Went and pulled up to the car wash and was completely ignored. The female manager was very rude. I called inside because the lady and guy went inside and hurried and pulled the car wash garage door down without saying we’re closed. They all just looked at me sitting there without acknowledging me or bothering to say they were closing. Very unprofessional. The last time I came I had to wait until the opened even though it was thirty minutes after opening time due to them running behind. I kindly waited for over thirty minutes. It’s even been times where I’ve paid for a full detail but they have taken so long, that I have been cooperative and helped them out by coming back and getting the outside done at a later time. Don’t expect the same niceness you give them in return. I usually bring both my cars here, but after how rude and nonchalant the young lady was today, I’m not sure if I would return.

They need more attention to detail on cleaning vehicles. When you pay extra to ensure things are cleaned. Scale of 1-10, I give them a 6.

The people are so nice. They do a good job in the heat too. Ill be back.

Today was my second time using this car wash. I have no issue with the cleanliness of the exterior of my car, but they streaked the hell out of my windows! It looks like all they did was a quick vacuum and wiped down my windows. I was able to photograph some of the streaks. My center console was obviously cleaned, but my dashboard, all compartments, and radio were still dusty/dirty. They were not busy, I dont know why my car was not cleaned better. I should have inspected my car before leaving the lot!

Must be new management. My sister has been coming here for years and was told that she could not use her Elite discount membership card. The man said that it was expired and they havent taken it in over a year. She was just here 2 weeks ago and it was accepted. The man went on to tell her that it was probably a gentleman that had been let go because he was doing things he wasnt supposed to. She went ahead and paid. When we went inside, their was an advertisement for the discount membership and asked why couldnt she use hers. The young lady spoke to a manager outside and came back in and told her she would need to use it next time and they couldnt credit her today. No longer about customer service and making mistakes right.Just lost a faithful customer.

This business that so proudly displays the “fish” on their uniform has a serious integrity issue. I am fine with the integrity issue, just do not go there. But, disrespecting the “fish” and those that follow it is not acceptable.

New management? New employees? Whatever the case may be, customer service is not a priority, but get in and out as quick as possible.When I checked to make sure my car was completed satisfactorily, I noticed a few things not done. When I asked the guy if inside doors were included, he said yes, it’s their job, pointing to the vacuuming station. When I asked him to do it, I was told my car had been checked by the new supervisor and it was done.Won’t be back.

I have taken my vehicle here for years for oil changes, car washes and state inspections. I have never had a problem with their services till my most recent visit. I was charged well over a $1,000. I was never made aware of how much this work was going to cost me, I was told about a few items and I agreed on getting them done, as I have done in the past. When I asked about why it cost me so much I was told that I agreed to all of these services when I did not. They did things to my car that I never even heard of. On top of all that, they didnt even have the audacity to give me a car wash. I will not be coming back and I will be telling everyone about the poor experience I have received. Management is shady. DO NOT GO HERE.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon and had about 4 cars ahead of us. It took 2 hours. 30 minutes white the car waited to go through the wash, thats fine. Then the truck sat for 45 minutes before it was touched again. The cashier tried to blame it on training new employees but when I asked the manager if this was typical he tried to tell me we came when they were busy. I wouldnt call 5 cars for a staff of 8 staff busy. I wont be returning. The kicker? Our car wasnt even that clean. We didnt want to wait any longer so we just left.

Today 04/10/2021 I stopped to get my car detailed inside and out and it was the worse thing I did. They changed my radio and changed on my panel where it shows your speed. I also had to remind them to do my tires, then the young lady commented it was $5.95 extra, which I had to show her my receipt where I had already paid for that service. They were not in my car for their enjoyment, entertainment, and not to change and of my settings. Im really upset with the services received and will not be returning.

The main manager that works up front is fantastic! He treats everyone with respect and I know Im in good hands if he personally takes care of my truck.That being said the other employees that clean the vehicle need to be ALOT more detailed and professional. I watched one of the woman literally jumping on my running boards like she owned it. The same woman lazily walked around my truck wiping already clean and dry areas. I needed the windows thoroughly cleaned and when they called that it was ready, the windows had streaks EVERYWHERE. I had to have the windows re cleaned on the outside. Also employees should NEVER put the spray bottles on the paint as they clean. Thats how you get scratches and spider webbing in the clear coat.

