problem with the PCM and it was repaired. At that point I started to explained to the F.R.A.M rep. that the PCM was working fine the only problem we thought it has was a simple ground circuit issue and the rep. was lost for words and he suggested for me to talk to the engineer who repaired the PCM. At that point the engineer was not available and a phone call was not returned to me at all. Technician found out at this point the wrong circuit was being tested and found the correct component and ground was present. Technician found good power and ground but a faulty evaporative vent control valve which was the root cause of the problem not the PCM. Three weeks ago multiple phone call were made to F.R.A.M and the phone was answered but then quickly disconnected after information was given we made another attempt the next day and the day after and no communication was made at that point. So, we called our credit card and disputed a portion of the invoice. please call me so we can resolve this problem
Dad bought one here and did not work very hesitant on getting money back the down time for the truck was a lot because this is how truckers make money better off spending money at dealer with good computer
