I paid $25 because I had returned from a trip to Oklahoma and my windshield was very dirty. No one used the brush on my windshield and there was a bucket for this purpose. My undercarriage was not cleaned and I had to go through the wash twice. I have received better service at a drive through car wash for $12. I will not be returning to this car wash!😫

Wow, What a great guy ~ DC The manager, came to say hi, at the drive - up and I was telling him my last wash, was a little under the usual cleaning, and he said, dont worry about it, I got this wash and he gave me a free wash, a much better experience / from last time ! That made all the difference in the world, in customer service ! Thank you, I appreciate it, big time ! I will always be back, just because he made it RIGHT ✅

Low prices and excellent location. The big downside to this car wash is that the vacuums are often broken.

We love zips! My kids think it’s a ride, and I get my car cleaned up at the same time. We got the monthly subscription and my kids make me go through it regularly. DC is the sweetest and most helpful employee as well!!

This is the worst car wash I have ever been to! One side of my truck was fairly clean but the other side and back was still dirty. Only about 3 of the vacuums worked. I had to drive to more than 3 to find one that worked. Others didn’t even have nozzles. This car wash cost $10 to top it all off. Very disappointed!!

I was vacuuming my van. Two attendants were servicing the vacuum cleaners. They emptied the tube I was using to free it from coins and junk that was making it not as efficient. They made sure it worked as best as it could for me. They even let me keep the change that fell out of the tube. Lol. Sweet. DC said if I had any questions he would be happy to help. I asked a few to which he explained well what could be done and how and if not he explained why. I had a very good experience vacuuming my vehicle there! Oh, and there are trash cans to be able to throw away any trash. And a vacuum on each side allows one to vacuum each side of the vehicle with ease!

The gentleman does a great job before going through the wash by doing extra washing of the front & back of vehicle. I drive my car through parks a lot and He gets all the bug juice off my car. Thanks Bunches

This is a horrible car wash.I was coaxed into buying a monthly pass but I need a refund. I have used it about five times. And there is no Suds Show. Every time my car gets half washed, no wax or tire dressing. Only one half of the equipment appears to work. This place is a HOT MESS!

Most of us quit this job because of how poorly the place is ran. Nothing ever gets fixed, and we are always to blame, the current manager just shruggs everything off and leaves us to deal with it. We have all put in so much effort to this job and we are rewarded we are not doing good enough. In my personal experience with this location, I have had at least 4 customers come in to talk to the manager about a wreck or other incidents that he told them he would take care of. He didnt, and when I go to inform him someone is needing to speak with you he tells me to tell them he isnt there, and to call back.

None of the card readers worked. My receipt didnt print out. The worker that cane out to sorry my car seemed annoyed to have a customer. The first vacuum I tried was missing the end piece, just an open hose. The next one had no suction. The third barely had suction, at that point I gave up. Place has potential but needs some work

Supervision is lacking. I asked a gentleman working at the entrance of the wash bay if he would use the brush on the rear of my vehicle because the brushes fail to clean the rear of the vehicle. He responded, I got you. He did one downward stroke down the rear over the license plate and went back to sitting where he was prior to my arrival. I concur with many others the vacuum stations are missing or have weak suction.I have a membership and feel this location is below par for the monthly fee I pay. No need to refer me to open a ticket because I did when the situation occurred.A good supervisor would lead his team and correct the deficiencies that are reoccurring which seems to be echoed by many.

Don’t ever go to this car wash none of the vacuumed worked and the 14 dollars they charged me I had to go get it washed again no service for anything but paying awful I’ll never go back

I hardly do reviews, but I feel like yall should BE WARNED!! If I could give a negative review i would!Took my car threw the wash 2x in a row and still my mirrors and bumper were dirty!The vacuums dont work very well. My husband had to fix the hose bc it was full of cracks.On top of the poor quality nobody told me I was paying for a reaccuring fee. I was told were having a special only $15 to have unlimited washes for a whole month so i paid it. The next month my card was charged $35! I tried to cancel on the phone and its impossible! So I tried to cancel on their site and it takes up to 3 days just for them to reply!

Now I keep my car clean, no hassle! Way to go!

