Cant comment on their actual workmanship, but definitely was impressed with the teams professionalism and integrity. Called to get an evaluation and quote of our gutters, and Nick Derrico came out to inspect the gutters. Didnt try to upcharge me or sell me something I didnt need. He actually told me straight out that I really didnt have any issue with my gutters except in 2 small spots. He also told me that it would be better to find a handyman to fix those two spots. Also was very candid in explaining why I dont need the gutter guards on my roof, while also explaining the situations that they would be useful for. Overall I appreciated the honesty and thoroughness of Nick. Would definitely call them in the future when I need work done.

This is a great company, they installed a new roof and the work done was done professionally and on time. They use quality materials and while the work was being performed the Forman comes out to inspect the room and tells the workers exactly what has to be done. The next day when the work was done the foreman came out again to inspect the work for any imperfections but there was none. What a great company and very friendly. Revived Exteriors is one of the best contractors in the business which they proved to us during our roof, siding and gutter installations. However, what really sets them apart is their (Robert Ciepiela) willingness to take on the insurance companies and advocate in your behalf. They successfully negotiated a settlement after we had basically given up trying to have our insurance carrier honor our claim. Try them if you feel your insurance company is giving you the runaround.

I have had the pleasure of working with this company for a roof repair. No small task. After many months of meeting with several 5 star roofing companies, bottom line, no one wants to do such a small job. Everyone wants to upsell to a roof replacement. However this was not in my best interest. The owner Robert and sales manager Tony did the right thing. Not the most profitable thing. Not only did they do an affordable repair for me. Robert went into my attic for a closer inspection and identified other correctable issues. It is so heartening to find companies with honesty and integrity. Putting the customers needs first. If I could give 6 stars with my deepest appreciation I would.

Revived did a great job roofing my home after damage from a fallen tree-they worked with insurance to get everything paid 100% and the Malarky recycled shingles they used looked outstanding. I recently had my house and garage roofs replaced by Revived Exteriors . And the siding on my house replaced as well.My house looks AMAZING!Although the job was very big and took a little longer than expected, Robert and his team from Revived Exteriors made sure that everything was done right. After a particularly windy and rainy night we discovered that we had a few scraps of shingles in our yard. Called Revived Exteriors to check our roof and they did a full inspection (I didnt even have to come out of my house when the owner and Jeff came, since I was working virtually from home and in the middle of work). They provided a super detailed portfolio of pictures and video of their inspection. Discovered there were 3 holes in my roof! Next day they arrived within 15 min post our virtual call to emergency tarp up the roof as we were expecting more bad weather. The urgency, thoroughness, and professionalism was/is very appreciated.

Called Revived for a second opinion after someone walking our neighborhood after a storm said we needed a new roof. Robert came out and surveyed the property for over an hour. Turns out the roof did not need to be replaced, but there were several areas of concern on the siding and roof that needed to be addressed. He provided a detailed report with many pictures and sent it to me right away. Really impressed with how professional and personable Robert was. My house was severely damaged by a hailstorm and the storm chasers started banging on my door and calling me incessantly almost immediately. Instead, I decided to research reputable companies online. I called 4 different companies based on their online reviews and asked them to provide estimates. 3 of them came out, spent about 15 minutes on site, took a couple of pictures and gave me an estimate. Rob, the Project Manager from Revived Exteriors, came out and spent well over an hour on my roof and around my house. He took nearly 200 pictures and took precise measurements and highlighted damage that I had not seen. Revived then assigned their own adjuster to work directly with my insurance company. I didn’t need to do anything.My insurance company completely agreed with Revived’s assessment and sent payment immediately. Revived Exterior sent various crews to my home and replaced the roof, siding, soffit & fascia, gutters and downspouts. The workers were incredibly skilled and moved like machines to transform my home.Rob stopped by several times to make sure everything was going as promised. When they were done, I had a couple of very small cosmetic concerns and Revived sent their crew back immediately to take care of them. My 25-year old home looks like the day I moved in.Please don’t use storm chasers. Do your homework. Revived Exteriors did an amazing job from beginning to end and they are absolutely the real deal. Rob was fantastic and a real pleasure to work with. Revived Exteriors took care of everything, there were no hidden charges and used the best materials available and used highly skilled crews. My husband and I were very impressed with Revived Exteriors. Bob Earl was persistant with our insurance company insisting that our roof was damaged by hail and was eligible for a claim. Sure enough, he was right and our home owners insurance covered the cost for a new roof and gutters minus our deductible. The roofing crew consisted of 6 to 8 hard workers and finished installing the new roof in a day. They made sure our property was clean of any debris or nails from the demolition of the existing roof. Another crew came the next day and completed installing new gutters. One of the newely installed gutters was holding water, but Jeff Maki took care of that problem. He came back out with his crew and installed an additional downspout. Revived Exterior had another person to perform a QA/QC of the final roof and took pictures and found some minor corrections that needed to be done. That was taken care of within a couple of days. We were impressed that Revived performed a final check to ensure everything was completed to a high quality standard. My husband and I are very happy with our new roof and gutters. Horrible company I would not use again. They have screwed over my son and daughter. Works with Les OHare who uses other peoples info to boost his own. He is a scam artist who feeds on other people for his own profit. Wouldnt recommend at all!

