My brother woke up all depressed about his PC, as it wouldnt turn on after the storm with the power going out. I brought it to computer care and chase helped me with it and had it all figured out and fixed within the day and it was back home before he got back from work, he even walked it to and from my car! Great service with honesty, I couldnt get my computer fix but they told me exactly what was wrong with it.

I went there for advice on how to access my files from my hard drive and the guy Andrew, attempted to help me..but as it was loading to open up the file he stopped it and said it cant open..then he said to get the permission for the file to open its $129 but I literally just done the exact same thing and it opened after loading. I guess he thought I was ignorant and decided to take the opportunity to be greedy instead of simply being a good samaritan. How nasty!

Took a sons laptop in for repair as it was having multiple issues. Friendly and professional workers. Explained exactly what was needed and came in at the price quoted and agreed on. Accepted the computer at once, decent price to fix it, relatively quick turn around and well performed fixes. Would have been a 5 star if they had not forgotten to return the power cord when we picked up the laptop and son had to go back again for the power cord the next day because it was closed when went back. Inconvenient, but would highly recommend due to the excellent customer service otherwise. A bit pricey but you get what you pay for when it comes to computer care and they definitely delivered on the service has had no problems with the laptop in the year since it was repaired. Just be sure you get back everything you drop off before you leave!A sincere apology gained them the final star!

I took my laptop to Computer Care a couple of weeks ago and I found them to be very professional, friendly, respectful - just the best. They only had my computer a couple of days, they did the diagnostic and found the problem. They contacted me and I asked them to go ahead and fix it and by the next day it was done. Since I got it home it has worked like a new computer. It is so nice to know when I sit down to it that its going to work. They lowered my stress level a lot! So if you need computer work, I would recommend them highly. Also I am in my 70s and not totally computer knowledgeable and they encouraged me - kept saying you can do it - you can do it. They made me much more comfortable with the computer than I was before I walked in there. Kudos to these young men - awesome for sure.

Excellent service. Was leery of any company working on a laptop, as I did not want to be taken advantage of. I believed hard drive had crashed, but didnt want to take to Geek Squad. I researched and saw these reviews and took a chance. I took my Alienware Laptop into JD at Computer Care on a Thursday and had it back in my hands on Monday, in what felt like was brand new condition. When I dropped it off, JD explained to me the process and prices, and what to expect. They replaced the hard drive and got Windows installed all at a very reasonable price. I will never go anywhere else. I did not back up my All-in-one PC and my hard drive crashed. I know enough about computers to know that getting data from a faulty drive can be extremely difficult or impossible and I knew the outlook was bleak. I had every picture ever taken of my children, from the moment they were born, stored on that hard drive and I was absolutely devastated. These gentlemen were absolutely professional. They never shamed me for my negligence, which they were well within their rights to do so! They had my PC for less than a week and restored every single bit of data on my drive. Every video, picture, document and program was recovered and placed on my new drive. Chase gave me my old hard drive just in case I ever needed it and even mentioned that he will keep a backup at their facility in case anything goes wrong with the new drive. I gushed gratitude and even cried tears of joy like a crazy lady and Chase remained professional and even helped me load my PC in my car. I will be forever grateful for the time and effort that this team put into my data recovery. In a world where it is easier to say sorry, thats your problem, they went the extra mile for a stranger. When I dropped my PC off, I said price is not an object, which I know is not a very smart thing to do. They knew that they could have charged me an arm and a leg for what they did, but they did not. I have been to Arlington Computer Care on three different occasions and have always been impressed by the quality of service. They have the tools, skills and knowledge to fix any problem. This place was great! Super quick with diagnosing and fixing my MacBook laptop and at a fair price. My laptop was running super slow, and now it’s better than new and very fast! Thank you! Highly recommend if you love your laptop and can’t afford to buy a new Mac like me.

My power light wasnt working and they were able to plug it back into the motherboard and had me back and running in a 4 hour time frame. They went above and beyond and reseated the video card and got everything cleaned up and neat looking which I appreciate greatly! The only improvement opportunity would be to charge the same price that is stated over the phone and ask if the customer wants anything additional done versus doing it and then wanting to charge extra. I do look forward to doing business here again. I believe we all got reminded of the importance of better communication from start to finish. In any case, thank you guys for the work and youll be my first call if I have any issues in the future.

