The Installers get A+ the rest of Matrix I would not do business with and I would not recommend one else do business with them. It is way over priced and they say they are transparent and honest with good communication . I feel I did not get any of that. Signed the contract to do the bathroom and after 4 hours they went from 20k per bathroom down to 10K then they went how about a payment of x per moth for 15 years at 9%. I signed then I asked the question what is the break down in price they could not tell me so I am not sure how they come up with the quote. next day I talked to manager they would have to charge tax and pay for them to do the calculation and another fee . Finished product looks good is it worth it NO. If I see them at any ones house I would knock on that random person door and tell them not to go with them. I am mad at my self for falling into there trap. If you like to over pay and want it done they may be for you. I would not do it again .

From the sales consultation to the completion of the project we had a wonderful experience. The cost may scare some but the quality and the lifetime transferrable warranty makes it worth it. The salesman was professional and informative. Walter and Vitalii removed our old shower and tub. They replaced it with a new shower. They were very professional, courteous and efficient. Do not use this company after they received a cash deposit, never heard anything from the sales rep or the company until I left a message by phone and email stating they havent contacted me with a date and this was the last day of the 6 weeks. Alex contacted me back and said that, Im in a contract and that although no one has gotten back with me the tub was still not in stock. Which means they went past the 6 weeks they promised to come out. well needless to day still havent heard from anyone and all they keep saying is we are going to have a manager call you back. Do not use them they are very unprofessional when you have given them your money. The lack of communication is horrible. Until this day still waiting for my refund!!!!!

Due to mobility issues, we chose Matrix Bathroom Systems to replace the soaker tub in my moms condo with a more practical tub and grab bars. When the original design wasnt going to work because of the amount of concrete under the tub, Alex and the crew were able to pivot and come up with a solution that worked. Walter and Vitolii did an amazing job considering all the challenges my moms building presented and the finished product turned out great. When the time comes to remodel the bath in my house, Ill definitely be giving them a call.

Matrix ripped out the old tub, gutted the bath area back to the studs, installed new drywall, new acrylic surround, walk-in shower with seat, and new ceiling fan. In and out in one day, with good clean-up after themselves. The Team: Shane, Anton, Vitalli, and Walter.

Quality work shower was completed in one day and the men doing the work were professional. We had some issues contacting the main office and the sales representative prior to install even after calling three phone numbers and leaving messages. After being redirected to a gentelman by the name of Alex that lives and works in the area we feel better about future communications should we need help with any service requests.

Yesterday Al and Walter removed our old bathtub and tub surround and replaced it with a beautiful new tub, fixtures and tub surround. Dust from the demolition was kept to a minimum. They completed the job in one day and took the demolished materials with them. They were both very courteous as well as excellent tradesmen. I highly recommend them.

Angel and his crew did a fabulous job installing 2 new showers and a new tub. They were courteous and professional, and communication was great throughout the remodel. Our updated bathrooms look awesome!

Showed up on time and everything went smoothly except: we were told by our salesman that everything will looked finished when done. Not true, our trim piece along the top and bottom of our wainscoating was cut back too far. Then it was filled in with white caulking! Trim now has to all be replaced .We were never asked how high we would like the shower head, it seems pretty low. It took me 2 to 3 hours to clean silicone off the side walls where it was smeered, and around the window the silicone is not looking good in the corners ( all gooped on).

From start to finish, I felt important by the Matrix team. The sales rep PJ he definitely is an asset to the company. He listened to what I wanted as a potential customer, extremely knowledgeable, patient and his goal was not only the sale, but to be build a long term relationship with his client. The PM Alex amazing and concierge Shane phenomenal. And finally the installers Vitelli and Walter (5 star) - their professionalism, cleanliness, thorough follow up with me during the install. I contacted the Arlington Heights office to get a quote on a bath tear out and new system. This is near the Cary, Ill. area. Jake came out and quoted a new bath system. He knew the area well as he grew up and lives not far from here and spent time on our lakes. He took some time in the house inspecting the prior bathroom including moisture and mold testing. going over several options and carefully explaining the product line and advantages of the materials and service they offer. In 2 weeks they came in and ripped everything to the studs and very carefully started the remodel. The materials and anti-mold system is top notch. They redid the walls, shower, tub, ceiling. insulation and plumbing. At first I wondered if the materials were as good as conveyed during the in home presentation. When they arrived, they are seriously at least 5x thicker than any big box store materials.My last home store tub cracked and leaked and I do not wish to replace it ever again. In 1 day they finished the entire install and it looks great. Very clean, respectful, and meticulous. it cost me about $2500.00 more than a big box store setup, and less depending on who gave the quotes from local remodelers. BUT they also did quite a bit more work like plumbing, insulation, mold remediation, permanent shower rod, and grab handle.They warranty this for life so they make sure they wont need to come back. And a unbeatable warranty. Including 2 years full plumbing repairs for any issues and lifetime on the material and labor. Was worth the extra money by far. I have already been telling people to always include a quote from Matrix with other local contractors prior to doing a new bathroom, and to seriously compare the materials and warranties before signing anything.

We had an amazing experience with Matrix! They worked incredibly hard and finished the demolition of our previous bath and shower, replacement and move of old plumbing, new soak-in tub, new shower, and other custom cut materials in just THREE days! They cleaned up after each day and always asked us to confirm our preferences before moving forward. They are having a couple more people come the next two days to clean up edges and double check the work. We are thrilled with the communication and financing options. We HIGHLY recommend using Matrix and would use them again for another bathroom project!