I normally do not give reviews on companies but I felt compelled to do so after the experience I had with Revived Exteriors. Bob Earl was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He explained every detail of my insurance claim process. I did not have to do anything as they handled everything with my insurance and even got my insurance to pay for plywood. The roof was done in a day and they cleaned everything up great. I also now have a 50 year warranty on my roof, which I did not even realize existed. I am very happy with how my home looks. You cant ask for more. I have nothing but praise for this company. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.

We hired Revived Exteriors last year to replace our dated roof. The owner was very knowledgeable about the claim process with my insurance company and was able to walk me through the process. The work was exceptional. Quickly they repaired my and replaced my roof. The whole process was easy with great communication in terms of progress. The roof was originally approved by the insurance company and later they were able to get the insurance to cover the entire plywood decking as well.

We have had the worst experience with this company. While the siding looks fine, it took them 8 months to install it. We paid half down in December, and told them we wanted to put the house up for sale that spring. They didnt start work until mid July. Their communication was horrible; no one person seemed to be actually handling our account, or providing continuity. No internal communication seemed to be happening either; it was a constant battle to get anyone to address our concerns and our install date was always unclear. Then, 4th of July weekend, materials appeared on our front lawn and were left there, again, with no communication. It took two weeks for them to show up while the lawn died.They showed no concern for our lawn or gardens. They trampled my flowerbeds.But worst of all, we had a beautiful cedar privacy hedge in our back yard between ourselves and our neighbors. It was as tall as our roof, had to have been at least 30 yrs old- we have been here for 20 yrs. Instead of tying it back to work around the corner of the house where the hedge touched, they completely butchered it, creating a huge hole between ourselves and our neighbors. They ruined it on both sides of our properties. They said they would have a friend of theirs fix it, but by this point, we did not trust them. We had our landscaper give us a quote and sent it to them. The landscaper basically told us it could not really be fixed. The most we can do is try putting some other bushes around it, and if the hole is ever hidden, it will take years to achieve. It will never be what it was. We sent Revised his quote for $1,000, and paid our bill minus that amount.They also left our yard a mess when the installers completed the job. They kept telling us people would clean up and pick up the leftover materials. That never happened: We had to do our own clean up- nails and debris everywhere.And as if that werent enough, they left long planks of siding and other materials in our driveway through October!! Huge planks of siding we had no means of moving or disposing of ourselves. They kept making excuses about how they had to rent a truck to get their own materials, continuing to stall and ask for our patience, but leaving us with their mess.We played incessant and fruitless phone tag, speaking with various people including the owner who said he wanted us to be happy so he would knock $200 of of our bill. Now, we get a letter saying they are taking us to collections, shifting the blame.of destroying our property onto us.Again, when I spoke to their business office, I was told they would get back to us. We never received follow up communication and certainly have had no reasonable resolution.This has literally been the worst customer experience we have ever received, and for a $15,000 pricetag of nothing but broken promises and complete frustration. They treated us like an afterthought on their schedule and have not even tried to meet us halfway in accountability for their damage to our property.Instead of trying to make amends, they sent our account to collections and are pursuing legal action. It has been such a horror to deal with them.The whole thing has been completely incredulous. Revised Exteriors is the worst company we have ever dealt with. I warn you to stay away from them.