Went in to get my laptop keyboard fixed. 2 weeks later, called and said it would take at least another 2 weeks because they were waiting for keyboard parts from China. And yet their website says, We keep a large inventory of parts & maintain an efficient supplier network, which means that replacement parts are no more than 24 hours away. Not only did I take my laptop back, the keyboard is now messed up. Some parts of the keyboard is more raised than other parts, the keyboard mouse no longer works. What kind of service is that?! You give me back my laptop in worse condition than when I gave it to you?! If I could give no stars, I would. All these reviews about this place being a great repair shop are lies. Why would you falsely advertise quick service & then tell me that it would take a month to get a keyboard fixed?! On top of that, you give back the customers item in worse condition than when they handed it to you. And I still had to pay for basically a worse off laptop. What a waste of time & money.

I have used Conputer Care Arlington several times in the last few years when I experienced problems. A couple of months ago, my mother board was fried on my old computer... Case was so helpful in transferring all my data and pics to my nw ocmputer. I was worried all had been lost.Last week my Chrome was not working. Peter resolved the problem remotely and Im happily surfing again.These young men are knowledgable. They have also been very kind and helpful when assisting me.

I have an All-In-One Sony Vaio that I really enjoyed and needed to be fixed. I called Half Price Geeks because of the distance and was told they couldnt fix my computer mainly because it is an AIO and it would be hard for me to find someone who would be willing to fix it. Needless, to say I was kind of reticent to call anyone else but I needed the computer to be fixed so I Googled the best computer repair places in the area. Google gave 19 places to choose from. Being Im from FW, I chose Arlington Computer Care.When I called, I spoke with Peter and he assured me they could not only fix my computer but upgrade it as well. 2 stars! The communication was precise and promising. I took my computer in and they gave a rough price for the diagnostics that would be put towards the final bill.I took it in. Peter helped me at the front desk and again very welcoming and cooperative. Another star.The technician, Chase, worked on my computer and communicated everything that needed to be done on my computer. He even informed me of what my computer needed. Another star. He even told me my computer would be ready long before anticipated. Another star.I picked up my computer today. I got to meet Chase. Really personable guy. I got my computer home and turned it on. Not only did it work but its faster than its ever been. Another star.I want to say if you need your computer fixed, I highly recommend these guys. This review might get lengthy so bear with me. I am a school teacher and had one of the students spill coffee on my really nice personal laptop. It was a very unfortunate accident. I took it to Computer Care with the hopes that the computer could be saved. I talked with Peter over the phone and he was extremely courteous and professional. I dropped it off and after about a day I got a call from Chase. He was extremely courteous and professional as well. Unfortunately, the news he had wasnt good. The coffee despite being black corroded the motherboard and pretty much destroyed the computer. Chase actually waived the diagnostic fee and said hopefully it would soften the blow. The story doesnt end there. Not even close. Facing the prospect of losing all of my work I had on that laptop and then starting the process of saving up for a new one, I brought up possibly swapping the hard drive out of the destroyed laptop into an older one I had laying around. Chase said it was possible but would need the laptop to see if he could make it work. I dropped the laptop off Saturday and waited. Monday morning Chase calls me and says the connector he found would work and everything would swap right in. I was ecstatic! My old hard drive contained everything that I had from that destroyed computer. I would ALMOST be as if I didnt lose anything. Well fast forward to today and Chase calls me saying the hinges on the laptop I brought in were completely broken. He said they had a computer that they used for a loaner that they would swap my hard drive into and get it back up and running. The it was about the same age but the specs were better. Plus it had a better battery which mine had a bad battery. I picked it up and everything runs great. Yes, its not as fast as my destroyed laptop but all my files and things are all here. I honestly couldnt be happier. Yes, Im still upset about losing my other laptop but Chase and Computer Care did the next best thing. They helped me out so much and got me back up and running with a laptop. I want to personally thank Chase and all the staff at Computer Care Arlington. If you need any computer needs take it here. The customer service alone is worth the cost. The professionalism is some of the best Ive ever had. Not just from Chase and Peter but from all the other staff I talked to. They never talked down to me always make sure I was kept up to date with any progress they made and made aware of any changes. The cost was very reasonable as well. My leg was broken and so was my computer. Dell said it was under warranty but I could not get into the attic to try to retrieve the box it came in for shipping to Houston because of my leg. No local store had a box for sale that wasnt risky to pack it in. I took it to Arlington Computer Care and was greeted by Chase...very friendly and professional. He benched it to see what they could do but the problem was with the integrated motherboard and video card. I was bummed out about how I was going to locate a box and get it FedExed to Houston with my broken leg. Chase offered to double check the warranty, locate a box and ship it for me!! This he did as well as providing me a loaner so I could keep up with financial records at home. Chase went way out of his way to help me out and for that I will be forever grateful...and a devoted fan of their shop. These guys were GREAT! Our main computer was having serious problems. Of course it would happen on one of our busiest days. They worked so hard at every detail....retrieving data, setting everything back up to function and fixed all the fine details after the job was done. Super reasonably priced and does a fantastic job! I had a computer emergency! (So I thought). I turned on my computer to complete an assignment for my online class that was due within a few hours. I waited and waited for my laptop to show my login screen. Nothing but darkness.... when I moved the mouse, I could see the little white arrow. Fear and terror was my first response, I tried several more times turning on and off the computer hoping that doing the same thing over and over again would result in something different. So, what to do, my husband didnt answer his phone, so I googled computer repair, and as fate had to be on my side I called Computer Care Arlington. Peter answered the phone and I told him my sad but true story, he said bring it right over. I walked in and Peter greeted me, he took my laptop and plugged it in and... Voila, the computer came on. So my review is not about how well my laptop was repaired but about customer service. It seems more and more that great customer service is rare, but Peter treated me like a valued customer and never made me feel silly about the computer (which was updating) and my complete lack of knowledge. Peter was very kind and never made me feel as if I wasted his time. When I really need my laptop repaired, I look forward to bringing it back to Computer Care Arlington.

