This place does not know how to cut hair properly. I did not get what I asked for. For $40 is a complete rip off. I will never return ever again. I went here instead of going to my usual spot. Biggest mistake I ever made.

**update** still haven’t had this resolved after the barber did a no show and still charged me $45. Contacted them several times and now they are not responding at all. I was at the barbershop at the scheduled time and Jonathan couldn’t make it, but I was charged 45 bucks!! Currently looking into legal actions I can take, because this is ridiculous! If the barber can’t show up just know you will be charged full amount through Styleseat and they will ghost you when you ask for a refund.What happened:I had scheduled an appointment with Jonathan. He ended up not being able to come into work because of a car issue. No biggie, and I would have been happy to reschedule. I get things happen sometimes. Unfortunately everyone else was booked up until the afternoon as well. But again, that’s no biggie and understandable.However, the issue is I was still charged the full amount to my card later in the day. Even after talking to several people at the store about being charged for canceling through Styleseat, and even after texting Jonathan to his cell phone number I was given by one of the employees there, with NO RESPONSE at all. Not even a response like “Hey sorry I couldn’t come in, we will give you a refund.” Just NO RESPONSE at all. They are trying to charge me for a service that was never performed because Jonathan couldn’t make it into work during the pre-scheduled time. All I want is a refund since I was there on time and it was them that had to reschedule, and somehow no one at the store can help give me a refund? Come on guys….. don’t charge people for a service when it’s your fault we had to reschedule. I liked this place before being screwed over by them. Be aware if the stylist has to cancel for personal reasons, you will still be charged the full amount and tip through Styleseat.Hopefully I’ll get a response soon, or my money back, or I’ll have to report to the BBB and get legal action involved to get my $45 back. That’s a lot of money to pay, especially when there was no service performed.

This dude is legit, hes quick, does a great job and is a cool dude to talk to while hes cutting your hair. Go see Jonathan, he may be the best in town.

Got a hair cut and beard trim by Gerardo, and it turned out great! Ive never had a professional beard trim before so I was just expecting the clippers, but I got the works: a hot towel and straight razor on the edges and neck to clean it up sharp. Ill definitely be back.

My wife loves how I look after getting a hair cut from here. I wish I didnt have to use an app to make an appointment. I really wish they had a better walk in policy or a walk in barber. You can wait hours and when its your time for a cut, it takes up to an hour with some barbers.Parking is great. The shop talk varies and all the guys are polite to steer the conversations depending on if woman or children are in the shop.

My husband sees one of their barbers. His beard always looks immaculate. They recently expanded, and the place is clean and smells great. When we walked in, everyone was cutting up about sports and such like a big family... Clients and barbers all cross talking and chatting! Friendly environment. This trip we decided to take our 15 month old for his first haircut. This kid did a great job at being so patient with him. My son sat pretty well for the most part, but he worked with him, and was very sweet. He did a great job with my little man! He let us take a lock back with us for his baby book, and even put some in a little bag. I know, its silly, but he was so kind to do that for us! There were some older kids there as well with another barber, and then men having their hair and beards done. We love this place!

Scheduled my son a hair cut at 2 pm today (3/11) with Aaron.Arrived on time and Aaron had my brother wait 20 minutes while he had his lunch, regardless of the fact that he pre-approved the appointment for that time.. and when he showed up he didn’t even apologize for being late.In addition- he did not cut my sons hair right at all. Left long hairs behind his ears, bald spots/patches, and uneven blending.I’m not sure if Aaron was having a bad day but this type of service is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE and definitely not worth $25!!!!!I’m so livid at this type of experience/quality of service and would highly discourage anyone to make an appointment with Aaron because this is ridiculous. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

Had a group of 6 guys getting cleaned up for a wedding and Naco the owner was the only shop to call us back! He and his team made our groom and others feel so good! Many of us it was our first time getting a straight razor shave and it was amazing! Every guys walked out feeling like 1M buck and we looked like it. Would highly recommend this place for getting a trim or a style on the beard! Worth the money!

Found this place a few months back. Brought our 7 yr old here for a cut. David is his barber. Very professional love the the old school feel. If my dad was still alive he would definitely come here. These gentlemen are very professional and take their time to give you the cut you want. All pros no cons here. Keep doing what your doing and thats giving great customer service which is hard to find these days.

I have always heard about this place but I never went until today. I walked in and was greeted by an employee who cut my hair right away. It was closing less than an hour but the door was wide open and they were very accommodating. Decent prices,pay with cash or card. Love the atmosphere of this place and the fact that they have more than enough Barbers to assist clients.

