The technician was competent, showed up uniformed and masked. The company actually sent me a picture of the tech which was reassuring.The repair took 2 visits because they had to order a part. The only knock on the service side was a minor lack of attention to detail (the tech left the lights unplugged, causing me to either call them back or pop the panel back open myself, which is what I ultimately did). As for the price, I figure at least $100 just to show up plus a hefty markup on the part any time I call for this type of service. By this estimation I paid about $250 for a part I could have gotten online for $50. But hey, I didnt know how to get into that panel, so I had to pay for that service by over-paying for the part. Pretty standard with reasonably professional service but a little steep on the parts.

A technician was able to come out the same day and assessed my dishwasher. He gave me a price to order and replace the part, an accurate time line for arrival of the part, and also came out the same day the part arrived to install. Emails and texts kept me up to date every step of the way.

Excellent repair service. Great communication and David was extremely informative as to what was wrong and how to fix it. Would highly recommend this company to anyone.

The Technician, Albin, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issues with my washer and dryer, and had the parts needed in his vehicle. Total time spent was about 90 minutes. My 25 year old washer and dryer work like new again. Would recommend.

They came out to replace the electrical cord on my deep freezer and it cost over $250 for parts, an electrical cord, and “labor.” What a joke. He did not have to find out what the problem was. He just needed to replace the cord that I told him about. Very straight forward. He was here for 15 minutes and then left. There is no reason why it should cost this much. I will not be calling them again.

I had a service call for my dryer. I was told the igniter was bad and the part would need to be ordered and the total cost would be $365. I paid the $88 service fee. Got the part at a local store for $44 and installed it myself.

I cant believe this place tried to charge me $256 to replace my fuse for my dryer that only cost 10 bucks at a appliance store for that specific fuse. This is a scam your better off using YouTube to get this repair on your own and again that fuse only cost 10 DOLLARS ! but they want to charge me $256. TOTAL BS!

David, our technician, couldnt have been nicer and was well qualified to perform the needed repair replacing the computer board. He even gave me instructions on how to best use my oven. Overall an excellent experience.

I was told they would come diagnose my washer . They did not. I was told they could fix my washer. They did not. After charging my card for more than we had discussed. The repair man said if I have looked at the washer before putting on the parts I would not have done it. The washer needs an additional 1200. For drum. The machine is about 10 years or so. So took hundreds of donated dollars and my washer doesnt work.. The new error code is f25 exactly what they worked on and I was told that code had nothing to do what parts he put on and it states it has everything to do with them. They lied cheated me out of donated money that was given to fix my washer. If the repair man had diagnosed it himself I would have the donated money to towards getting a washer. Do Not Believe Anything They Say. They are not honest and when I called for ths owners information. They person that answers the phone actually yelled at me.

I can’t express how knowledgeable and thorough David our technician was. David repaired our refrigerator’s ice maker and explained the issue to us in a manner that we could understand. He also noticed another issue with our wires that he pointed out to us and corrected before it got worse. I am very satisfied!

Very bad experience. First had technician come out and the wrong part was ordered by front desk, so they had to order correct part and come another day. Technician came different day to fix the problem. Supposedly fixed and water starter draining again. He came back and now said that it was something else. Problem wasn’t diagnosed correctly from the start. Super inconvenient. Was refunded the amount but the service fee which feel should of been refunded as well because correct problem wasn’t even diagnosed.... overall super unhappy with the inconvenience.

He did have to order a part for my LG Dryer and I was a little apprehensive about giving someone partial money up front as these days its hard to know who to trust. My LG fridge wasnt cooling enough. Called Appliance Recovery in the am and they came by early afternoon the same day! Unheard of...of course, I was grateful. Unfortunately, for me, it was more cost effective to get a new fridge😔 But, I was impressed with the techs knowledge and his honesty. You just cant find honest, repair companies any more. If my other older appliances break down, Ill definitely call Appliance Recovery again!

Robert was punctual and made a quick diagnosis that resulted in our contacting Dryer Vent Wizard who cleaned out the vents. Its unfortunate that, first, we had to pay over $81 for a diagnosis and an additional $229 to clear the vents because the home builder (D. R. Horton) failed to install the proper vent with damper as required by the International Resident Code!

Had a really old washer that I bought for work clothes and couldnt figure out what was wrong. Called the company and had a tech come out to figure out what was wrong. The service charge was normal for appliance repair companies but I didnt have to deal with all the cooperate nonsense that went along with it. I will be calling them back for any appliance repairs I need.
