If I could give 0 stars, I would. I never received a follow up phone call as discussed, to finalize the repair estimate cost. I called the next morning, and he still couldn’t give me a quote for the repair and said he’d call back. I went to pick up my device and he still couldn’t give me a price; furthermore the device wasn’t even in store to be picked up. I had to wait another few hours for him to get it back from the tech. Take your electronics elsewhere.

Horrible man not only with computer I am disabled fixed income sold me a car lied in my face said great car broke down next day $500 to repair he plays sweet and iccocent hes far from that gains your trust so he can take your money cursed my husband when he asked to return the car and get our money had the vehicle less than 12hours when it Left?3 on side of the road

My husband brought two of my computers here. Both “needed” a new hard drive, both were replaced. The desktop (hard drive replacement cost $250) worked for one week then wouldn’t power on. They said it needed a new power chip. So we paid $150 for them to replace that. Hasn’t worked again. They claimed the hard drive was bad again - we weren’t going to pay for another one so we picked it up - completely dismantled and missing parts, including the power source and hard drive cage/tray/bracket - whatever you want to call it. Fantastic.My lap top also had a hard drive replacement. When we picked it up they gave us some generic charger with removable adapters for charging. We dropped it off with an OEM HP charger, they claim they don’t know where it is.Really wish I would have just bought a new computer, what a waste of time and money.

Excellent service and customer service! We have used Peter Pham for a few years now, with no complaints. He is very honest, fair and knowledgeable, and so far has been able to fix our every problem. I had a circuit board with an integrated battery (leads directly connected to the board) that no longer functioned. After removing the old battery, the technician replaced the seating for the battery in order for future batteries to be changed without the need of soldering. The work was performed very quickly and it was of the highest quality work that I have seen in a long time (especially for the low price). I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking repairs on their electronic hardware.

Watch YouTube first! These guys wanted $145 for a simple internal keyboard replacement for a laptop, I told them NO, so it was $50 for a diagnostic charge. I watched Youtube and then performed the replacement myself. It was a 5-10 minute job (I went pretty slow) and the part only cost me $15 from Amazon. Considering how EASY the repair was, the CNT Computer price was absurd! They are nice guys, but thats price-gouging.

Took my MacBook Pro here to upgrade the ram. they took half a day to switch out the rams, with was not bad at all. The only gripe I have is that when my laptop was returned, the screws all along the bottom of the laptops were poorly screwed back on. MacBook screws are incredibly small and require special tools to unscrew so I couldnt just fix it myself at home and the screws kept catching on everything for the rest of the time I had the laptop. Overall though, the pricing wasnt too bad, about $45 to install the ram.

The owner is so friendly and helpful. My cell phone screen wasnt working and they disconnected and reconnected my battery to fix it. $10 for something that I had already spent hours trolling the internet to fix and didnt have the right tools for. Come here first!

Disgusting computer repair shop. They do not communicate well. They diagnose your computer and fix without your consent to proceed up to there. Then let you know the EXPENSIVE PRICE AT THE END.

They have the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered.I recently went into their store to have a laptop fixed. They told me I had a virus and sold me $50 worth of anti-viral software. I left my computer with them to have them wipe it.2 days later, they call and say they cant wipe the computer. They wouldnt refund my money for the virus software!I later found out that they buy all of their parts on ebay used and put them back into peoples computers as if they were new.This place is a scam!!!! Beware!!!!