Absolutely unprofessional. Try to sell you services in the lub center that you don’t want insist you sign several documents saying they hv told you abt the unwanted svcs. I hv used this car wash and lube car for over 20 yrs but I will not go there in the future.

I paid $16 to have my car scratched all over the trunk and side of the rear drivers quarter panel. The owner and manager denied that it couldve been caused by their machines. I cant express enough how disappointed I am right now.

Been going here for a few years now wasnt sure if I could still go after lifting my truck 6 inches. Well I went today and had no problems, they always do a good job, they hand dry your vehicle which is the best part of their service.

Passenger side of inside was sprayed down but not wiped down, cleaned tires but didnt wipe wheels, and took over 35 minutes with 4 people working on it (2 @ each station). I did spend the $28 on the works package but didnt realize that meant I had to spend 25 minutes more on once they were done. Dont understand how its that hard to clean a little Rogue Sport. And vaccuum job on passenger side was horrible had to go by a self wash place and finish it up.

DO NOT take your car to Elite for service. They will rip you off. I took my car there to get an oil change. I was lied to multiple times, told I needed a lot of service for my car and was charged $48 IN LABOR FOR THE OIL CHANGE.Lie #1 I was told one of my windshield wipers was torn. The wipers are 2 months old and the dealership put them on. When I told her that, she suggested that I go back to the dealership. I checked the wiper when I got home and there is no tear in the wiper.Lie #2 I was told that my oil was black and very thick. My husband (who works at a dealership) looked at my oil last week and said it looked ok. It was not black and very thick.Lie #3 I was told that my oil change was way overdue based on my last oil change. They had no knowledge of when my last oil change was and it was not 3,000 miles overdue (like she told me), it was 700 miles overdue.Hopefully my bad experience will keep someone else from getting ripped off.

Brought my truck here since its 3 minutes close by my house thinking i was going in for a good deal, $30 for just a plain wash. When Ive been to Oak cliff paid $24 for a wash and interior clean, windows included and car rim.Wont be coming back here.

I got the full service clean but my interior was left barely vacuumed at all. I recommend not getting a full service but only the car wash. The outside did look clean.

I went in for oil change check fluids and car wash, when got ready to pay instead of bill for 124.00 h as d a 900.00 bill for services not requested and not approved. They ask if I wanted the rear differential checked I said u can check. Did not say do anything they never gave me an estimate or anything just di I dont know what and presented me w a 900.00 bill. I told them I was not going to pay for charges I did not approve and my debit card was charged anyway. My wife called and was told I requested work and signed an estimate then when ask for a copy was told I never signed one. When told bank was filing a dispute the technician said he would sue the bank. I am appalled that they think they can take advantage of people like this then tell them they have to pay .

Well the guy manager is very courteous and polite but the female manager is rude and mean and very unprofessional. The rest of the staff is excellent as well. I see new faces and they are nice as well.

Went here for the first time yesterday for full service. They were not busy. There were 3 men outside of my car - supposedly detailing it. What a shitty job. It looked clean, but when I opened my trunk I saw that they didnt bother opening the trunk and cleaning the dirt around the rim. Still had dirt and leaves in the area under my windshield wipers. I left a good tip. I will use them one more time and check the car more thoroughly before I leave. I was not impressed. I was wondering why it didnt take them too long to clean my car.

The super clean wash used to cost $49.99, but today it was over $70. They do a good job, but this is way too expensive.

Its a good place for a reasonably priced wash. Attention to detail could easily get it the extra fifth star, though. My car always looks good at a glance and even as you approach it but, theres always excessive, greasy cleaners left on all the surfaces that I have to wipe off, always missed spots on the windows that werent cleaned (center of dash on windshield, under the spoiler on the back glass of my hatchback), tailpipes are never cleaned of carbon and never clean painted areas under the deck lid, under gas door, painted calipers untouched, etc. The day I dont have to finish these spots in my driveway is the day the fifth star gets tacked on. Otherwise, I love the place, they do the heavy lifting and I finish the deets. Always polite staff.

