My stylist, Jay, was super unprofessional. After driving almost an hour, I waited almost 45 minutes after original appointment time for her to finish client before me. Once she started on me, she was on the phone arguing over my head and ordering food. She stopped at least 5 times to get food, get coffee, and entertain visitors. I did not like a portion of my style, she refused to fix that day and although she knew I was going out of town the next day, she insisted that I exit her chair and return the following day for the fix bc she had another client waiting. She also did not use all of my premium hair and instead did not return it. Layers cut were choppy and uneven. Although I pleaded with her to correct that day, she refused and insisted that I get out of her chair. There was no discount for the poor service rendered as she demanded that I pay full price of $185 I also bought a frontal from her for $165 and she was unable to install it properly. After paying a total of $350, the glueless frontal lifted terribly after 2 days. My first experience with her was great but the 2nd time, she was extremely too comfortable, failed miserably, and refused to fix sending me out of town looking crazy. The following day, I had to find a beauty supply to buy more premium hair, needle and thread to add hair to the thinner area. She still never fixed and cited that I should not have voiced my unsatisfaction in front of her new client yet I she was unfazed about giving me poor service in front of that same new client.. Do not waste your time and money for this type of experience. There are too many options to settle for this type of low level experience.

Great place to find a variety of beauty specialists in the Arlington/Mansfield areas. I recently moved to this area and was in dire need of new hair stylists, nail spa specialists, and face/brow specialists. I found all at this center.My only criticism is the fact that there is no receptionist or organized customer service to direct you to services. When u walk in, theres just an empty reception area and a display with many business cards so have to know who you are looking for and where you are going or you will be spending time knocking on doors. Also, you probably will go through several professionals until you find the perfect match for your needs (unless you specifically get a referral).In spite of these limitations, I still think its worth trying. I found my excellent eyebrow/lash specialist there and also a good hair stylist.Good luck!

Janay Cerami is amazing she is a guru when it comes to hair. If your looking for a stylist she’s is the stylist. Her professional approach to haircare is outstanding. My hare is always soft and silky I am so impressed with her skills.

Robin Mcghee is a consummate professional. She’s always on time, attentive, knowledgeable & gracious. The time she invests in you makes you feelvalued & special. For her, it’s about meeting her clients’ expectations not about meeting her bottom line. If I could give no stars I would.DO NOT USE FABULASH ARTISTRY suite: 415.Went in for service was not what I asked for. The owner Stephy had no remorse. She gave me an eye Infection that put me in ER and now on my second appt to a specialist.I don’t not know why they allow people who don’t follow rules and certain regulations to rent space. I will proceed to move forward on filing a complaint and a lawsuit.

Elsy in Room 913 is one of the best mens hair stylist in Arlington. Ive been going with her for a few years now at a different location and you cant beat her friendliness and attention to detail. Shes so good with remembering all of her clients and her pricing is amazing! She even does appointments now so no need to wait in a lobby just for her, so convenient!!
