My car was giving me issues and I needed a car ASAP, I came into Adonis and spoke with Tawny and she was amazing, she told me everything that I needed to do in order to get into a vehicle, she was even willing to come in on her off day just to help me out. Two days later I was fed up with my car so I came back and from start to finish Tawny was so helpful and gave me all my options and the same day I was able to drive off in a 2017 Ford Escape, I was very happy with my decision and I would definitely recommend shopping with Adonis Autos and if you can work with Tawny she’s the best!!!!

Stay away from this dealership they will charge you extra money for a undue payment then when you talk to accounting they will basically tell you that the money is taken out already so there’s nothing They can do about it and won’t refund you or nothing and still charge you the regular payments also I have only had the car for four or five months after a couple of hours of haveing it the 1st day The check engine light came on I was told to take it to the mechanics but when you take it there there’s a long wait they take forever to fix your car and still doesn’t fix the problem and end up coming back again also the car was given to me with the license plate bracket broke I was told to take it to the mechanic shop and since it wasn’t on the list of things that was already wrong with it they did not fix it. and the accounting people do not care to solve your problem if they charge a extra payment of fix it and they have Attitudes what happen to the Customers are always right. I will never buy a car from here again I would give this place 0 stars if they had it there nice when there takeing down payments but sale you cars with stuff wrong with them.

Looks like this dealership is far from making customers happy. My daughter purchased a car there and has been in the service department six times and still no resolution. She was offered a loaner but was told there was 20 people on the waiting list. This says a lot about the type of cars that are being sold there. That’s very disappointing! Customers please have the car checked thoroughly before purchasing a car there. The manager at the service department was not helpful at all. The mechanics just patched the car up and let my daughter drive her car with a cracked engine and was told it was fixed and drivable in which that was not true. Concerning!!!!!

Got my car here, had alot of fails after the first day! took it to the mechanic just to find out my front bumper was only taped on there, car would stop with every turn i took & break lights never turned off, make sure your car isn’t just put together with tape.

I was in a wreck and needed another car. I passed this dealership everyday and decided to give them call. They advertised $489 down. I was skeptical thinking maybe it was bait and switch but I talked to Mariah and she said I got you. I was having problems getting loan info from a previous car so she stepped in and got it done. When she called me and said everything was complete it really was. I didn’t spend my whole day waiting and wasn’t given the run around. And yes all I did put down was $489.

Cody got me in a vehicle. 2 days later it randomly stoped running. I haven’t Heard from Cody since. Now Adonis barely answers the phone. They tow the car 2 days later. Another few days goes by and now the car is fixed “Supposedly”. Pick it up and don’t have it for another hour before it cuts off while I’m driving on the highway!! Don’t buy a car from here. They don’t know how to communicate with people after a purchase is made. I have no clue what’s going on with my car and no one seems to call and let you know anything. They will let the place close or “there department” and deal with your situation tomorrow like you don’t need your vehicle or in my eyes they just don’t care. Payments are high because they are going way over price with the car but won’t tell you until everything is already in motion. Overall this whole experience was a lie and they don’t meet the standards that are promised to you. I’ve been ripped off. Got a car last Saturday and drove it for maybe a day literally . This sucks‼️ I bet they want they payment that’s coming up though 😩

I went to Adonis with problems with my air condition. It was blowing hot. I got there early and they found the problem there were leaks. They tried to fix and it wasnt holding freon so they noticed I needed A compressor. Well I had to wait will the part came to them and they put it on and it was a long process but well worth it. They filled up my gas tank because I waited for them to finish and didnt complain about anything. I was working with Jesus Villegas and he was very nice and kept me informed on everything. Just like what this company does to care for there customers. Recommend them to all.

The guy was chill, I switched jobs for a better paying position. I have worked in the same field for four years. I was approved no issues at other places, but here not so much. Kinda lame considering all the vehicles have over 100k

I made an appointment with the service team and I must say Jessica was awesome, she got me in last minute and everything was quick and easy. They had to order a part so I chose to pick up my car and bring it back, and once I did I then had the pleasure to meet Jesus who is the Service manager. Jesus was very professional and took GREAT care of me and my car. He made sure that everything was fixed and even put gas in my car without me asking! Now this is what I call going above and beyond.