For the past two years Ive brought my personal car Elite. I am pleased by their work. The price is good and any time Ive had an issue they take care of it for me. I will say that they could work harder at making it more efficient. I have to dedicate almost 45 minutes for a wash that should only take about 15-20. But for the price and quality, I cant really complain.

I have used Elite for about a year and a half. They have always given 5 star washes, so I decided to try out their service department. I have been very pleased with the promptness off their repairs. I had a problem with an air conditioner repair and took it back. They repaired it promptly.

Took a car in for the works today and when I was supposed to have a clean car and tire shine I had nothing. I left the car wash got home and car was dirty and the guy only tore shined one tire and why one tire I have no idea but that’s the generation now a days. No work ethic no pride and no care for anyone.

My wife took her car in the other day and after they finished with her car she noticed it had not been vacuum. She asked to use the vacuum herself to finish the job that should have already been done. The manager told her she could not, open her back door and said it looked fine to him. He then told my wife not to get an attitude with him and slammed the door. She left a will not be back EVER.

I would rather give a 3.5. Service was good,car was clean inside and out but they took my floor mats out and broke the turn knobs that keeps them fastened down. I constantly have to move them back into place and because of the movement the carpet gets dirty now.

I worked here for a bit. The employees are overworked for the amount of money an hour. It’s $8.00/hour and ANY tips goes to the company and supposedly “divided” equally between everyone. However, after doing further research and discussing with other people that I worked with, we did the math and we were NOT receiving any percentage of the tips.They expect you to work in the hot sun for hours upon hours and make the bare minimum money you can possibly get for that type of stressful, warning out work.You would think they would treat their employees right and at least give them decent pay for what the have to do, and sometimes you don’t even get a break.The other part about this job I didn’t like was there’s no schedules. They don’t make set schedules, only for the assistant managers or managers but only because there’s so many people that come and go because nobody wants to work there due to 1.) the pay, 2.) no schedules and 3.) being overworkedI would only recommend this job for MAYBE someone looking for a part time job in high school, otherwise it’s not worth it in my opinion and I would stay away.Anyway, good place to get your car cleaned but if you’re going to tip ONLY hand it to the person cleaning your car, don’t put it in the tip jars outside because there’s some sketchy business going on.My recommendation is to be aware of the employees there, and recognize they aren’t being treated right in any aspect. Proceed with caution if you’re looking for employment, you’ve been warned.

I used this car wash for over a year to wash my company truck and 2 personal cars. They always did a fair to good job. Mainly used them because they did it for a fair price and it was close to my house so it was convenient to drop it off. They have been closed for 2 weeks or more for a remodel I was told. Took my work truck up there today and they told me it was going to be almost three times what they have been charging me for over a year. Will not go back. I took my work truck and my two personal cars there once a week but no more. If anyone knows of a good car wash at a fair price please let me know. Thank you.

Dont waste your money! Ive been twice after buying the $40 package and the quality of clean is terrible. On top of that, I specifically expressed what I needed before purchase (vacuum, dash, doors, and middle console wiped down, with interior windows being less important) and the sales person recommended the $40 package. Now that they have my money, they tell me that what I want, is not included. The first time I complained about the quality of clean, they re-cleaned it but it was still dirty (I have pictures). The second time I said, dont bother with the windows, just focus on doors, console, and dash. They said no, you need to buy a detail service. I have a BRAND NEW car, its not dirty (just dusty). I asked for a prorated refund, they said no. I said cancel the recurring charge, they said no, I have to cancel at the end of the month. They said if they cancel it now, I wouldt be eligible to return, even though they have my $40. They appeared to have great customer service, dont let them fool you! Bait and switch.

Ive gone to Elite for years on and off, and it has gone through cycles of being very good and very bad. I thought Id try it again since it only had a couple of cars there. A new outside does not make a good car wash-- personnel is needed also.I was greeted nicely by a young man-- Told him I needed the car washed and then asked what packages he had. He said he didnt know that it was only his second day, but the manager would be over to help me. Three cars were waiting in line for the car wash and not moving through the wash. I waited for five minutes, no one came to even take my order. I finally turned around and left. (Never did see what, if any, improvements were made on the inside)

Elite has the nicest people and some of the hardest workers. The cleaners and mechanics at the Lube Center really care about helping people! Will continue to take my vehicle there for service!