They use to be okay, now the place is barely sufficient. I pay for a subscription and its disappointing that so many of the vacuum hoses dont work and that pays of the wash arent working or are not being applied to your vehicle. I may have to move my subscription down the street which is a slight detour on my morning route but theres a Starbucks next door.

This used to be a great car wash. But now no bug removal even when you pay for it. All cleaning solutions are watered down. Your car doesnt get clean and no rainx so you get water spots if you dont dry. Do not pay extra for anything cause you will only get your car rinsed off.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBER SHIP. these guys are scammers and they tell you that your member ship fee is $19.95 / month to use the wash unlimited and they charge you $34.95 after you signed up. Once you call their number. There is no one there to assist you and you literally have to go to the wash to take care of your issue if there is anyone available. i had to go and dispute the charge with my CC company. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS.

I have been to most self serve car washes in the south Arlington area and this has BY FAR the worst suction on the vacuums of any. Half of them are not working most of the time. If they would fix this, it would be a decent place.

Worse car wash ever. Don not give them your money. Vacuns did not work and it did not spit out soap like it should plus the air dry was wack.If I could give it a 0 as rating I would. Plues super dirty!!!

This place was better when it was only $3 for the basic wash. Vacuums have no suction and thats only if you can find one that is working at all. Vehicle is never clean especially in the rear. I believe its because half of the brushes dont work and when I do pay the $20 for the works, most of the soaps and waxes and other sprays do not spray. Always leave with multiple new scratches on my vehicle. I expect some scratches cause its an automated wash, but its excessive now. Worst for me, their wash damaged my bumper. I filled out an incident report, received a call from Jesus, but when I call back, nobody answers the phone. So, I go up there and Jesus is not there. Its his day off, I get it, no problem. But how am I supposed to get my vehicle fixed if nobody is ever there to answer the phone. Forget having local management fix their issues. The corporation needs to get themselves out here and fix the issues with this place. And please, for the love of God, someone from corporate call me so I can get my vehicle fixed!

Hardly none of the vacuums worked and I got tire shine and scrub and it didnt even touch my tires plus the employees was at the machine but no one was at the wash I had to drive up the ramp by myself and they came out running after Im half wat in there trying to wipes off my back window!! No a good experience this time highly upset I had to move my car 2 twice to find a vacuum that worked.

This used to be a $3 car wash. I was fine with the price increase (now $7 for the cheapest) but getting through the line was a joke. There was a sign up about needing the correct amount. My guess is that this was the cause of our delay. The lane next to us cycled through at least 5 cars for every 1 in our lane. Unfortunately, once you are in line- you are stuck there because there is no where to go. We ended up going for the $12 wash (you can go as high as $20, and there are monthly options available). The wash itself was adequate, but the guy leading us into the wash has no clue how to use hand signals. We spent a good minute trying to figure out what he was doing and finally just guessed he was waving us forward. $12 beats washing the car ourselves...but we probably will not return to this particular car wash. It took way too long for us to make it into the actual car wash. In this instance, we could have washed our car in the same amount of time.

Friendly service but a bit expensive. Got the best car wash for $20 plus $4 detail kit. Detail kit comes with micro-fiber towel, glass wipes, and dashboard wipes. Mine were rather dry.1 Free vacuums.

Really appreciate how they have stepped up their service. Now they spray your car with a pre-wash and a brush to get that extra grime on the front and back of your vehicle. So glad I have a membership! Yes on the unlimited washes!!

Not worth the time or money. I paid extra for the wheels to be done. I rolled down my window and asked the employee if the wheels would be clean. He said yes. The wheels look terrible and Ill have to clean them myself now. This place is a piece of junk.

Overpriced for what you get. Previous ownership/branding gave the same if not better results for 1/2 the price. Back of our suv is always dirty after going through the wash but the rest of the car looks good. Convenience comes with a cost.

Ive been going to this car wash since it was built. Prices are great, car wash is great (depending on what level of wash), and the workers are very helpful. I gave 3 stars because of the vacuums. Most dont work and theyre the original ones since it first opened. They NEED to put up new ones. I go to a different carwash now until they replace the vacuums.

My only dislike is when Im at the machine making the transaction then a random employee pops up & just takes over the process for me -sure it maybe helpful to some but my PTSD doesnt like it -that really makes me feel uncomfortable. Employee should 1st ask question Would you like some assistance? allow me to make a decision regarding if I need assistance with my transaction then I wont think or feel like Im about to be robbed and afraid because I dont have exit to get away.

