I would recommend Erdmann to anyone. Absolute pros from top to bottom. From sales, to design work, to the job itself. Everyone was awesome to work with and the end result was more than we could have hoped for. The Erdmann staff and the project manager were amazing to work with. Installers were clean, thorough, respectful, and did quality work. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. They completely exceeded expectations. Excellent work!

A few years ago we had Erdmann replace our windows and they did a great job so when we needed a new outdoor space we contacted them right away. Everything was great from the initial discussion through the completion of the project and they were able to accommodate what we wanted. We now have a great outdoor deck that is covered with a roof has a ceiling fan and a motorized TV mount. We also put in a stone patio for grilling and eating. It has really transformed our backyard to a usable space, now if we could just get rid of all the mosquitoes.

I called to get someone out to get a quote for a new roof and addition of a second floor for my garage.... The lady on the phone then asked me to hold. She was back on the line in about a minute or 2 and was just like Were too busy right now to take on a project as small as a garage. A second floor addition and new roof is too small of a project??? I get it youre busy but money is money, whether its a big project or a small one. The reason for this construction is because a huge tree fell onto our garage roof and we have holes and damaged beams in the roof. This is a terrible way to do business and if this is how they are on a day-to-day bases then Im glad we wont be doing business with this company.

From the first appointment with Kyle to the final inspections, we received excellent service. We ended up installing James Hardy on our house and are extremely pleased. The house looks fantastic and have already had people stop us to ask about the product and Erdmanns work. Our project manager, John, was available to us to answer any questions along the way. He had high standards for his team which showed through in the whole process. The teams were on time, accommodating, hardworking, and precise in their craftsmanship. We are so glad we chose Erdmann.

Wow! As a real estate agent I understand the importance of having a dependable contractor. Every time someone asks me I always refer them to admit exteriors without hesitation. When selling your home its important that you used good contractors that understand local ordinances and codes so that when you say you wont run into any problems with a buyers financing. Hired Erdmann to build a portico. From beginning to end, there was a complete lack of concern and interest from Erdmann management. Provided pictures of design elements that we wanted included; stated the importance of executing on these details, yet final design did not include these details. The building process included multiple failed inspections, portions of the project had to be re-done because inferior materials were used as opposed to what was specified in the contract. Despite all of these glitches, Erdmann management never reached out to make any attempt at ensuring a satisfactory customer experience. Their lack of interest in their customers is astonishing. In the end, we are happy with the portico yet we cant in good faith recommend them to others based upon our experience.

Thank you to Erdmann Exteriors for giving our house curb appeal again! We needed an update badly but didn’t want to spend too much. They did a great job making our house look fresh and new with new siding, window trim, exterior doors and a new garage door. We had this done in December and were afraid we would never see them again in the Spring for touch ups, but were pleasantly surprised when they showed up as promised to complete the job. I highly recommend them for your next exterior home improvement.

They redid our roof and put in a new patio sliding door. They were very easy to call and schedule with. All of their workers were extremely professional and they were at our house early and stayed late. They took a lot of pride in their work and our house looks great.

Erdmann Exteriors did a FABULOUS job on the entire exterior of our home. They truly transformed our house through the installation of Hardie Board siding with an added stone facade base, 30 Marvin Integrity window, a brand new roof, all new gutters, soffits and fascia. Our experience with Kevin and Kyle Erdmann was terrific from start to finish. All the Erdmann work crews were wonderful, too. Kyle is very easy to work with. He made it easy to pick a Hardie Board siding color that would compliment our current brick color. We were so happy with the installation we had them do our roof.

We had new Hardie Board siding installed last summer. It completely changed the look of our house...I love it! The installers were so professional and knew exactly what they were doing. They did a great job each and every day. The finished product is beautiful.

Hired Erdmann for a vinyl siding repair. I was disappointed with the workmanship and their lack of communication follow-up. Despite the fact they were more expensive than other bidders, I chose them because they appeared more experienced and established. Scheduling and project management were initially impressive, however the finish work was poor (e.g. caulking was horrible) and communications follow-up was worse. The job was eventually completed after 3 months, 3 correction attempts, and a higher skilled installer when the first installer could not produce the level of quality we had to request. If you have a repair job, consider another installer.

I had three quotes for windows and sat through two sales pitches. Erdmann exteriors was by far the most pleasant experience bc we talked windows and what I needed. I think what I liked most was they were local and we conversed vs them selling themselves. They were knowledgable and answered my questions and suggested what Would work best for me; and not just put the most expensive windows in my home. I ended up getting windows and exterior doors and I am extremely happy with the end result. The installers were great and they were even better with my family. Once the install started, they had the job complete within 6/7 working days. Highly recommend to at the very least get a quote, but also to complete the work you are looking for. Will be using for other projects also

Erdmann did an amazing job on our siding and gutters back in 2016 and we look forward to them replacing our roof in just a few weeks. Wonderful professionalism, quality and service.

