We have lived in our house 35 yrs and always washed our windows but this yr we could not and tried your company. It was very easy to schedule. He was very pleasant and did an amazing job. I have never seen our windows so clean!!! And I thought we were doing a good job. I love the screen cleaner.

The technician arrived on time. He was very professional. He did a thorough job, provided a review of the issues he found with the condition of gutters and an assessment of the problems. Gutter cleaning can be a very messy job but there was absolutely no mess when the job was finished. I highly recommend this business.

Schedule canceled same day. Konstantine came late. When he saw our house, he even told me that our house is still clean and does not need any cleaning😬. Thats weird... unless he will be paying for the services. I hope other sparkle staff are not like him.

Employee showed up and didnt wear mask though I answered door with one. Also showed up late. Eventually he called and was upset with me claiming hed been waiting ages. Turns out he hadnt pressed the door buzzer. Left a mess on all of my window sills and floors around windows that I then had to clean. Also dumped dirty window water down my sink and didnt rinse it, so I had to clean that too. It cost $200 to do my condo windows (inside and outside) and I had to spend an hour cleaning after he left. Waste if money. I could have spent the time doing the windows myself.

This was the second time we’ve used the company for gutter cleaning and they’ve done an excellent job both times! They communicate well when the tech will be coming and going and also reasonably priced

Except for the fact that they were over an hour late, after 7 PM, they worked quickly and efficiently. Left the property tidy. Could have given a call telling me they were behind schedule.

Decent work. My windows in my suburban house were well priced, however I recently bought a nearby Chicago house with half as many windows and was quoted twice the price because without even looking, they said my location might be difficult for them. Their pricing is completely arbitrary if they can’t even take a look at the house. So I’ve moved onto a new cleaning service.