I highly recommend Arlington Computer Care. I’ve been taking my misbehaving computers to them for over 10 years. Whether it was hardware or software that was causing the problem, the team at A.C.C. has always been able to diagnose the problem and recommend the best option for moving forward. They have repaired at least a half dozen machines for me over the years and I have never had to take one back to them for tweaking… they get it right the first time!

This is the fifth time I have been here with 5 different computer problems and I have been extremely pleased each time I have used them. My latest problem was a Windows 7 crash on my PC. It was fixed in 2 days at a reasonable price. Both people I interacted with were courteous, patient and professional. My hard drive crashed and had to be replaced. When I got home, I couldnt find some of my files. I wanted to leave a review And this is not something I normally do. I took my computer to Best Buy because I had a Geek Squad technology service plan. My computer had crashed and they installed a new hard drive. I had over 12 years of files on there that were not backed up. They ran a check to recover my files but were unable to recover them. I was devastated. They said they could send it off to a 3rd party location which would run anywhere from 500-2000 dollars. I put a plea out on Facebook and was pointed in the direction of Chase Gober at Computer Care. You guys saved me. Think about it... 12 years of pictures, tax information, one of a kind documents etc.... Chase made the comment that They actually recovered the files with Relative ease. 100 dollars later o was out the door and never to return to Geek Squad again. I just feel for those customers that have had the same experience with geek squad I had and took them at Their word without seeking another company’s advice. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Chase and computer care and will not only bring all my business there but will go out of my Way To discourage people from using Geek Squad.

ACC has been an absolute blessing for us. They are always willing to help no matter when I need it. I may be the biggest pain for a customer however they provide what we need. After I left it they called me to give me an update and then again to let me know when it was ready. They were very professional and they fixed my iPad very quickly and did a wonderful job.

Im a bookkeeper and January is a very busy time for me. I shut down my computer on a Friday afternoon to update my server. Server updated and turned back on, but my desktop computer did not. I had purchased my Dell T1500 back in 2009, so I had great use of this computer to which I had recently upgraded the memory and installed a bigger hard drive (2 TB). So when my precious workhorse computer did not power on Friday afternoon, I immediately ordered another computer from Dell; however, the wait time was about 3 weeks. I couldnt work off a laptop for 3 weeks during tax season.So I decided to try and figure out what was wrong with my precious computer and googled Dell Repair. The first name that popped up was Computer Care and they were local. I called on Monday morning at 9:01 am and spoke to a gentleman there who told me to come on in with the computer and they would take a look at it. I dropped it off by 10:30 and waited.........Around 3:00 on Monday I called to see what was up and they said my motherboard was toast and not worth replacing. They did suggest an alternative of purchasing another T1500. They said there were a few on Ebay for about $100 and since the Bios was the same I could swap my hard drive, memory and video cards to a different computer with the same Bios. I couldnt find one on Ebay, but I was able to track down a local seller on Amazon north of Dallas who delivered a refurbished T1500 Tuesday morning. I then went back over to Computer Care and they switched out the hard drive, memory and video cards. By 5:00 pm Tuesday, I walked into my home office, plugged in my computer and was giddy as a school girl when my computer booted up without any issues.Im so grateful I took a leap of faith on the unknown and brought my computer to them. I appreciate their candor and the time they took to explain what was going on. Special thanks to Tony for taking oh so much of his time in communicating with me and providing me with a solution to get up and running until I could replace the equipment with new.The fee was EXTREMELY REASONABLE! The personnel was extremely nice and helpful. I will recommend to EVERYONE! Thank you guys. Youre lifesavers! This experience truly exceeded my expectations to which Im extremely grateful!