We just recently finished a large project with Erdmann. We put on a new roof and gutters as well as new James Hardie siding. We also had them build a gable above the garage. I have to say we couldn’t be happier with how well the jobs were done! The crews that did our jobs were amazing! Hard working, always on time and cleaned up after themelves very well after every day. The inspector as well as friends and family and neighbors have all commented on how beautiful it looks. Any hicccups we’ve had along the way, everyone at Erdmann has been wonderful with communicating with us at all times. Erin kept me updated at all times on what was happening and when and Even the owner Kevin kept in contact with us, he was great! I truly can’t say a bad thing about working with the company and both my husband and I are extremely satisfied with the outcome. Our home looks brand new and it was so amazing to watch the transformation first hand! I will recommend them to anyone looking to do a renovation project or replacement of roof or siding (the gutter guy was amazing too) we may have gotten the best of their crews and I will be forever thankful! My 3 little ones even say house beautiful our house is now! 👍🏼🙌🏼🙂

Just called this am the phone number listed on the James Hardy website, and spoke with someone about scheduling for siding and roofing.She asked me a few questions, and then asked when I was looking to get the work done, and I said spring but may have them do a few things before then. She proceeded to say that they cant come out to do a bid now because pricing will change so the proposal will change by then.I said Really, and she said yes, pricing will change within the 6 months due to economy, ect.Unfortunately for them they lost a potential customer; very turned off!We were referred to this company from one of our customers.We have our own company and we hold our pricing for at least a year, if not more.This really leaves a bad taste!In response to your response, we were considering calling you, but your last comment about hope this helps to put a better taste in your mouth was totally unprofessional, and unnecessary. As a company I would hope you would conduct yourself better!

We had Erdmann complete the outside of our house about 6 years ago. We loved their work and customer service. We have even recommended them to several neighbors, who have used their services! When we needed new windows and wanted to update our family room we didnt even hesitate- we called Erdmann and got the project rolling. Unfortunately- our experience this time was quite opposite. Most disappointing was the customer service.Our expectation when someone says a project will take 3 weeks is that is will take 3-4. We are realistic. Our three week project took 15 weeks! They were unable to manage their subcontractors and our family room sat empty and untouched for weeks at a time.The timeline was not the only unmet expectation. We feel the project we were sold was not thought-out. Details we expected them to attend to and anticipate were not tended to or anticipated. We expected them to be the experts and guide us throughout and this was not the case. Items within the project we had high on our list of importance did not turn out as they said it would.As mentioned above, the disappointing aspect of this whole job was the customer service. When we had only 3 days of work in a 3 week span, we asked to meet with the salesman and the PM to discuss a game plan for project completion. They did meet with us- but did all the talking. They promised this was an unusual mishap and they were working to ensure all was back on track and our opinion of Erdmann would be restored. Unfortunately- this was not true in any way. They didnt come check in on a regular basis, did not communicate efficiently when they were and were not coming to work and didnt make any concessions in our bill to make up for their mistakes. We had to initiate all communication around workers coming and going, parts that needed complete and small details we expected them to attend to.As a final kicker, we were shocked to receive a final bill before we signed off on the project completion. They resent the bill again the day after the project was complete. Then 24 hours later we were emailed asking when they could expect payment. We then expressed we were uncomfortable with the final amount of the bill due to the list of several unmet expectations and we were kindly told over and over again they would not adjust the bill unless there were terms in the contract they did not meet. This brings up another complaint - the contract is very vague, quite benefiting them in such a situation.Overall- the project is now complete. It is a lovely family room remodel. However, its not 100% meeting the hopes and dreams we had upon signing the contract. The timeline was WAY over expected and the customer service was HORRIBLE. There was no compassion for the inconvenience they created, the frustrations and the expectations that were unmet.We were a loyal Erdmann customer. We knew their bid was higher than others but we were willing to pay their prices because we had had such great service in the past. We trusted them to treat us well, manage the project (as we didnt want to do that) and get the job done in a reasonable time. We have several other large home projects we will be completing in the future, but unfortunately we cannot and will not ever be able to use Erdmann again.

Job took forever, with several missteps along the way. Poor communication and unclear pricing. There are good individuals in the company but as a whole it is a bit of a mess.

No experience with their remodels, but their employees drive around in work trucks with no consideration for other drivers.