Great car wash, but the vacuums have extremely low suction at this location compared to the other zips locations! I have the membership, but I won’t come to this location because the vacuums are always working at a low capacity.

I had a horrible experience at this car wash. I paid for “bug wash” and the guy barely squirted anything on only one side of my windshield and not even on the horrible bug spot that I bought the bug wash for. Then, as you can see, the back of my car is absolutely untouched by the car wash. I have spots all over my windows. I did not even pay for the cheapest wash. I paid about $15.00. This is unacceptable and I won’t be returning.

We asked the attendant about under carriage wash and were told thany any wash abve the basic would include this. After we came out I checked umder my vehicle and noticed that it was mostly dry. I called later and asked the manager only to find out that under carriage wah is NOT available. If I had known this up front, I would have gone somewhere else because that was my main purpose for the current car wash.

With about 5 to 6 employees standing at the entrance to the carwash. Not one took the soapy brush or pre-rinse to the front or rear of the vehicle. So $12 was spent and I still have a lot of dirt on the outside of my car.

Car wash seemed to work just OK...until the rinse. We got the $13 Best wash. Id hate to see the basic wash.The automated carwash did NOT rinse off the soap, a lot of the soap was still in concentrated liquid form and not even bubbles. The rinse section had missing nozzles where water was wasted and just streaming out onto the ground instead of blasting the car at high pressure. I told an employee about it when we were vacuuming, and was handed a towel to wipe off the vehicle. Tried to tell the employee that wont fix the issue and she just shrugged and walked off. Customer service? Guess what happens to raw soap when you just wipe it off with a towel? Leaves nasty streaks and residue. Dont take a car you even remotely care about here.See the photo to see the soap running off the car. It was hard to photograph the raw soap because it was a film covering the entire car.

Usually good car wash. However yesterday it took over 30 minutes to go through the wash after I paid at the kiosk. 2 employees just standing there while 1 guy is struggling to get the pre- treatment done and load cars into the wash. Then some of the wash equipment was not working. Overhead brush and 1 of the right side brushs were not working. Sad day for Zips. They may need to look at the Manager on duty for that day. We saw at least 10 cars back up and leave in the 30 minutes we were there.

Buyer Beware.. This company is ripping people off.I paid for a the ultimate wash and ran through. The machine gave me a basic wash. I recognized this due to minimal foam, no hot wax, no tire shine. Nothing, I mean nothing. So i went through again and told the guy, I think that the machine might have had an error. So he graciously ran me through again.Got to the front and no bug stray for pre-wash. I had to tell the guy. Ran through and again no ultimate foam, no hot wax, no tire shine. I drove around and told the guys and all they had to say was yes, yes, yes it was all done. They did not want to listen at all.Again buyer beware they are crooks and are ripping people off. Simple as look am tire. Does it appear to have tire shine on it. NoI would not even rate them a 1 star that is just the default.

First and last time. While in the car wash, it stop while in there.. the service was not finished.The young men that was was there looked and had nothing to say. Also 3 of the vacuum were not working... I payed $16 and was not worth me going back.. the vacuum s really need an update... but no worries I wont be going back.

I went for my first time recently. We went to the automatic car wash. The young man their head on a mask. That was very gratifying to see. My car was clean when we got through. My car had been a nasty mess with so much pollen on it. It was a good experience and I will be back. I wish I had more cash to tip him.

Paid $16 for car wash and my car was still filthy especially the back. Had to move to 3 different spots to try to vacuum but still wasn’t able to because they were all broke. Bought a detail kit, the wipes were dry and the red towels left residue all over my car. This place has went down hill for sure!

Ive had a membership here for over a year. Overall its good however, last week the cover on the base of the rear windshield wiper was whipped off and the wiper left hanging. They used to tape the wipers, but not anymore. I was surprised this happened as the back of the car was not very clean. There have been a lot of adjustments made in the equipment and it usually works very well. I have found that when a problem is reported to management or one of the employees they are polite and quick to respond.

Lines are usually long and half the time the equipment doesnt work properly so your vehicle is half clean. The upside you drive through.

