We walked in and Ed was very welcoming and walked us around his showroom, we explained our problem and instead he offered to take a look at our current dryer and fixed it!!!! Matt came to our home on time and throughly explained our issue. The two men our angels and don’t even know how much money they’ve helped us save being that our home was damaged by the winter storm and we are still recovering from that. Because of the reviews I went to Arlington appliance for a washing machine. Right away I was greeted by Matt. He was very nice and helpful. Matt explained the differences between the washers and the sizes. Once i selected the washer I wanted he broke down the pricing and even delivered. He was very quick at taking my broken washing machine out and even allowed me time to clean the space before he brought in the new one. Mr. Ed and Matt are a great team! I purchased a heavy duty kenmore washer machine since my previous one was lets say disposable after 4 years of use.They help us to load it in the vehicle, they give a 90 days warranty and back it 100%. They call you back if you leave a message until they reach you, not like other places that try to hide when you are calling with any issue.I hope that this machine will be with us for a long time, I am a very happy customer!The place is conveniently located, and they are very easy to work with.Please bring your face covering mask to keep everyone safe.Thank you guys for going the extra mile without hesitation!

I came in for a used washer and dryer set and they had a lot to choose from. They walked me through most of the sets they had available, gave me a lot of information about what some of the sets do and function. I had it delivered and installed the same day and they tested it for me to made sure it worked before they left. Great service overall, inexpensive and affordable prices, plus they have a 90 day warranty in case anything goes wrong. Really great people and service overall, I was happy to purchase from them.

Hands down the best service I have had in quite a while. I got there about 915, picked out my washer and dryer by 930 and it was delivered by 11am the same day.

I purchased a refurbished washer from the gentlemen that rubs this store. He was very nice and surprisingly they had quite a bit of appliances to show me. Though I did not have enough money to get the washer I was looking for, I have had my Kenmore washer for over a year now. Shes still kicking for now. I will be purchasing a dryer and a stove from them before too long. *only some products come with a warranty. This may have changed since I was there last year but make sure you ask them. They are a refurb. appliance store.

I did not purchase my appliances here but I can tell you I should have. My fridge went out and like a dummy I went to a big box store and picked it up. We had no dolly and these guys were across the street with a neighbor luckily and they saved the day. Not only did they let me borrow the dolly but took the old fridge as well. I not only recommend them to you but to myself as well. The people there are great. Thanks to Matt & Ed
