I have previously had some good experiences with Mr. Tire, but I just had my car towed from there to another garage yesterday because Mr. Tire did not have the parts and did not try to be communicative about the issue. Let me be clear: its not their fault that they and their vendor did not have the transmission parts I needed. The part that frustrates me is that I got zero updates from them - I called FOUR times to check on that car and not once did they ever call back and update me. So while I understand that theres diagnostic and labor fees, they charged x hundreds of dollars to perform maybe a couple checks and then let the car sit in the back lot for several days. I am grateful for their service in the past, but given this experience and a lack of transparency on prices up front, I dont think this is the best option for me in the future.

However, the experience I had last week has convinced me to downgrade the rating to one star. Last week I went to get a new tire mounted after ordering it online and having it delivered to the store. I was told the job was done and drove my car away. A couple of days later, the low tire pressure signal came up again. I was a little irritated because I thought another tire was leaking air again. But I went to check the tire that was supposed to be replaced, I noticed that it had the old tire on. Note that I was charged the mounting fee as well as the tire recycling/disposal fee, the latter which can only be applied if the tire was replaced. I went to the store again and after making my case, they found my brand new tire sitting in their storage. So on that visit they had me sitting for an hour and half waiting for my tire to be mounted but they did nothing but charged me the fees anyway. This is atrocious. I appreciate the lady who listened to my issue and resolved it for me. Thank you. But I will never go back there again.

These people don’t care. They have no problem finding problems in your car to fix but don’t expect them to do something simple like change a light or to make sure the car was in the same condition you left it. If they break something or cause something like your air conditioner to sound weird after a routine oil change, don’t expect them to fix it. Do expect them to take your money and tell you they don’t have time to see why you’re car is making noises it wasn’t before the oil change. Never again. Avoid this place and go somewhere that actually cares. There’s enough choices.

I have been going to Mr Tire at this Arlington location for over ten years. One thing that keeps me coming back is the excellent service they provide. Dave, the manager, always provides top class service. He clearly lays out all the options and never pressures you to do unnecessary work. This past visit, Dave and his team went above and beyond. I was having issues with the rear struts on my car. Though I know my car was tricky to work on and due to complications, the job took many extra hours than expected. Yet they stuck to their original estimates. They did not rest until the problem was solved. I would highly recommend Mr. Tire. Ask for Dave. He will take great care of you.

They did not honor an 8:30 am appointment, and technician did not demonstrate the interest in correcting the mistake. We had an 8:30 am Saturday appointment scheduled for 2 weeks. We had called on Friday asking if we dropped it off the night before whether it would be ready at 9:30 am Saturday morning. Not a problem. When we dropped it off we confirmed our plan to be there to pick it up at 9:30 am. We showed up at 10:15 am, no work had been done. Apparently they thought it was a drop-off notwithstanding the computer system should have clearly shown they had an 8:30 am appointment. In any event the front desk person, nice enough apologizes and says it is coming into the garage now. I went outside to wait. and watch the technician who had watched what transpired at the front desk, shuffle slowly to the car with a clipboard. Literally he shuffled left to right making sure to put his full body weight on each step then walk around the car with the clipboard. There was no hustle . . . just an attitude that communicated he did not care and was not going to hurry. - so there was no basis to believe that the car would be ready by 11:00 am either.

I really recommend Mr. Tire and, specifically, Dave, the store manager. He provided exceptional service, remembered me and always went extra mile in delivering the results I was looking for. Both of the times I needed help were last minute. The first time involved tire pressure issue on Sunday (!), and second - lack of oil right before a pretty long drive. Both times the service was exceptional, and I cannot recommend this place enough. Go see Dave!

Friendly welcome but when I change the engine oil and filter the fuel ⛽ counter stoped and tell me contact to Ford to too

Highly recommend Mr. Tire. I went in there one time to ask about tires, and had such a great experience with the manager, Dave, that I decided to buy my tires through them a few weeks later. When I called to make the appointment, Dave remembered our previous conversation (Im moving overseas), which happily surprised me. The tire installation process was seamless and I drove away feeling super confident. Moreover, I had a low pressure sensor come on a few days later with an old tire, and happened to be right by the shop. I went inside - Dave again remembered who I was - and topped up the pressure on all of my tires. Great experience with a true professional who is well versed in customer service. Highly recommend.