Our friend Mark Wolff referred your company to us and your Rep Bob paid us visit. He was very nice and spend quiet some time on the roof telling us that we had a lot of wind damage. He put in the claim for us with Allstate but it took several times for Allstate to approve the claim. But Bob did not give up and fought for us to get this all approved. We have our new roof now and it looks great . Bob is still negotiating with Allstate to approve the siding on our house that was damaged. I guess Allstate is not an easy company to do business with. Revived Exteriors replaced our windows, gutters, and siding in Spring of 2015. The work was done very professionally, by courteous craftsmen, and at a very fair price. It is great to be freed from rattling storm windows and plugged up gutters. With the new insulation under the siding, we are enjoying much lower energy costs. All in all, a job well done.

Through the years weve had many a contractor knock on our door. Revived Exteriors was highly recommended to us by our neighbors. We made an appointment with Revived Exteriors owner Robert Ciepiela assess our home. He was professional, honest, straight forward, and very patient with me and my MANY questions. :) Needless to say we hired him to redo the exterior of our home. During this process Robert was always accessible. For the larger jobs he would always stop by to make sure everything was going as planned. Our roof, siding, and windows look amazing! Our friends and family barely recognize our home since the transformation. We give Revived Exteriors the highest rating possible and would not hesitate to use them again!

Was very pleased with our experience with Revived and have asked them to evaluate another property of ours. When we first met them we were skeptical as we were concerned they were typical storm chasers. After talking to them we decided to give them a shot at seeing what they can do, especially since we were denied by our insurance carrier twice. Revived was able to get our roof and siding replaced completely and the insurance paid for it all. Revived honored all agreements, were straight forward, and were pleasant to work with. We had no problem referring them to others.

I came home to water coming through my wall and water all over my kitchen floor. I called Revived Exteriors because they had such great reviews, and I can say they did not disappoint! Robert came out, and looked over everything to see where the leak was coming from. Not only did he repair what we believe is causing the issue, but he also repaired many more things for us that could also cause problems down the road such as exposed nails, broken fascia, etc. He was incredibly nice and professional, and also very thorough in his explanations. He took photos, so that we can refer back to them. I will definitely be calling them again in the future as we have some windows to replace. I would recommend Robert to anyone!

Last year we had our roof and siding done by REVIVED EXTERIORS. We are extremely pleased with our new roof and siding particularly with all aspects of its installation. They consistently exceed my expectations and I find them to be professional and excellent communicators. Robert the owner explained the whole process of installation. He was very patient in going through shingle color and all materials. To choose a company from such a competitive field can be a daunting task, but REVIVED EXTERIORS has proven to be the right company for the job as their team has provided good workmanship,and stayed on schedule. We had hail damage to our roof in 2017. Bob Earl inspected and found severe damage to the roof. Also some of the gutters had damage from the storm. Bob and the first Allstate adjuster inspected the roof. Allstate agreeed to replace half the roof. The roof was 17 years old. Revived called for a second inspection. The two adjusters went onto the roof. They refused to wait for Revived. I told them a representive from Revived is on the way. They said nothing is wrong with the roof. Robert from Revived called for a third inspection. The Allstate adjuster inspected and found damage to the entire roof. Allstate finally paid thanks to the hard work of Revived.It was late in 2017 so we agreed with Bob to wait until the spring of this year. The roofers were fantastic. The roof looks great. They cleaned up the property leaving no debris.Thank you Revived for the great service.

Buying a new roof is similar to buying a new car, Im always cautious about who I deal with. Friends of ours recommended Revived Exteriors when we were looking to get a new roof. I trust their judgement so I called Robert and he was quick to respond. He came to the house, went up on the roof and took pictures of what he saw. He then went through the entire process, materials and pricing. We were given a very doable price so we went ahead and signed up. He left us with very large samples and gave us ample time to decide on the color and he told us how to prepare for the work. We also added gutters to the project. Robert was on site sending me texts & pictures of problem areas giving me options on what to do with them. All in all, his communication was flawless, crews were skilled and efficient and as others have posted; they cleaned up nicely when they were done. Being the picky pain I can be, I texted Robert a couple of times with an issue which he promptly took care of. Id have no problem referring this company for your homes exterior needs. I will be calling him again in the future.

Robert Ciepiela Didnt reply to emails and phone calls for 9 days after estimating my house. Wasted my time. However he did contact me 2 hours after I left this review asking to update it.PS. I did not leave my real name in this review because I would like to keep myself anonymous. No point of calling your office. I did call and your staff always picks up the phone, but the project manager I mentioned above never called back.