They are pretty quick and have some great cleaning options and scents. They have a nice beverage station while you wait and bedding machines. A lobby inside and seating outside as well.

Always left with a sparkling clean vehicle inside and out! I was pleased.

Tried this place out and all seemed well until I got home and discovered that the big scrubbers had broken my plate holder and nearly torn my rear plate off. Which wouldnt be terrible except they have a hand dry at the end and the attendant said nothing. Not cool. I wont be back.

Been there three times. First two times bent my radio antenna even after I reminded them to take it off. Last time ripped a center cap off my wheel. After chasing them for 3 days, I was informed owner needed to check security cams to insure it was secured to wheel prior to entering wash. I called the next day since no one once again bothered to call me back. I was informed they found my center cap. The owner handed the cap over to me which subsequently had all but two clips broken off and would not secure to my wheel. Mr. Kevin Morris denied any responsibility and offered up the most ridiculous excuse as why he is not to be held accountable for this damage. If you want your nice ride damaged? Take it to Elite. Its inevitable, right Mr. Morris? Not even deserving of the 2. something average review.

I just went to this place and paid $50 to get my car detailed. The detail wasnt a bad, but guy doing the final detail on my car was very unprofessional and overstepped his boundaries with the comments he made to me. He made personal comments about the contents of me vehicle, which was none of his business let alone to start harassing me about it as I walked over to get my car. Please not the the contents were nothing offensive or illegal. This guy even held my car door open for a few more seconds when I tried to close it to continue his harassment because he thought what he was saying was amusing, but it was not amusing to me at all. His job is to wash cars not harass paying customers.I immediately called their office when I got back to my office to complain about this guys actions. They manager said they would talk to the employee about it. I told him I wanted to speak to the owner and they just told me to call back later without any further details. They didnt offer resolution that would have any value, so I will never use this place again and I want my money back. I would fire any of my employees for overstepping boundaries like this. Just wash the car dude! I didnt come here to talk to you.

Great Service

My car was covered in tree sap that had been baked onto the windows by the Texas heat. Nothing would get them clean. I called ahead of time and told Chris about my situation and told him that two other car washes failed to get the windows clear. He said to bring it in and they would take care of it and they did. He got a few of his guys to work on scraping the cooked sap off of my windows and they look brand new again. He also did it in a timely manner which was really important to me.Thank you Chris, Kaela, and the rest of the employess! I am definitely making this my regular go-to place.

$16 for just an exterior wash and wax on tires first off is just ridiculous! I went ahead and paid for it and made sure I got the free hand dry that they offer. My car was still dirty, tires looked like crap, AND they hardly dried off my car. Ive gone there twice now so theyve had chances to win me over. Nope!! Ill never go back again!!!!

Great wash spot with a quick in and out time plus the ability to get your basic services handled next door (oil change, tire rotation etc.) and they offer everything from light washes all the way to full detail and hand waxes!

NEVER NEVER NEVER Get you car washed at this place. They are nothing but Bait and Switch when it comes to their advertised car wash price of $5.They have a person holding a sign $5 Exterior Wash. I drive in and I am confronted with a guy who is just relentless and keeps trying to get me to upgrade. I keep repeating that I just want the $5 wash. Then he decides to tell me that my windshield wont get cleaned because I have bugs. So I said, I didnt realize you were selling Exterior Car Washes that dont actually clean the exterior. I didnt see on the sign that your car will only be partially washed for $5. He then told me to just leave and called me a Cheap Bastard. I said really? Im cheap because I want a $5 exterior car wash that actually cleans the outside of the vehicle? First of all, I cannot imagine treating a customer like that by calling me names because I refused to upgrade. What he doesnt realize is that Ive been coming there for years and I just wanted the exterior cleaned. When I want a full service, Ill get it. But not anymore. This self claimed Manager on Duty (as I asked for the owner because of how he treated me) just lost the business of a local customer and his wife and friends. I would recommend you go around the corner on Cooper St. to the Busy Bee car wash. Theyll brush your windshield and front grill and back and side windows for their cheapest wash. No nasty upselling or Bait and Switch!

