Good for a quick wash. I think some of their equipment failed and has been removed (roller that goes over the top of the car to scrub) so my car doesn’t come as clean as it once did.Other than that it is fine

I used this carwash b/c I didn’t feel like driving to my normal one 10 minutes away. I should’ve drove. While they advertise $4 washes, they don’t offer them. The lowest wash you can get is $5. I got the $8 wheel deal package and when it was done, the entire track of my SUV looked like it had barely been touched. Rain tracks were still quite visible and it just looked messy. Adding pictures to show quality.

I bought a monthly pass last month thinking it was still Jerrys (still listed online that way). As I came out of the car wash I realized there was no one to dry my car or do the tires like I thought was in the package. The manager informed me they were Britezone and they did not offer those services. I should have asked for a refund, but decided to go ahead and complete the month. When the vacuums worked they werent very powerful and the hoses arent long enough to reach the trunk of my mid sized sedan. To my surprise they charged my credit card for a new month without ever informing me or my consent to an automatic renewal. I went by and the manager (heavily tattooed guy like others have posted about) suspended any further charges but refused to give a refund. He even stating they dont give refunds. I asked multiple times for a refund and he refused and told me to come back tomorrow and talk to his boss. I was actually considering them for our fleet of 6 vehicles but will never give them any repeat business. Ill be disputing the charges with my credit card company. Stay away!

I have been a customer of this place since it opened its doors under the name of Jerrys Express Car Wash. I was under the impression it was still under the same name as of yesterday - because it is still listed as Jerrys online. The hours for Jerrys said that it opens at 7am and closes at 8pm. I arrived yesterday around 7:30pm only to discover that it was closed. A small in stature tattooed man with a Britezone shirt came over to me and said that the place was closed. I asked him why the hours on the gate say Mon-Fri 7am to 8pm? He replied: the place is now Britezone. See the sign? (as he pointed to the building) I asked why the sign on the gate states the hours of 7am to 8pm? He said if you dont like it - cancel your monthly membership and go some place else. I had told him previously that I have a monthly membership and tried using it earlier that morning at 7:30am (place was closed ) and again at 7:30pm (place was closed again - though the hours on the gate state differently.) I asked to speak to the manager - and he stated I AM the manager! Again - if you dont like our hours - go somewhere else.I am cancelling my membership today. I will NEVER return to this place again. New facility opening soon at Matlock & Harris in Arlington. Adios Britezone!

I love that they use soapy products that get your car clean

Many different price points to choose from whether you want the works or just an inexpensive wash to make your car look decent again. Plenty of vacuums available and typically not too long of a wait.

Good value but dont expect your car to be totally cleaned. I keep trying car washes that have the monthly plans available looking for a new place because the place I was using started to really go downhill. I will stop in here again for a wash but Ill keep looking for the one I feel comfortable paying a monthly fee for unlimited washes.

I went through twice and my car was still not fully cleaned. By any car wash standards these are low. Will not be using again.

I usually use a manual car wash costing me at least 6 dollars and I usually get wet. The wheels and sides of our van dont usually get very clean. But this car wash is very Modern and automated. You pay at a machine like an ATM from your car. We chose the $10 option but there are less expensive and more costly options. Attendants tape your rear wiper blade and instruct you and guide you in position. Is like a storm of whirling and rolling material devices that clean virtually every inch of your vehicle. Days later, the waxing is still evident. We will use this from now on! Free vacuum machines are available on site.

Had my bumper ripped off here while going through the car wash and filed a complaint when it happened (10/16), they said they would call in 3 days after reviewing footage. It has been over a week now and they still haven’t bothered to call.

Always been a good place for a quick wash. In and out, even when its busy. Cheaper than car washes like it.

The $16 wash at $10 was a good deal. But now the special is over and its not worth the money for the best wash with the quality it does. Wheels are never really as clean as they should be. All in all its a good place for a quick wash.

Love this place. I am part of the wash club and basically 20 bucks a month I can get a car wash everyday if need be. Vacuums are free with wash and always work as opposed to some other washes I have been to. Does exactly what you need to keep your car looming clean!

I like to go this wash, location is great. Only thing is brush to wipe off car looks too rough. Great customer service

Got the Platinum plus wash, cool colors inside and it really did a great job washing my vehicle. Also, did a great job on my tires.

The attendant was very nice and knowledgeable he told me that there was a special going on for the platinum for $10 which includes everything that you need to wash your car overall a very good car wash for $10 I will definitely be coming back great customer service

I found this spot awesome. Some of the guys know my car, and if they see it didnt get clean they will have me go thru again. They also let me get water so Ican use my chamy to dry the hard to get spots the fans dont get. With covid going on you finally have room to properly vac your car its its awesome. But its a great place to clean your car. Go there.

When this place first opened up years ago it was called another name. They had $3 Jerrys car wash. Now it is called britezone. So now they charge $4 a car wash. The free vacuums are a joke. They have barely any force to suck up anything at all. You charge more now so how about fixing them!

I’m a 20+ year resident of Arlington.. I used Britezone Carwash on Cooper regularly...This is what they did to my car... I won’t be using this car wash again they didn’t try to fix the situation at all only ducked the responsibility.....”your car is more than 7 years old so we won’t fix it for you” is what I was told.....Cool No Problem is what I told the “manager” you just lost a customer and whom ever I’m connnected to..... I’m a loyal customer to the businesses I frequent but I am 1000% driven when it comes to businesses who short me or disrespect me. The back silver peice was ripped off my car, it was on when I went in and off when I pulled out of the carwash. The kid went in and found the piece and brought it out to me. I have pictures if anyone would like to see them.

This place sucks. Car was still dirty after the wash and then I go to use the vacuums and there is next to no suction. I’ve been coming to this place for a decade, when it was Jerry’s it was great, Britezone took it over and now it’s garbage. Also the kids leading you into the wash have garbage attitudes and expect you to nearly rear end the car ahead of you. Definitely not coming back.

Great car wash for the money. Here on this Sunday 5/27. The guy with the glasses that spray the windshield barely got the driver side. It would be nice if the whole windshield is sprayed.Also the wait/go light at the end should also be working.

Jerrys charged less and the vacuums actually worked. I wont ever come back until the vacuums are fixed.

Love this place. Great staff and new equipment. The only issue i ever have is the tire dressing slinging all over my truck as I go down the road. They need to turn it down so it doesnt apply so much. Otherwise, I have washed my new truck here almost everyday since I bought it in September, and I have almost no swirl marks from the car wash. Im sure Im due for an actual wax anyway. If they turned down the tire dressing, Id have no complaints. They still deserve 5 stars

Best carwash in arlington hands down. I frequent this place on a weekly basis. Upgrades are actually worth it. Been to numerous places where I chose an upgrade and feel like I got the basic package so I end up feeling ripped off.Today when I visited, i somehow locked myself out of my car while cleaning my door panels....felt like a complete idiot lol. Went in the building and explained my dilemma with the manager named Dre and he took time out of his busy day to help me get into the car with a coat hanger mechanism. Saved me a hefty bill from a locksmith and a lot of time. That is what I call excellent service!!!! Thanks again Dre!!!

Paid $30 for a wash and detail. They never detailed the rims but put tire shine on. Took 3 detailing towels to wipe the rims clean. Dash was still dirty, and all the windows had streaks. Terrible service for a $30 price tag