Been coming here a few years now, always good experience. Had a strange electronic parking brake issue recently another shop could not figure out and I doubted even the Ford dealership could have figured out. After 2 hours and a surprisingly simple fix, I was out the door with no issues after my frustrating problem was resolved.

Ive been here several times with two different vehicles and theyre always fast, super nice and very affordable. I live in the heart of DC but drive out here to them because trust/price is a big thing for me. They also have a good waiting area to work remotely. Definitely recommend!

Have to do a one star, they charged me $230 total for a simple alignment on a BMW that has a simple suspension; turns out the local dealer only charges $190 and an independent specialist shop only $130. Overpriced badly and the positive ratings are puzzling.

A waste of my time! I booked my appt and was told it would be an hour wait when I arrived for an oil change. After 2 hrs, I was told they havent even started and it will be another hour. So I left without service to make another appointment. No apologies given. They are overbooked and mismanage time.

For many, car repairs can be incredibly stressful and inconvenient. There are various stressors such as cost, scheduling and finding the right repair shop. Ive had the pleasure of visiting Mr. Tire Auto Service Center in Arlington only twice but my most recent experience won me over.Shortly after I arrived, the gentleman working at the desk recognized who I was and remembered my name! He even went as far as to remember my previous service request. While my day started off incredibly frustrating, my experience today reminded me of how important customer service is and why ill be choosing Mr. Tire as my preferred auto service center.

Very fast and vary reasonable! They fit me in on a busy day just so my son and I could get back on the road!

Im writing to say that Dave at your Arlington VA (Franklin Rd) store is fantastic! He is extremely helpful whenever I bring my car in for service. He is not only kind & welcoming but he also goes beyond to help.I would also like to commend the customer service at this location of another employee, Daniel, who was also kind when I called to schedule my appointment.Great service all around.

Their booking policy is a joke. Booked online, changed my plan, and they called me later than they cant make it until 2 days after.

Had tires mounted and balanced. Installation was fine, but tires vibrated around60-70 mph. I brought the car back to have the balance checked. I dropped the car off at 9am and they had the car until the following morning. Dave the manager (a nice guy) said my car was ready. I get there and Dave said two technicians only test drove it, to almost 60mph, and said the balance was fine. I took the car home and sure enough on the highway my car started shaking around 70mph. Poor service.

Dave showed excellent Customer service!! Answered my questions throughly. Mr. tires replaced my old tires with ones I ordered online. The work was done quickly and they offered a 10% military discount.

Everything was fine with the work Mr. Tire did except whoever got in my drivers seat left grease/oil marks all over the inside driver side door, on the seat, and on the carpet. I wiped my wheel and it was covered in grease. So I give them 4/5 stars because of the mess that was left but overall they do good work and are nice, courteous people. I recommend Mr. Tire at 2503 Franklin Road, Arlington, VA.

They were super helpful! I popped a tire and wasn’t going to be able to make it before they closed, they had someone there who stayed a little late so I could drop my car off and for a couple other customers who weren’t able to make it until a little after closing time. Plus they actually had my tires in stock as opposed to several other locations around the area. I was able to easily pick up my car the next morning after they were done! Very thankful for this team and their stellar service!

Got a simple repair on a flat tire cause by a nail. They were very friendly, quick, and did an excellent job. They even took the time to notify me of a missing cosmetic piece on the wheel that was unrelated to the flat tire (I had removed it when putting on the spare). The price was also very reasonable. I would definitely return for future work.

I had a flat tire this morning and my cousin recommended this place. When I got there the parking lot was full. I was afraid they wouldn’t be able to help me. Dave the store manager is one of the sweetest, kindest, and professional people that my husband and I have met in the car repair industry in a very long time. As a young female, I dread getting my car serviced. I have had bad experiences in the past where services I didnt ask for were added on or I was told I was in desperate need of services that I later found out were not greatly important. Mr. Tire was a WONDERFUL experience for me and I will go here and nowhere else from here on out. Service was very friendly and they were straightforward in offering prices and calling me to let me know about any additional services I might need before taking action. I felt assured that they were being honest with me and working in my best interest. Not to mention service was fast!