Never had an issue when it was Jett Express.I too subscribed to the monthly membership when it changed to Zips. Had issues everytime with it not reading my bar code for the arm to up.Today I took my car there early morning. A lady was already filing a report with manager and told me it scratched her car going through and she said they needed to adjust it. She was mad. I left and came back later thinking ok problem may be fixed. As I pull up to the attendant that sprays back of your car before going in(Jett used a brush and got it clean) I asked if it really scratched the ladys car and was the problem fixed. He replied that she was just making noise and it wasnt scratched. I smiled and said ok good. I went through and on my driver side a rotating brush swiped my side mirror so hard that it pushed it in a backward position. I immediately pull in to the vaccuum area to push it back in position and saw gouges...not scratched but gouges in the paint on the side mirror. I went to another employee and he had me come in the office to file a report. His reply was...he made the adjustment! So at this point Im thinkin...but the other guy said the other customer was just complaining and made me believe there wasnt really a problem! So I go in and file a complaint on paper. I was told that photos will be reviewed and the upper management will determine if they will pay for it. So Im waiting on that call. Also the lady parked next to me had the same scratches on her bumper that I had also. These were lighter scratches but we both had the same pattern scratches. So I will write another review with the outcome. If they do the right thing and cover my damages then all is well. I also had the manager deactivate my membership on the spot.S. Luna E

I thought id give this place another try but ended up the same as past experiences.....the back of my car always ends up still dirty..spent 13.00 on a wash and my car is somewhat cleaner. Im so disappointed...i only come here when im late getting home from work and its the only place open.....so i give the benefit of the doubt....same results everytime!! Im done...

Its ok. Im new to the area and am experiencing having to drive your own car through the wash and having to vacuum it yourself. No 5 day guarantee either. I imagine Im spoiled by Mi-T Fine car wash.

Zips is conveniently located, and the wash itself is good, however the vacuums are usually broken, ripped out or dont suction well. This has been ongoing for months. Those vacuums need to be serviced/maintenanced on a regular basis.

I like this carwash better when I upgrade because they clean the back window of my van by hand. The drive thru doesnt clean off the back window. You can get an annual discount pass and self vacuum is included.

Have been twice. My car always comes out of the wash still dirty and with water/wax marks. My car left dirtier than it did going in because of the poor hot wax system. Wasted $16...

Good service, good $10 wash that includes bug prep and gets the plethora of bug guts off my work trucks windshield and grille. Plus there are free vacuums that are available that work well.

Easy and fast. They got the bugs off my front grill after several road trips without a wash. Free vacuums are great. But Im only giving 3 stars because the back end of my car wasnt cleaned well at all by the automatic wash. That said, Ill probably give them another shot because their close to my work.

The price used to be good, not anymore. The service used to be good, now the don’t even help with from or back watering your car and the machine does a horrible job washing your car. Not recommended at all!!

The car wash isnt the best--unless your auto is barely dirty, youll have to go thru multiple times. Also, the dryer doesnt dry the automobile. This place has really gone downhill since Zips bought it a few years ago.

4 stars because of the excellent service given by the staff. Would have been 5 stars if they had more vaccums working. 1 third out of service or not working properly is not acceptable.

Pros: Reasonably priced monthly membership, multiple locations, and free vacuums.Cons: Truck tailgates arent washed very well, sometimes you have to try 2-3 different vacuums to get one that works properly, and the dryer isnt the best for people paying per wash.Suggestion: the third lane that is never open should be a member lane for people paying for the monthly membership. Im pretty sure it would speed things up overall.

This place used to be the $3 car wash and over the years it went to $7. Now it has new owners and the cheapest car wash that included nothing but a little soap and water was $7. So I upgraded and got the $12 one with $3 extra for bug removal. One thing I noticed is is flipped my mirrors backwards and its never done that under the old ownership so maybe there is different guts in the machinery they are using. What is ironic is, its strong enough to flip the mirrors back but not strong enough to remove bugs!! What did I pay for anyway with the bug removal. After I got home I got out of the car and noticed the rear end of the car had some kind of grease dust still on it. So i had to get cleaner and wipe it myself!! Wont be going there anymore. Was not happy, even if it were $7, not alone $15!!
