I have had several small and one larger problem with my computer and have requested assistance from Revelation Techs technicians. Every time I have done that I have had great and friendly service. Feeling somewhat embarrassed for one of my problems, I was told by Christina that there is no such thing as a dumb questions when it comes to computers. She put me at ease immediately. At another time, I dropped off my laptop with Gina thinking that it might take a week or so for it to be cleaned up and checked out. The very next day it was ready and was in perfect condition. I love the people and the service of Revelation Techs and will continue to use them for all my computer problems and dumb questions.