Went in after getting an outrageous quote from a dealership. They were able to put on a new tire in an hour for less than half what the dealership a few minutes down the road was going to charge. Very friendly and efficient service! My second time and I will continue to go back 🙂

Quick and easy service - but the first time we went they backed our car into something and broke our taillight. they did fix it no charge, and we appreciated that, but still annoying. the second time we came in because our tire pressure was on, they fixed that as well no appointment and no cost which we appreciated. Our biggest issue is that none of the employees wear masks and its a LITERAL PANDEMIC RIGHT NOW AND YOU ARE WORKING AND BREATHING IN OUR CAR. soooooo in non pandemic times this place is solid, but would not recommend right now if you have any worries about getting a deadly virus.

I bought four new tired and had an alignment done. The process was quick and painless and the staff was very nice. The prices were not fully disclosed up front and I did have sticker shock after seeing the final bill.

The worst service and rude people ever. They told me that pick up your car around 3. When i come backr to pick up my car they didn to anything i spent 169$ changing oil rotate tires and fixing one of my tires .i cant believe that they fixed my tire only 2days after my tires pressure went down may be they just put some air for 37$

Trust and use these guys. I walked in Saturday morning on the way out of town, after noticing a undercarriage cover dragging on the road. In spite of being backed up, store manager Dave Alkire first agreed to come right out and see if he could wedge the cover in place. Not able to do that, he fit me in and had a clip, bolt replaced and we were on our way after an hour. And he did not charge us. Could not have been friendlier. Certain to return.

Super slow and ignorant people. Promising service they can not provide. They can not guarantee simple oil change in 3-4 hours even with an appointment made day before. Dont waste your time and just go somewhere else. Main Boss refused even to talk to me staying right next to me. Scary to leave your car there for service.

Just two days after moving to the area, I punctured a tire real bad and needed help quick. I honestly just chose Mr. Tire because of its proximity and early opening time, but I would gladly go back any time. Felipe was especially helpful, but everyone I met and worked with at the front desk was cheerful and helpful. They helped me figure out a) what I needed, and b) what the cheapest way we could do it would be. I really appreciated how friendly yet to-the-point everyone was, and would gladly recommend Mr. Tire to anyone in the area.

I needed help changing one of the plates on my car and two of the places I stopped at were unwilling to assist. I decided to try one more place (Mr. Tire) and I’m so glad I did. Felipe (manager) was standing outside and told me to just pull my car in. One of his staff, Christian, came out and right away started changing the plate no questions asked. Very thankful I found this place and had such a great experience. Superb customer service.

Great experience at the Mr. Tire in Arlington! My car had been making noises and shaking when I pushed the brakes, and I had been putting off getting it fixed. It finally reached a point that I had to take it in as I had a long road trip coming up the following weekend. Felipe at Mr. Tire was not only able to turn around the replacement of my brake pads and calipers in a day, but also was willing to work out a reasonable price. Quality service - quality price - I will be back!

I was leaving to go back home the next day to Michigan and was concerned about some brake noise. Dave and Fernando found the simple issue and checked everything out. I drove home 10 hours the next day with no problems!

My wife recently stopped by to have a tire plugged. She received quick and efficient service. We have also purchased tires from here in the past and received the same high-quality service.

After spending a good amount of money at the shop which the job certainly should have not take all day I was asked to leave a good review and if I did he would give me 60$ off before billing out. Not happy with the service and for them to be pretty much buying reviews makes me wonder if the good reviews were left due to discounts. Dishonest work in my opinion.

Had a great, quick experience here recently. My check engine light was on, and after diagnosing the issue they found out a switch had just gone off and corrected the issue without charge. I also dropped off my car to get it’s battery changed 20 minutes before the place closed. They had my car ready before 9:00 am the next day. Great service.