We got 2 of our bathrooms renovated with Matrix bath this month. The process was very smooth and thorough. I had a challenging job. I wanted to remodel my master bathroom but also widen it a few feet, move the doorway and replace the tub with a large walk in shower with a bench seat. Marco removed the tub, tile and all drywall, then installed a walk in shower,. new grab bars, and a beautiful wall panel. We decided one grab bar was too long, so Marco returned a few weeks later and installed the replacement.

Tub to walk-in shower conversion, with pipes being moved. Its been a great experience. The gentlemen were professional and knowledgeable. Asked my opinion about everything and double checked what I had ordered. The quality of the products used are great (my parents say its better quality than their wall in shower!). I would definitely use them for any other projects that I may have or recommend them to someone else!

They cost more than other companies, but for the price, theyll remove mold, reinforce walls and floors, put in new plumbing if needed, and give a lifetime warranty. The people who did the installation were very friendly and professional. Our new walk-in shower is much better than the basic tub/shower combo we had before. The new shower was also customized for us. Bench, shelves and railing were put in exactly where we wanted it. Totally worth the money.

I found Matrix Bath Systems through Home Advisor since I was having difficulty finding one contractor for my needs. I had Steve from Matrix Bath Systems come to my home for a quote. I was looking to put in a new bathtub/shower along with replacing my flooring. Steve was fantastic by providing me with many options for my needs and staying within my budget. I was extremely impressed on how knowledgeable Steve was regarding all the products they offered. For the wet area, I decided to go with replacing the bathtub/shower with 2 shelves and a curved curtain rod. I was also impressed by the flooring options offered. Steve was very helpful for describing the product they use and his suggestions for the color of the flooring. I went with his recommendation and absolutely loved the result. I was extremely happy with the choices I made because Steve did not pressure me into things I did not want. If I ever need additional work done, I will definitely contact Steve again.Alex and Shawn came to install both the tub/shower and the flooring. They were extremely courteous and worked diligently to complete the job. They made sure that all my requests during the process were fulfilled to my satisfaction. I was extremely happy with the work they did.Once all the work was complete, I love my new bathroom. Since I previously used a tension rod for my shower, the curved shower rod made a huge difference! I have so much more room in the shower which made the bathroom seem even bigger. I got the soaker tub and my son loved taking his bath in the larger/deeper tub. I also love the flooring! It looks like wood even though it is a laminate. The gentle texture and cushioning make me feel very safe to walk on with wet feet.Overall, I highly recommend this company. During COVID-19, I finally had time to get someone to my house and replace my master bath with a walk-in shower. They did a virtual walk-through via ZOOM video to enable social distancing. There was a LOT of information presented and my ability to look up details on-line during the call was invaluable. Lots of sales pitch stuff, but very thorough. The good news is, they were at my house nearly ONE week later to do the work, which I thought was VERY quick! Jake (Project Manager) and two guys showed up. Walter, the silent but exceptionally competent type, and Vitale, the young confident and perfectionist type. There was no fanfare or smokin and jokin, these guys just went to work. They established their work areas, laid out tools and supplies and went to town. I asked Walter about all his Milwaukee tools, and he was passionate and precise with his descriptions. The man knows his tools and what he likes! A mark of true craftsmen. Vitale was mostly in the room doing all the measurements and final clean and caulk. He denied Jake the opportunity when he offered, just to make sure it got done to his standard. They were done by 15:30-ish (minus the custom measured door) and the product is amazing! It totally changed the feel of the room and really brought a new level of class to the place. Well done Gents! Well Done!

My tub to shower and new floor were supposed to be completed in 2 days. When the last worker was about to leave, I asked if he was coming back the next day to put in the shower door. He said I didnt order one, I said yes I did. He checked the order and agreed that I had ordered the door. The next day a different worker installed the door. He said to wait 12 hours to use the shower. I waited until the next morning, but when I went to take a shower, there was no water! The worker finally showed up around noon and turned the water on. I had to cancel my plans for the day. Then, to top it off, instead of perhaps offering some kind of discount for the trouble, I was told I owed them more money because they had failed to charge me for something! I wouldnt recommend this company .

My installers for very professional. They were very polite very neat and treated my home like it was their own. My bathroom tub and shower looks awesome. I just am questioning the frame around my window I thought that it would all be overlapping at each corner instead of pieces where you see that they had to silicone. Also outside of the glass shower door where the acrylic wall meets against the tub on the bottom it should have been cut less on the acrylic so there isnt so much silicone. Last one of my floor tiles that was cracked across the whole tile during the installation was siliconed. I have extra floor tiles and would like that replaced. Dont get me wrong Im very happy with the job it looks beautiful Im just very meticulous and Im not sure most of what Im seeing is how it would be assembled or if things can be adjusted. Thank you for the installers you gave me. I am glad they took time and overall did a good job and did the job in two days because it needed some good attention and time.

The team was very professional from start to finish and the final product is just what we expected. The work was completed in one day. I highly recommend the company.

Had tub/shower redone after living with my existing one for 40 yrs. From salesman to workers....very professional & dedicated. Workers showed up as promised. Kept me informed of any delays &/or issues. Finished job looks wonderful!! Very pleased.....would highly recommend Matrix!
