I drove 7 hours from Kansas for a weekend here in Arlington. Unfortunately my truck started acting up due to bad wheel bearing. I walked in and the owner was so kind and gave my infant son and I a ride back to our hotel. Truck was fixed in less then two hours and he even came back to pick us up once the repair was done. Exceptional service and such a kind soul, I applaud this owners work ethic and kind heart and I feel like he went above and beyond. Price was fair and I’m happy to give him my business.

Brought my car in the car ran hot. Towed it in they do diagnostic and estimate cooling hose. They advise 354.00 the labor hose under engine. I advise to go fix it. They call to pick it up ready to go. First cant find the key then they find it have it running with key in it. I get in the check engine light is on. I turn it off and on 3 times check engine light. I go back in and show and advise no something is wrong never had check engine light on. Well he says well its fine go and drive it. I insist I am not taking it with the check engine light on. Leave it there for them to check. The next day they call and say engine no good.Had the nerve to say we tell you this . where is that in writing.no no you didnt. Who would fix a hose if you told them engine was no good. Also why would you tell me to pick up and drive it if engine was no good. Worst service ever ..went it engine was fine engine no good so I had to tow it. Need my money back. who does business that way

I have a 2006 bmw m5.I am a business owner my self, and i have high expectations coming from a 4.9 rated business.I took my bmw to 2 different mechanic shops and they both pushed me to the side . One of them told me it had bad compression, so i took it to another shop. The other shop said the vanos was throwing off the timing chain. (I am mechanically inclined and there was just no way that made sense to me).Finally i took it here and dealt with Ahmed. Let me just say, WHAT AN AMAZING GUY! He talked to me and informed me they will diagnose it and check it out for me. He came back with multiple misfires and did a compression test, leading us to the issue of bad coils and spark plugs. They saved me a ton, i was quoted $6000 for repairs from the other shops. I left this shop paying only $750!! God bless them, and may god bring them much more business. Thank you once again Ahmed. You are awesome!

They dont carry any weight in regards to the service, professionalism and fair pricing that are provided to every customer that walks through the door at American Autotech. Our family has been doing business with Abdul and his team for almost 3 years now, and we have always been more than happy with the service received. We own 2 BMWs and a Chevy S-10. They have done everything from oil changes to tires, regular maintenance, major engine work and body work on our vehicles. They are always very honest and discuss parts and labor, including cost before beginning any work. The mechanics are very experienced and specialize in foreign vehicles, and we have never had to take our cars back in for work previously done. We are loyal customers for one simple reason...WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE AND WORK THAT HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO US BY AMERICAN AUTOTECH. Based on our experience with American Autotech, I would urge anyone to take their vehicle to them without apprehension. Additionally, check engine lights are tricky things as well, I should know. We have dealt with them on several occasions, with our vehicles. You fix one issue and the darn thing comes on for another. Sometimes it just happens that way. Thats why regular maintenance on a vehicle is so important.

Rude, oversell services that you dont need. They only want to take German cars so that they overcharge you for parts and services you dont need. They get rid of all their honest mechanics that dont overcharge customers.