Went in for 3 new tires, an oil change and wheel alignment. Four tires were ordered and installed. Was charged $186 for an optional tire warranty and $40 for an optional lifetime balancing, rotation and tire repair service agreement, neither of which were ever mentioned to me. Was charged $137 for the wheel alignment when posted rate was $104. Numerous other charges were tacked onto my bill that were never disclosed upfront. My credit card was charged the full amount upfront when I was told I was just being charged for a deposit on the tires which had to be ordered. I called the shop, spoke to the assistant manager, who told me he would refund the amount overcharged on the wheel alignment, but I would have to come back to the shop. The other items he said he would refer to the District Manager who would call me. Never received a call. I filed a complaint with the corporate customer service department using the companys website. Never received a response. Called customer service which argued the $40.00 for the lifetime balancing/rotation/tire repair service was standard and would not refund that charge. I checked on website and found that not to be true. Called back customer service and was told a supervisor would need to approve that refund and I would be contacted the following day. Customer service never called as promised. Dishonest operation with horrible customer service. Would not recommend under any circumstance.

Came in a few weeks ago for a flat tire. 2 of the lug nuts were stripped to the point where the AAA guy couldnt even get the tire off the car with a power tool. Originally was looking at a $300 job to cut the lug nuts off and replace the wheel studs because of the make of the car. Mr. Tire ended up taking care of the lug nuts and patched the tire for $50!!High quality service from the gentleman that works the front desk and great work by the guys in the shop. Will definitely come here for all of my future auto needs.

From start to finish Felipe and his entire team has been nothing but awesome! What started out to be a long process he made it to be very easy, stress free and worth the wait. Felipe is very processional and I truly thank you for your amazing customer service and hospitality. I will be back time and time again for all of my auto needs.

Good place. My daughter gets her tires from them. Great location. But VERY busy n bays full. Only one mechanic working but he was scrubbing the grill for a charcoal grill kept at the back! Made me laugh. Well, it WAS lunchtime! Everyone has to eat. We got the flat fixed at Cherrydale Motors instead.

Ive been taking my car to this Mr. Tire location for several years now for a variety of services from standard upkeep (brakes, oil change, etc.) to unfortunate fixes (e.g., rack & pinon, struts). The team has been great and easy to work with to get to a speedy fix.Recently I had a rather complicated warranty issue with my car which was complex to navigate. Felipe was great and helped me navigate a resolution to get my car back in working order. You could tell he and the Mr. Tire team were looking out for what was best for the customer.Ill continue to take my car here and recommend them.

Great service! Noticed my tire was punctured at 6 pm so I called Mr. Tire to see if they could still help me considering they closed within an hour. Made my way over to the shop and they were able to set me up with a new tire super quickly. Highly recommend.

I have never had a bad experience here. They are prompt and even when there is a line, they move with a sense of urgency which is comforting. I have moved to the city but I still drive out to Mr Tire in Arlington anytime I need tire work

Mr. Felipe Caceres is the best. He has a wonderful personality. He listens and recommends what is best for your vehicle rather than just try to sell you something you don’t need. Safety is a priority for him. He tries to keep the customer happy and make your experience a great one at Mr. Tire. He wins you over with his genuine sincere knowledge and commitment to customer service. I hope he never leaves this store. It may cost you in the end but it is good knowing that someone has you back and is looking out for what is best for you and you family when driving your car.

My wife got our tire fixed here after she found a screw in the tire. The service was wonderful, friendly, and quick. 10/10 would puncture our tire again.

I’m a first time tire buyer and I came in today with no appointment and no knowledge of how expensive tires actually are. My bubble was very quickly popped when my price range was well overshot. However, management worked within my budget, and fixed my car up in a snap!Long story short? they were quick and to the point, worked with what I had, and had positive attitudes!

As always, Mr Tire did a great job. I really value how I can trust them and how they explain things to customers in detail. When they figured out my issue, Felipe (store manager) offered to take me out to the garage to show me the issue with my own eyes. I read lots of reviews on Yelp and Google and acknowledge that some folks had bad experiences here, but I cant agree. My experience with Dave and team was very positive. Dave was great in helping me schedule my appointment and making sure I had picked the right tires. I got five new tires for my JKU and they looked great and have been performing well for the past two weeks. The prices were on par with other tire places and the location was convenient. It is a bit hard being located at the corner of Barton and Franklin, but its not impossible to navigate. I would recommend this place to others.

Felipe was incredibly helpful and explained all of my different options to me! The staff would consistently call with updates and my car was back to me sooner than I expected. I would recommend this place to anyone considering!

I was traveling for work (from Philadelphia to Washington DC) when I got a flat. I showed up at Mr. Tire because it was close by. The staff and manager were WONDERFUL!