I had a great experience at Arlington Computer Care (ACC), I brought my non-working custom desktop system in on a Tuesday and had it back home and working great on Saturday (it was ready Friday, but I could not get in).The repair price was very reasonable and though I needed a new graphics card Reed Harding told me that I could order one through their supplier or supply my own. I provided the folks at ACC a new card and they made sure everything was good to go, and off I went.I have found my repair specialists for any computer issue that I may have in the future. Try out Arlington Computer Care, you wont be disappointed!

I asked for restore and old phone (iPhone 6s) he said the price will be $120.00 I laughed hard when I was driving back home. What a JOKE!

I have been using Arlington Computer Care ever since I discovered them in back in 2006. I contacted them because my main work computer containing critical information died suddenly. Foolishly, I had no backup. They were able to get the hard drive spinning and recover my data. What a life saver. Since then I have become a bit of a techie myself and often fix minor computer problems for friends and family, but I still rely on Arlington Computer Care when the chips are down. Their staff is friendly and knowledgeable and ask the right questions. They earned my trust long ago and I can recommend them with confidence.

I want to give you a little insight into this repair shop. I have utilized them since I got my first computer and that was awhile back. The owner, the guys that work there always get my computer working again even when once I had a terrible crash and I was in jeopardy of losing like 50 odd clients in one week. They held my hand and brought my computer back and saved the day. Now, all you (the client) have to do is ask questions before you just drop off your computer and they will answer them honestly. I highly recommend these guys ( I am a commercial photographer/editor) and my business is shooting and editing high end video so I am not just your weekend button pusher. They did not know I was going to post and review since I haven’t had any issues with my computers, so they are not expecting this. Small business owner with great employees is what this country needs and they are it!

These folks have been fixing our business computer issues for at least 5 years. I have recommended them to several friends who have businesses and they all were very satisfied.

I had an SD card with sensitive data on it that had been corrupted, and I could not retrieve the files. Before I visited Computer Care I took it to Best Buy because I was suckered into the Geek Squad Total Tech support plan. After being jerked around twice by Geek Squad (no talent hacks), they told me that it was going to cost me at least $500 to pull the information off.......from a 32gb SD card. $500 dollars. I asked around and was referred to Computer Care. Chance was the tech that worked on my problem. Not only did he save me time, he pulled all the corrupted data off the SD card with no problem. It cost a fraction of what Geek Squad qouted me without ever looking at the problem. I was so happy I wanted to reach across the counter, grab Chance, and give him a HUG. I definitely could have because I was bigger, but I respected his personal space and settled for a hand shake. I highly recommend Computer Care

My laptop crashed and I found Computer Care on the internet and based on the positive reviews I went to them. I dealt with Chase Gober who is the Service Manager. Initially, he thought the Hard Drive had crashed and he would be able to restore it. Upon further examination, the motherboard failed. Now, he could have just fixed that and it would have been a very expensive fix, but he told me it would cost too much to fix and suggested that in the long run it would be much cheaper to buy a new laptop which is what I did. Chase was able to save all my files from the old laptop and transfer them to my new laptop. Chase is courteous and professional and although my laptop crashed--which was not a pleasant experience--I enjoyed dealing with him The overall price he charged was very reasonable. I am glad I went to Computer Care Arlington and if you have a computer issue or problem, I highly recommend them. These folks know what they are doing.Review # 2: I bought a new iPhone 8 to replace my iPhone 6. I tried to transfer my Contacts using my iTunes backup, but I could not get it to work. Since I had over 1,300 Contacts, I kind of cringed at the thought of having to manually transfer the Contacts. I sent Chase Gober an email asking if they could help me out with the transfer and he told me they could do the transfer for me. I took the phones in and initially dealt with Loren Pierce and he was great. They were able to transfer everything to my new iPhone 8. They completed the work very quickly, too.The price they charged was very reasonable--actually I dont think they charged enough for what they did. Ten months ago I found these guys when my laptop crashed. Hence, my first review above, Im telling you, these folks are terrific. They can help you. Give them a try. Another wonderful experience!