Redemption...I will be a customer forever...I have gone to Elite a few time for an oil change because it is close to home, waits are generally short, and they do a quick in and out exterior wash with a full service oil change. One day I needed to go somewhere special and my car was filthy, so I dipped in there and paid around 30.00 to get it clean. When they were done I paid, jumped in, and headed off to my event. As I was driving I noticed that there were still wrappers in the door and dust on the dash and gauges. When I arrived and looked at the exterior it was not awful, but it was not good either. I did not call to complain, but when it was time for my next oil change I went to Midas. Midas was not close, and they took forever. They also tried to hard sell me tires which became irritating.Today, I was running errands in the area, I was about 2 months overdue for an oil change so seeing that it would not be a long wait I swung in.When the manager Chris, asked if I wanted full service with a wash, I mentioned what happened the last time. He stepped up to the plate! He apologized, upgraded my wash from the included quickie, to something a little better. When it was clean, it went to the oil change. When the oil change was done and I was paying, Chris came to the counter and said that he had inspected my car and he was not 100% pleased with how it looked so he sent it back again.The courtesy upgrade was appreciated, and while I figured it would be good, I was not expecting detail perfection, after all, the botched carwash I had paid for was really just a car wash, and I would not expect this to be anything more.Well, I left today with my car glittering, windows perfect, interior spotless...it was awesome.The guy handed me my keys and said We hope to see you back again.As I was driving out of the parking lot Chris gave me a shout and a wave goodbye. They WILL see me again....and again. No business gets it right every time, but a good business will make it right, and this one did. Thanks Chris!

I had such a terrible experience today at Elite Car Wash on Park Row today. My side view mirror got knocked off in the car wash. A man who identified himself as the owner, was very rude, said they are not liable for damages to cars and said it was my fault. I disagreed and asked for the companys insurance information so the insurance company could make a decision on the liability issue, which Im sure is the usual process. He refused to provide any info. Then I asked him for his name and contact information, which he also refused to provide. He said I probably damaged my car on purpose before coming to the car wash so I could scam him which makes NO sense. Since he refused to provide any information, I took a picture of him so I could positively identify him later if I needed to. He said its illegal to take pictures in a business threatened to call the police, picked up the phone, put it right back down, started yelling at me then came at me and grabbed me and my phone. My five-year-old was terrified and ran out the door screaming and crying. I pushed the man off me and left. Just horrible! I hope everyone avoids this place.

Car was clean however cleaned out too much!Ring missing from door & they threw away my order of ribs, rolls, okra, pot.salad, & cobbler from Spring Creek which was in a paper bag w/paper handles sitting n the seat. Noticed my ring was gone before leaving parking lot. Im very unhappy w/the outcome & their lack of concern and commitment. Never even got a call back as promised.

After taking my car here numerous times, since I purchased it in February...I will NEVER RETURN! I went out to my car, moved the passenger seat back and found the cover of my fuse box on the floor. I asked the man leaving my vehicle where did this come from? He said I blew out under the seats and it came out and walked off. I then asked to talk to the manager. I told him my seats have been blown out before and that was never there. He then tried to help figure out where it went, stating it wasnt their fault, it must have been already there. I said no, Ive dug for stuff under my seats before and it wasnt there previously. When I asked him to step away from my car, and I will take it to the dealetship and pay for something i didnt break. I have to go. He then got in my face and said Im trying to help you, dont throw attitude with me! You f**king dumba** lady. Im waiting on a call from the owner to discuss this. But being attacked with names is highly unprofessional. So glad I spent $50 to be treated like dirt. They dont deserve the 1 star...they deserve 0. And 6 hrs later Im still waiting to hear back from the owner. I doubt I will looking at other reviews

People that work here dont even care if you car is still dirty after washing it. After vigorously complaining manager Chris Phillips rewashed car and they still didnt clean the inside of the windshield completely. Obvious dirt not even cleaned. Very bad experience !! Make sure your car is very clean before taking it here as they dont do even an ok job washing your car! Buyer beware!!!☹😔🤢
