They did an excellent job in sanding, staining, finishing our 3/4 oak strip floors. All cabinets, appliances, and doorways were masked off even though the sanding was dustless. On time and schedule and most important the floors looked like they were brand new including thresholds and floor installed registers. Highly recommend.

Chano and his team did an amazing job cleaning and staining our deck, including replacing a bunch of rotted wood and replicating the beveled edges of the new boards to make sure it didnt look out of place. Hired for two separate jobs. The first was to sand and stain the swing set; the job was done very well, in time, with no surprise charges. He did an incredible job of pulling out an old soffit light fixture, repairing the drywall, adding a new electrical connection and installing the new light fixture. He painted the formerly unpainted portion to match the walls. It is impossible to tell where the old paint ended and the new paint was applied. Great job on this little update!

A Plus rebuilt my deck this summer. It started as a project to replace some rotted boards. Chano told me I would not be satisfied with this patchwork solution. A Contractor you can trust!Chano and his team installed new laminate floors throughout our home, painted all our trim and installed new doors. He even fixed an odd door frame in our master bath, which icluded building out the wall a bit and installing new frame. It was all quite a process and took us out of the home for a good two weeks or so, but in all fairness, it was a big job. The workmanship and attention to detail was top notch, and if there was ever anything I didnt quite like or wanted fixed, there were no questions or pushback. Chano and his team really want their customers to be satisfied with the end results, and we are very much!! We even ended up having to rebuild the stairs because carpeting had really damaged the wood, and although it cost us a bit more, the results were great! He really worked with us on many levels, including price and he always offered fair opinions on construction and where to spend money or where we could save. A lot of contractors run pretty shady and you never know who you can trust, so Im very happy we found A Plus Decorating, because we never had to worry. I highly recommend Chano and his team and will definitely use them in the future!

So happy I found this company!On a fluke, I typed in on Thumbtack that I needed a engineered hardwood floor installed in my living room/dining-room and the same rooms needed paint. I received a reply from Chano ( A Plus Decorating ) within minutes. The next day Chano came out and gave me an estimate, it was reasonable/ not low but competitive, and I hired him. The paint job turned out to be the best ever, not only did they paint but filled in any and all imperfections and nail holes on the walls! Turned out great! I also love my new engineered hardwood floor, it turned out fabulous! Chano and his crew were always on time, clean and professional. On the days Chano ( the owner ) could not be here, he would show up at the end of the day to inspect the work that was done, he really cares and takes great pride in EVERYTHING he and his employees do.