Ive been looking for a new barber closer to me and I was extremely hesitant to try a new place. I placed an appointment online for the same day. I was extremely happy and surprised with the service. The cut was astounding, the service was remarkable, and the wait was nonexistent. I didnt quite know how to explain my haircut, but Nacho understood what I was describing and executed it perfectly. This will definitely be my new place!

Was not a good experience...Got a regular fade but the barber decided to do his own thing and started to give me a Edge up Without asking me.I asked him why and he said because he always does a edge up.Totally messed up my hairline Not good service for the price they charge.

This shop is top tier, good mix of classic and modern. David took great care of me, asked what I wanted, held a conversation and was very genuine. Also if u let him do what what he does like I did, as I didnt want something particular u wont be let down.

I can tell that they have some experienced barbers there. I was a walk in and didnt get one of the experienced guys tho. I paid 35 bucks (40 with tip) for a decent high fade and trim of my beard with a line up, I could have done a better job of lining up my beard and thats the main reason why i went. I suggest tho make an appointment as you wont get line of the rookies.

Excellent service by David. I am also a barber and hairstylist in the DFW area and came across this barbershop in my day off. David gave me what not a lot of barbershops around the area and the current one I work at do, which is a Hot towel shave with massage. I have to say my beard looks amazing and have gotten really great compliments thank you very much David and I will see you the following Tuesday for my beard line up

This place does not provide the service that they charge for. My haircut was awful and now I have to regrow it and start over. I asked the barber to fix it but only made it worse. I asked for a high fade but ended up making one side shorter than the other and now everything is uneven. I had a wear a hat these last couple of weeks until it grows out again to be fixed. I am very disappointed in this place especially since I paid $40 during my visit.And what is up with the owner. Why does he respond so negatively to bad reviews? A good business owner will acknowledge bad reviews rather than dismissing them and fix those issues for future clients. Overall, customer service skills here are at its worst.

Looks like a great team but really disappointed about today’s first visit. There were 6 or more barbers and I Spent 1 hour and 20 minutes to wait for my turn to get a haircut but nope! They look like they do good hair cuts IF you make an appointment ahead of time. Not sure because I did not get a hair cut. I was a walk in waited for 1 1/2 hours for them to finally tell me it will be another 1 1/2 hours in the middle of the work week, in the middle of the day. I walked out with no hair cut. Also saw other people walk out. One guy was smarter than me walked in the store asked out loud how long and walked out. Wish I would have done that instead of wasting my time driving there and getting no hair cut. Basically they have enough business and they are not trying to hustle for more business. One of the barbers was even free for sitting around when I walked up to him asking if I can get a hair cut he told me that in 15 mins his next appointment starts so no. Its one of those things were the clerk gives more attention to the phone call rather than the person in front of them. If you go there you need to make an appointment online. Walk in are 3+ hours.

I’ve been here 4 times and never waited less than 45 minutes. Whether it is a Saturday and the room was full of customers waiting, or a Tuesday and I was the only one waiting. I made an appointment once, show up 5 minutes early and the barber didn’t show up, nor did anyone attempt to cover for the no-show. It’s a decent hair cut, but there is no rush or since if urgency.

I used to come here when Angel was around, never had an issue. But today I needed a last minute cut and everyone was booked so I decided to go back to this place as a walk in, I waited for about an hour and 30 minutes before asking the barber on the right side of the shop second from last if he could help me out he told me “I need to be somewhere but what you trying get” that should’ve been my queue to walk away I told him “I want a high fade with a three on top and my beard lined up” this guy sat me down took the clippers for 5 minutes and said “ok I’m done.” Not he didn’t fade any areas or even touch my beard all he did was go over my head with a 3 and 2 and give me a crooked line up and he charged me $30 unfortunately I paid. As soon as I left I called angel and told him about my situation he recommended one of his barbers that was available at his shop and thankfully he was able to fix the mess. (No I am not promoting another barber) but like they say “never cheat on your barber”

Legit, is one word that says a lot about Legendz. Each time Ive come here theyve risen to the occasion. Keeping old school with things like straight razors, wood and leather while Sinatra plays in the background.Sometimes a wait is necessary but good things take time. And a great haircut goes a long way.

I visited this place as a walk-in. The website did NOT mention U MUST have an appt 2 receive service. I read some of the reviews N they were good. BUT I SHOULDVE READ FURTHER!! No one said We dont service ladies OR We dont know HOW to survice ladies.After sitting there at least 30 minutes I stood up and left with ALL MY MONEY🤑💸 and (future referrals) and got the hell out of this place.
