I visited this salon last week and was a little taken a back at abruptness of my visit. I had no forewarning that I would separately have to purchase my own nail files for my manicure Appt. The technician was a little rude about it too stating ‘well, I’m telling you now.’ She also took a personal phone call during my appt. which is always unprofessional. If you are a new customer they should warn you before you sit in the chair that buying your own files and bringing them back with you is expected for the visit. Also - all their nail Polish seemed really old, too. I picked a color I wanted to try to buy on my own later(an Opi color) and found out it’s a long discontinued color. I realize prices have gone up and each salon takes special precautions due to the pandemic (which I’m glad they are looking out for everyone’s safety) but it should have been stated up front.

Finally I found the best technician ever. Her name is Jessica and she does great job every time when I go there. They answered all of my questions and expectations. Keep doing your customers happy guys. Thanks for my Christmas decorated nails

I have been coming to this shop since 1999!!!! I love love the work they do! I always have a great experience when I am there, I have tried other places only bc I have moved around but the customer service and the work is not the same! The way my nails look is very important to me and Nailcare does an AMAZING JOB!!!! I have never left disappointed hence why it’s 2021 and I still come here and recommend this place to everyone. All the ladies in my family go to nail care for manicures pedicures and other various services they offer. GREAT PRICES, BEST PLACE TO GO AND SIMPLY THE BEST WORK & CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I was so excited to come in and get my nails done. The lady who did my pedicure was great (thus the two stars) I think she said her name was Annie? She was very nice and did a great job.The terrible experience was the man who did my hands. I really dislike the electrical file, but he insisted on using because I wanted gels. He said that if I didnt use the electrical one, then they would all fall off in a couple of days and chip and it would be my fault. So I relented. It hurt and was annoying and he used multiple times. Then he didnt clean my nails at all. There was black under them (Playing with toddler outside) and there were some bumps and imperfections that didnt bother me too much. I paid the $58 and tipped both nail technicians (him begrudgingly) $5 each. The next day one of my nails already chipped. The day after that, several nails chipped. Several days later and all nails (on my hand) are chipped and 3 have completely come off. This is a disaster. I have a toddler and activities, I have no time or babysitter to watch her while I go get my nails done. This is a monthly treat for me and very expensive, I would have hoped it would have lasted at least two weeks. I am very disappointed. I am a nail shop hopper, I like to try a different nail salon every month, its my one treat and this has been a very sad experience for me. Be weary.
